Our waiter was great but there was a baby roach crawling in our breadstick basket and that s enough to not come back. It ended up crawling on our table and I had to kill it because my daughter was freaking out. I love Olive Garden but unfortunately this ruined it for me.

Kids designated birthday restaurant . We used to visit often, but over time it has evolved to be few times a year birthday restaurant. Spaghetti meatballs is a classic favorite, together with soup and salad . Shrimp scampi, cheese ravioli. The mint chocolate chip to end the visit with a sweet and happy feeling is the best. Sometimes I wonder if the chocolate, or, the implied appreciation from the chocolate is what keeps kids selecting Olive Garden as birthday place. Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Hit up this Olive Garden location for lunch still during the lunch special hours, and the portions were just perfect for someone who was really hungry, like me. My kids love the food here, and honestly, so do I. Every time we come, they never miss consistent quality, every visit. This time, we tried the Calamari Appetizer for the first time, and it was delicious! It s one of those spots where you know exactly what you re getting, and that s a win. Service was spot on, too. Honestly, I love Olive Garden. But this was the worst experience I have had. It started with the server being damn rude. He didn t make any eye contact, threw the water coasters at us, and asked us if we need water. We asked for plain water without ice, and the never ending sauce. He made a face at us and ultimately ended bringing two breadsticks and water with ice. We let it ho thinking he might be having a bad day. But then he comes and asks us if we are ready to order. We asked for a few more minutes, and he mumbles ofcourse and takes the digital device with the menu and goes away. After that, he came again and we ordered spaghetti, and some more breadsticks. He is like, sure, in a sarcastic manner and then doesn t even look at us and instead says, there are none available. We were like okay whatever. But I started noticing his behaviour with other tables, these were white and hispanic people and he was polite to them, greeted them, even gave a smile. But with south east Asians, he kept making faces, mumbling and just being outright rude. I contemplated about leaving the place, but then I still kept my calm and patience. He comes with some breadsticks and the salad. As a regular at Olive garden I know cheese comes along with it. He went away, so when he came back, we said, Can we get some grated cheese on the top ? . He says, No, you need to tell me Please . You should learn to say Please , only then I will give you anything. This was my last straw. I am a customer, I am trying to be as polite as I can , saying thank you for every time he brought us water and everything. And why would I say please for something that comes along with your food and he is supposed to offer me, why should I beg for cheese at an Olive Garden? I found that man utterly rude and asked for a change in the server. The people post that, manager and the new server were great. No complaints over there. But this was not acceptable. He also messed up our order. Instead of spaghetti he ended up ringing in angel hair pasta. But at this point I was fed up, and didn t want to stand up for that as well. So I ate that and left. I had never experienced such a thing in USA, never thought I will be treated like this, but well, it finally did. My first experience and a very brutal one.

I had an awful experience here several months ago and have not returned since. Waiter gave us so much attitude and clearly was bothered by having to serve never ending pasta bowls for us. He rolled his eyes when we ordered it, and was annoyed when I asked him for another fork since i had dropped mine. I also found a piece of bacon in my vegetarian order, and when I told the manager he said it wasnt bacon and it was garlic. It was very obviously a piece of fat with red on the end, tell me what garlic looks like that. I even tasted it to make sure I wasnt crazy AND IT WAS BACON. They also insisted that due to kitchen set up it couldnt possibly be bacon. Awful service and awful management. They have no regard for your dietary restriction nor to keep their kitchen following protocol.

The atmosphere is American-Italian with light ambient music. Average dinner for two around $75 - $100 (with tip). The bread sticks can be a little too salty. But there are better items on the menu.

If youre here, you are family if thats the case I want to be disowned, I had a taste of a $70 tray of shrimp scampi. The noodles had the consistency of play doh noodles. Al dente, more like Al dont-they. What little shrimp served as a smattering of depression in the ocean of mush. I pray that the Lord and Savior Gordon Ramsay will save this kitchen from its nightmare. One star for the plastic tray, it did its job heroically.

My husband used to work at an Olive Garden, so we always enjoyed their food. The menu has definitely changed over the years. We havent been there in a while, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quick service even tho it was after the lunch rush. Our waitress was really nice and accommodating. Our waitress, I wish I could remember her name, I know it started with a P and she was an older Hispanic woman, was incredibly kind and attentive. She was very nice to my two kids. At one point my youngest started to become fussy because she finished her soup, and our waitress immediately went to get her some more. The food was also delicious and came out within a reasonable amount of time. Refills were offered quickly whenever our drinks were finished. Ive never had a bad experience at this location and it will remain my go to Olive Garden. Great job to the entire staff!

Went there with my disabled mother and they opened the doors for us, were super sweet, polite and professional. I did wish they would have helped move the chairs around so we had an easier time placing my mom but thats a minor detail. Are waiter that evening was this very kind young man I wish I would have gotten his name to give him a shout out but, anyway my mom cant speak very well and she has a hard time a little bit still mentally but this man looked at her for a response about her own order and acknowledged her and that was really awesome. He took his time and didnt rush us at all. It really allowed us to have a stress free time. Too many times when disabled people come into restaurants they are overlooked or not really wanted to be communicated with by the wait staff but our waiter took his time to let my mom also be involved and feel just like a regular person. She had a blast and enjoyed their food and our food was delivered very quickly and they let us pick our own spot in a quiet spacious area since my mother is also in a wheelchair. Before she became disabled we had very fond memories in our home state at olive garden so its very nice to be here and have a nostalgic yet new memorable experience. Thank you to that very kind waiter we had this week. As for food we all know we go to olive garden for just a few of their food items. Not authentic Italian but it gets the job done. Salad needed to be mixed better for more light coverage of dressing. Shrimp scampi is missing flavors other than white wine and tomato. The chicken on the tour to Italy dish is an insult to Italy and America. The chocolate cake they had did slap and their fried cheesy lasagna bites did as well.

When we ordered, the food was good but they gave us dirty plates at first, they complained that we were loud but we were talking normally, they forced us to tip, they made us pay for the cake that was supposed to be free, they made us pay for games that we didn t even play. Over all I am very disappointed.

Waiter was kind, but not attentive, and seamed distracted, and unknowable about being a waiter(server). Kid-friendliness: Saw a few families with children. They seem to be satisfied.

Fifi does an excellent job every single time. She makes you feel great. Manager takes time to personally greet you. I love dining at this place.
