Truly this place has great, reasonably-priced food. What is off-putting is to see that nearly everything appears as if it needed a good sanitizing & wipe down. I almost declined to dine there when I saw the custard machine. Regardless of anything, all aspects of your front should look clean. Especially given how much of the staff was standing around, seemingly shooting the ish. I would recommend if the custard machine remains visible that its wiped down and remains semi-clean. Ensure tables and trash repositories are cleared. Perhaps a rush came before me? That noted, outside of aesthetics, the food was served hot. It was delish!!! The Carmel Apple shake was soooo good, as it was a sugar splurge day, it almost wiped out the questionable cleanliness. Maybe it was a just that visit, my first, which was off?

My honest review: I have nothing against this place, but honestly. I have had better burgers and a number of other places. The custard is also not really up to my expectations, especially for the price. The service is so-so. They got my order wrong, but I just let it go. My recommendation is if you want to eat here. Make sure they hear the order correctly.

Rude workers and sub par food. I love Freddys in DFW and Terrell but this was poor experience. Was told I didnt know how to order. And twice came out wrong. Also, sweet tea contains sugar, unsweetened does not.

The food was decent, but I couldnt enjoy it because the place was so dirty. From fingerprints on glass, fixtures, seats, and tables to black growth on the ice dispenser, to old dried ketchup on the dispenser and countless other things. Every table was sticky and I didnt let my children touch anything while we were there. I will not return.

LOVE the food. I never can understand the mumbling at the drive thru. I just have to guess at what they are saying, but the food is GREAT! HIGHLY recommend the double bacon combo. Be sure to get the fries sauce - either sauce is AMAZING!

Food is always on point. However, the place was filthy. Every single table was greasy and dirty, floors had dirty napkins everywhere, over by the drink dispenser the floor was flooded with water. When I asked the employees, that were literally just lolly gagging and talking amongst one another, to clean a table for me one of them complained about having to clean so i sarcastically asked if I needed to clean it myself and the air head actually tried to hand me the rag. Manager acknowledged how filthy the place was and still did nothing.

Ive came here a handful of times and never had one bad experience. Super cool place to take friends and family. Just be aware the place is pretty cold at all times from the AC so bring your sweaters. Its always clean, the food is good, the desserts are even better. Try out their Signature Turtle Sundae. Best. Dessert. Ever! Always remember to get your fry sauce! Goes with any fries or burger of your choice. It hits the spot everytime. Thanks to the entire staff for always being on top of their grind and doing everything to serve your customers in a timely matter. Yall definitely have excellent service everytime. Kid-friendliness: Lots of booths and bright red colors for your kids to sit at and get distracted. Many options when it comes to desserts, Id definitely bring my kiddos here.

Usually, I dont have any issues at this location and would rate it at 4-5 stars. This weekend I made a online order for my family to pickup and it was ready when I got there. However, my order was slightly messed up. I asked for unaweet tea and was given sweet tea. I ordered the jalapeño pepper jack double with lettuce and tomato, and they forgot to put the jalapeños. Finally, everybodys fries were rather soggy, which is odd because their fries are usually very crisp because of their shoestring style. Hopefully, it was just a bad day, but hope next time they pay more attention to the orders.

The food is good for a fast food place when its made correctly. They seem to have a high turn over of employees and there seems to be little training for new employees. I like to order some extra stuff on my burger and many times the sandwich is made incorrectly. I order chili-cheese fries on every visit and almost never am given a fork. Im tempted to ask the employee how they eat chili-cheese fries... I say no onions on the fries yet theres onions on there from time to time. Anyways, check your order before you leave.

Best steak burger in the area. The quality of the ingredients is noticeable & appreciated. This is the first restaurant & location that my 8 yr old son ate his whole meal, including my onion rings...that was approximately 2 yrs ago. Its our favorite Daddy/ Son place for a satisfying meal. We havent visited near enough though recently because of trying times but we will see you again soon.

This is my new favorite spot for chili dogs. They also make an incredible chicken sandwich that you must try. The Oreo shake is also a five out of five I mean they can t do no wrong. They are absolutely spot on with the service, the food and quality. You won t be disappointed. I highly recommend this place it is a five out of five every time and I ll be back again.

I had a bad experience with the worker 111. Hes a white dude, and had a bad attitude. I ordered 2 vanilla snow cones and he gave me vanilla and chocolate and I told him I ordered vanilla, so he left and threw them in the trash can so another worker came and helped me.
