I went in thinking this would be a 1 time visit, just to give it a try. I figured Id eat the best bits and toss the rest. No tossing here, it was excellent! Churros have never been on my radar, Id never had a churro that was anything above carnival grade. I got what they call the Frosty Churro, soft serve w/ a churro on top, dulce topping and churro. What it the heck did they do to that churro, flipping amazing, and I figured the soft serve type ice cream would just be ok, but somehow the toppings make it amazing as well. Yep, well be back, quickly. The atmosphere is the typical Sugar Land thrown together vibe, 0.0% savvy interior here, as an interior decorator, I cringe at most of the places that pop up in Sugar Land, the Sugar Land aesthetic wouldnt fly in design savvy towns. They could definitely make the ordering process easier w/ some sort of clearer photo menu, thankfully Id saved a pic on my phone to show the cashier. By the second visit youd have a better understanding of what youre ordering, but the first visit is confusing. If youre taking kids, theyll likely be a hot mess afterwards, somehow this stuff spills out everywhere. Like reported on other reviews, the pricing isnt clear, your price ends up a bit higher, I could give 2 hoots less what they charge for that deliciousness, but I can see where a family taking a lot of people might not like not being told of upcharges. All in all, youve got to try this place, 5 stars for the actual dessert.

Food is good but their service sucks. Waited over 30 minutes as they tried to fix their cash register. I offered to pay cash but was denied. Usually I would just leave but my spouse really wanted it. I understand the cash register being down but they should be able to take cash/zelle/venmo/any other type of payments

When I arrived at the location, I thought it was an empty commercial space ready for rent because the store window was completely dirty. The order we placed was simple, but it came completely wrong with different items. The people working there showed no interest in being there, always with their heads down and wearing headphones. We left and said goodbye, but they didn t even hear us leave. The ice cream is good, but everything else was a disappointment.

I got a Horchata milkshake with a Nutella drizzle churro. It sounds amazing. But meh. It was nine dollars and it was kind of small. It was so insanely sweet that I couldn t really tell you if it was actually good ice cream or not. It was OK, it was absolutely not a nine dollar milkshake. Pretty disappointed. You d think for a place that charges nine dollar milkshakes they could afford to keep the place clean. It was pretty disgusting inside there.

The ice cream(Elmo s)are VERY Sweet (taste so artificial) and do not taste creamy (if an adult will break his diet at least with something Creamy) like Hagen-Dazs. I have been in Marble Slab and Amy s so, if they want to be in their level, improvement has to occur. I believe they are meant for children, teenagers and youngsters (who don t care about their bodies or great things). I don t think I will try them again.

I genuinely don t know how this place has such good reviews. The workers were nice, and they said everything is made at the time you place it, which is awesome, however, the food was terrible. And it took around 10 minutes with no one ahead of me, I don t think it takes that long to fry a churro. I ordered the sprinkle churro and a plain cinnamon churro. The plain cinnamon one I give maybe two out of five because it was soft-ish, but still kind of Hard. The sprinkle one, worst churro I ve ever had in my life. It was bitter and tasted burned even though it didn t appear to be burned. I also sampled the Ube ice cream because I ve been really into flavored desserts and pastries lately. The initial taste was good, but then again, all I was getting was hints of bitter. I would maybe try a different ice cream in the future but probably won t be back

Decent ice cream and churros but just turning all of the lights off at 10:58 pm! Just soooooo rude!! Like seriously, just politely say, hey guys, we close in 2 min !!! No reason for y all to be this rude! Then turning on all the lights after we leave! Everyone that was eating was polite and had no issue leaving! Just ask respectfully!

I have been going to Red Circle for several years now. They never disappoint! Elmo Crunch is one of my favorites and the original cinnamon and sugar churro is AMAZING. If you haven t been, please try them out. I have been to the Sugarland and Bellaire (near Fondren) locations. Pearland is on my list to visit.

Service was nice but slow. Kyle helped us with the selection of ice-cream the ice-cream eye-catchy and the taste is not bad. However, it s overpriced and the Daddy Ice-cream is filled in a paper cone and it was melting and leaking in just a few minutes. Never understood the business idea why the paper cone is used and it s all messy. The churro s are ok but I felt the combination of ice-cream with overly sugar covered churro is sickeningly sweet. I don t feel compelled to come here again.

Parking is shared with the strip. The facility is cozy. The ambiance is picturesque-ish. I really loved my churros! They were fresh from the fryer. Crunchy with a soft finish and they made it like a heart so that it was easier to share (I didnt, they should have bought their own). My cohorts in mayhem ordered ice cream and sherbet respectfully and they were not disappointed. Im not a big ice cream connoisseur so this venue doesnt amaze me, but since they enjoyed it, I would definitely come back.

Initially I had given 2 stars, but due to the great customer service, I ll give 4. I was randomly craving churros today and this place popped up when searching for dessert. I got the Thai tea which was a perfect sweet! Really enjoyed it. I also got the cinnamon sugar and Oreo stix. The cinnamon sugar I honestly had high hopes for, but didn t enjoy it. It was hard and too crunchy like overcooked. They weren t moist at all like the usual churros I have had. The Oreo stix were horrible. I would rate it a 1/10. They tasted burnt and nothing like Oreos. Overall, I like the atmosphere and service was excellent!! Just wish the churros weren t so hard.

Recently read about the crawfish ice cream, and I was intrigued, but I wasn t about to make the drive just for the is novelty. To my delight and surprise, I ended up right around the corner from this Hwy 6 location, so my family and I stopped in. The crawfish ice cream wasn t for me, admittedly, but it was still neat to try. Spicy and creamy, all the sweetness, basically everything but the briney buttery meat. So wild. I got the OG soft serve and churro, and it was fantastic. My son got some ice cream and an Oreo churro. Both were delicious. Only two things that make it a 4 instead of a 5. The service was lackluster, and the prices were pretty high. The young lady behind the calendar was on her phone so much that one of her peers clapped at her to wake up and pay attention as churros were making their way out of the kitchen. I got second hand embarrassment from watching her get clapped at haha. This is pretty minor. The $20 price tag for two ice creams was the bigger issue for me. I d still advise folks to try it at least once, though.

Red Circle Ice Cream is a churro focused ice cream store. Offering ice cream with rotating flavors. They have assorted toppings to include Oreo, Captain Crunch, cinnamon toast, M&Ms, coconut and more. Pick your flavor of ice cream, churro add on, topping and off you go. Unfortunately they couldn t say if any of the ice cream was gluten free and have an allergy warning sign up. That said, the people with me have no allergy issues and enjoyed both single and double scoop cups as well as the churro combos. Friendly staff. Lots of seating. Handicap parking and accessible store.

This establishment has such a wide variety of options to choose from! I m always so torn on what to get everytime I come here. I just wanted to come here and say that quality of products they re making is going down in my opinion. I ve always had issues with my order in my last recent visits (like the wrong ice cream flavor or them forgetting my drink, but i ll let it slide because their really busy most of the time). Also they advertise that the ice cream flavors are rotated frequently, but I have been seeing the same flavors for over a couple months now. It would be nice to have a new set of flavors or seasonal flavors every month. I really miss how enthusiastic the staff was in the beginning this year and during the summer, and I really hope they improve and get better than they are right now.

Let me tell you this!! I will always be a great full customer. While driving to treat my grandkids to some gelato , My 5 year old Grandson seen a man sitting at a corner of a building, and he asks me if we can help the man because he is probably hungry and has no money... So we walk into Careys, and as the kids placed their order the owner asked him how he was doing, he said he was sad for the man sitting on the ground. I dont really like to leave bad reviews but this one is necessary. I sampled the strawberry lychee and orange pop which where both really rich and creamy. I have it with the bubble waffle puff with caramel. But the only issue I was not happy was the poor customer service and they messed up my order. It took 2 employees to actually finish my order which was super simple item, but they the didnt want to fix they did wrong. Then they fixed about 8 orders after me before they reminded them I had been waiting for over 20 minutes.

I frequent the ranchester location and love it, so when I was by that side of town I decided to stop in. They close at 9:30. I was there at 9:23. I told the cashier I will look at the menu a moment, then someone from the back came out whisper in the cashiers ear. The cashier let me know they will not serve churros any more, I could only get ice cream. I said are you sure? The cashier went to the back and came out again and said, Yes, only ice cream. I said, I thought you close at 9:30. The cashier said, well its 9:25. I understand wanting to clean everything to get off early but I was really disappointed.

Had a single scoop horchata and ube ice cream with the regular Pufflelicious egg waffle. Both were high quality and rich in flavor. Probably the best tasting ube and horchata ice cream weve ever tasted. The egg waffle was light and airy and tastes similar to a traditional waffle. Expect to pay more than you would compared to a traditional ice cream experience. For my order and from the other customers experience at the time of my visit, expect a 10 minute wait. Overall, I recommend but not a staple in our rotation due to the value.

Really horrible. We were the only people in line. We ordered a scoop of ice cream and a churro puff. There were 5 people just wandering around back there. It took more than 10 minutes to get our order. It was the strangest ice cream Ive ever had, very sweet with no real flavor with a grainy texture. Went there yesterday, mid day and not even busy. WE WAITED 35 MINUTES FOR A CHURRO DADDY AND A SHAKE?! And taboot they came out 10 minutes apart. It truly looked like everyone there was walking through sand. Other people waiting looked extremely unhappy. It was ok taste wise, but definitely not worth that kind of wait. I can imagine people waiting with their kids were even more upset. Also the tables were filthy and the front area looked completely disorganized. Wont be coming back.

I have been eyeing this ice cream shop for a while now and I finally went with my 2 little ones - and I am so glad I did. The ice cream was delicious and the added waffle and churros is like having icing on a cake! I won t have ice cream any other way now. I had the coffee with coconut flakes and chocolate drizzle. My girls had the Elmo flavor which I thought was fun. The Elmo flavor is really cookies and cream that is dyed red. So we thought that was super cute and creative. They don t have nuts as a topping and although I wanted them I can appreciate the fact they do not keep nut products on hand for those who have nut allergies. If you have not tried this place, go now, run! You will love it.

Great friendly staff. Wonderful and plentiful topping choices, churro choices and waffle options. You can also get just the waffle alone or churro alone. The Elmo crunch and matcha are surprisingly amazing and tasty. They are not superficially sweet like other icecream places.

So glad they opened a location in Sugar Land! The churros and ice cream are delicious. I got the Frosty Churro in the cookie butter flavor. It was a lot, def enough for 2 people. The employees and manager were all very kind. There isnt a lot of indoor seating, so plan accordingly if youre going to go on a weekend

Red Circle Ice Cream is a unique concept with many unique and different flavors. It is unlike any of the other ice cream places I ve been to. The staff, manager, and owner are all geared toward making sure the customer is pleased and go out of their way to help. If you haven t tried their ice cream, you should do so. I highly recommend this place and will visit it frequently.

I saw this location being built for a while now and we decided to pass by to see if they were open. It turns out that today was their grand opening! We tried a bunch of flavors and they were all really tasty but we decided on the triple scoop with the Ube the Go Shorty and the coffee. All the flavors were very decadent and the coffee was a very strongly flavored version which I liked. I do wish that they were able to split the coffee away from the other flavors but they said it was only possible if we purchased the scoops at the separate prices instead of the regular triple scoop price.

such a lovely institution. i walked in and was immediately greeted with a hug from the nicest employee ever. i got the sense that she was so intelligent and was a goddess at precalculus - i don t know why, just a gut feeling. she was truly incredible and made my whole experience wonderous. my friend broke her spoon and later dropped one on the floor, and the employee said we could have infinite spoons. if u go, which i highly recommend, ask for melinda and tell her ur mom . this will guarantee u an experience just as one would be in heaven. and i would know because i love god.

Went by yesterday to try red circle for the first time and I am definitely coming back!! Place was very clean, staff was super friendly and my dessert was delicious Love the combination of the warm churros and waffles with their creamy ice cream made from scratch. Definitely recommend!
