My go-to when I want high-quality fast food. Pasta + salad + protein in one bowl makes my day. Their menu is always delicious & nutritious. Their ingredients are real, quality food, & though I mostly order to-go, it s always nice & clean when I do eat inside. (Update: quality went downhill; not returning)

Door dashed from here and employees were sitting on and against cutting board and food prep area on their phone. Very disgusting and unsanitary! By FAR the best Piada in all of Texas. Yes, I said it. The employees truly love their jobs and really go above and beyond. I come here all the time on my lunch break and I hope corporate sees the greatness in these people bc I sure do. I always get the avocado piada with cucumber salad in it and its refreshing. I add the steak as my protein and its tender. Ive tried their purple lemonade drink and I didnt like it. They were nice enough to say I can dump it out and get anything else from the station. Only thing is, dont sit underneath the ac vents as water drips down on you. Sometimes there are signs and sometimes theres not. It just happened the last time I was there, there wasnt a sign at the spot I was sitting at.

I would like to take the time and give praise to the staff working at Piada today! Being my first time eating here, I was very excited to try the menu options. Upon ordering the gentleman assisting me was very attentive and started to make my avocado bowl entree. When the chef was handed my entree he was full of energy and greated me. I told him Id never been to the restaurant and I was excited to try a meal. I made nothing of it as he finalized my meal and informed me to walk to the register. Caught by surprise the chef started telling Miss. C / register attendant that my meal would be on the house! I am beyond grateful and I would like commend the chef who is currently on shift along with his team. The meal was soo delicious, rest assured I will be returning more frequently. I recommend anyone looking for lunch or dinner in the area to stop by. Thank you.

I ve been to this restaurant a few times and my family likes the food, theres many options of different types of veggies and it s a good place to enjoy something healthy. I would HIGHLY recommend for the people working on the food area serving the food to wear masks and hats so they can cover and avoid any possible hairs or stuff getting on the food overall the place and atmosphere is very nice.

I m updating my review of Piada Italian Street Food based on the response I received from their leadership (which can be seen below.) I did not accept his kind offer of a gift card as I have already been compensated by Door Dash. My aim was never to get a freebie out of this but to have the restaurant address the issue in a fair manner for both parties which they have now done. I do love the food and my area has been restored for ordering. I will resume as a customer and encourage you to as well. The food is always fresh and delicious and I m happy to be returning as a customer. I m giving this establishment a 1 start review for one reason only. I use to be a loyal customer. I ordered several times a week. I had one order of a power bowl with salmon and when it was received there was no salmon and the bowl was not as it usually was. I let Door Dash know what happened, sent a picture of what was received and Door Dash chose to credit the meal back. Instead of addressing their error with a valuable customer the next day I found my area blocked from delivery. I might not have known it was me they targeted until I went to place an order the next day from home and lo and behold there they were! My home is an additional distance further away than my store. The error was theirs. That s a very shoddy way to handle a customer issue. There are lots of places that serve great food in Houston. I will eat where my business is valued.

Ordered dinner for delivery for my companies managing partners and last minute was needing to add an additional item. I wasnt sure if it was able to be done since I had paid already through the website but was more than ready to pay for the additional dish plus any delivery fees. But the manager on duty I spoke with was so helpful and was willing to comp my dish instead of making me go through the hassle. This was my first time here. The place was clean and open; overall, it looked nice. I liked the concept of Italian street food. I got up to order and the staff was not welcoming at all. They did not greet me when I walked up. They looked at me up and down like I was beneath them and like I did not belong there. I could tell they were ready for me to leave so they could finish the conversation they were having when I arrived. The girl proceeded to slap the smallest dab of bacon bits onto the roll and about 2.5 ounces of chicken. The food was okay. I ordered the blt rolled piada and added chicken and spinach. Also I m not sure it s because I m a bit short, but the divider was high and it seemed like I had to shout to get them to hear me. Anyways, the chicken and the piada roll was good and whatever great sauce she put on was good. The white sauce tasted sour and was not good. It overpowered everything else and I ended up not finishing my food because of it. I probably won t be eating here again.

This place! OmG! We were headed on a little road trip and were starving and happened to be turning around in a parking lot and ran right into this awesome spot! I ordered a chicken wrap with spinach feta tomato onion and Im not sure what sauce but it was absolutely amazing I even got broccoli sprouts on there. I tried Italian orange soda for the first time which was absolutely amazing as well. The cleanliness the service the atmosphere and the freshness of the food was all on point! I plan on stopping back through the next time Im in town! You should really consider coming and putting a location in Waco we are up and coming down that could really use a spot like this.
