Went there on a busy Sunday but was able to be seated inside in around 15 min. Server was great (buff guy with curly blond hair). He made a minor mistake on our order which we didn t think was a big deal but we were comped an entire plate for it. This was my second time going but my husband s first. We ll definitely be back. As for the food, we got the mango habanero boneless monster plate (6 wings and macaroni as the side). 1-2 wings is enough to fill the average person. $50 before tip for an appetizer and a monster plate and 2 cocktails. In my opinion this is an amazing price.

Ordered take out. 20 wings, salad, fries. They did not put any sauce or celery sticks in our order that was requested. The wings were so hard and dry, they were barely edible. I called and asked for a refund, they had the nerve to only refund the horrible old dried out wings, that were $38 for 20 wings which is a ridiculous price anyway. Just an overall bad experience. Bad food, bad service, and apparently they are too stingy to give a refund for horrible food and service. So, here they are getting 1 well deserved star. NEVER again!

The food has gone way downhill. What you get is more than likely going to be cold. The staff could careless if you are satisfied with the food other than the fact of if they will get tipped. If you order the water, know that it taste as if it came from a creek and was never filtered. They try to entice you with their app program, but the cost of everything is so inflated you are still not getting a good deal. The seats, table, and all things you touch are going to be filthy. There is residual food and sauces on everything. Wouldnt recommend if you every think of going here.

This review has been edited below. Great service! Great burgers...and wings! We love watching sports on all the screens! Fun place for football. Good location, with indoor and outdoor seating. Editing this review on September 15, 2024 I joined your club in 2010 and now I get an email saying that you are changing your loyalty program and now I must keep paying in order to get any rewards. Im OUT!!! Pluckers, you arent the only sports bar and wings place! I uninstalled the app and wont be back. At a time when everything is sky high, youre going to make me pay!!! Ridiculous!!

Ive been coming here for years, and figured I should probably write a review. Our service is usually top notch, particularly when we get Sullivan as our server. Even when we dont get Sully, the other servers here are generally solid. The food here is delicious, but that goes without saying. I strongly recommend getting a membership. Ive been a member for years, and the rewards have made up for the cost of the membership many times over. 5 Stars. Ill see yall next Thursday. Vegetarian options: There are quite a few vegetarian options. Parking: If the main lot is full, the lot next door will have plenty of parking.

My wife and I arrived and joined the 4 other members of our party. The first thing I noticed was a half eaten chicken wing on the floor next to me. Then I began to see flies buzzing all around the restaurant. Next the hickey riddled waitress brought our food, which my burger wasn t bad at all. But the 2 folks who ordered salads decided to not eat the rubber chicken on the salad . Let s not forget the barfing drunk woman in the restroom holding her wet hands in front of the paper towel dispenser waiting for it blow dry her hands. This is the second pluckers I have been to. I have been other times and everything was fine but today I went with my daughter and the young women at the entrance who assign the tables made us wait because we did not want to sit outside in the heat and 2 people arrived and were given a table before anyone else. For us, the only thing I am going to highlight is the attention of the young woman who served us very well but they must give the drinks a better flavor since they are pure water, they do not have any gas or flavored syrup and that changes the flavor and everything tastes pure water. You should improve that please

What happened to Pluckers?! Understaffed and distracted employees. The wings were overcooked and under sauced. Took forever to pay. After being ignored for about 15 minutes after getting our boxes, we had to stand at the front desk for an extended period of time with no assistance. The male host occasionally asked us if he could help us, but then would not help us lol. He kept breaking off to go help other people. We just wanted to play and leave. Disappointed The food was a solid 5/10 meh Two servers forgot to bring out a can of beer twice. The tables are sticky, there s a tv dedicated to showing off corporate values? The chicken isn t crispy but lightly breaded and then sauced enough to smell only. And then the dessert a microwave chuck of sheetcake topped with a cup serving (not a scoop) of solid ice cream. pluckers has gone corporate with a hint of family values . It s used to be dirty 6th college hole in the wall and now it s a dine in Dairy Queen. Good luck not getting constipated.

I love this place and I am ashamed to admit it. Its been my go to for wings with the boys since I moved to Austin. Service is usually quite poor, and quality is really spotty (had amazing food and then a week later almost inedible burnt). Also been here when they had thighs and the thighs were raw inside the first time, so that was gross. But somehow they keep relieving me of my money and so Im here again, eating their food and praying the pluckers dice will roll in my favor this time and get me a decent server and fresh, well cooked food. Pluckers USED to be my favorite place for wings. I updated my review from 5 years ago and gave it 2 stars because my wife and I have had 5 bad experiences. We have issue with the sauce for the wings. Its like Pluckers is being stingy with the sauce. The wings are suppose to be saucy when you order sauced wings. The previous times they have wings with little or NO sauce at all. I only come here now for the free meal on my birthday. If it wasn t for that, I wouldn t come at all. This franchise has been going downhill for the past 5 years. Even before COVID. So that is not an excuse they can use. I have been to the Round Rock and downtown locations. All are the same. Still stingy with their sauce for the wings. Service is terrible. Y all wings are overpriced and can get a way better experience, quality wings and properly priced wings at other establishments. I know bars that offer better wings. So we have had to tell them and show them that the wings are dry... Pictured I ordered the Chicken Bypass Burger. Let me preface by saying I rarely leave bad reviews these days, and that I have been a pluckers club member since 2008. I don t live in Texas anymore, so anytime I come back into town plucker s is a must visit with my friends. But I feel that the experience has been going downhill for years. The service is always mediocre. Wings are not sauced like they used to be. I ask for extra wet and they look like the old standard of the 2010s. Definitely not extra wet . If I don t get them extra wet, they are dry as a bone. Very few water refills which is a pretty big bummer considering the fare. This was the case when I visited earlier this week and seems to be every time I ve visited in the last few years. Pluckers club has gotten more complicated and with more strings to get a free appetizer. Last time I presented my card several visits ago (which is now obsolete I m told), I was made to download the pluckers club app which was not working on my phone properly and ultimately led to me having to pay for a pluckers club appetizer out of pocket. That s not acceptable for the malfunction of a shoddy app. What really pushed me over the top and led me to writing this review on my most recent visit was when my friend with me presented a valid gift card, and after 20 mins of hmming and hawing the manager decided that the system wasn t working and they wouldn t take the gift card. Imagine your VALID gift card not working because of the restaurants crappy app, and then them making it your problem by not accepting it. Please do better guys. I ve been coming here for 16 years and I ve never been so frustrated by the experience.

We are season ticket holders for the Stars hockey and we get coupons for pluckers all the time. We eat at Pluckers weekly at the Round Rock location. This was our first experience at this location. The service and food do not compare. They messed up the order twice. The manager Michael was so rude. He argued over what we ordered. Brought our order back to us and it was still wrong. He had a nasty attitude and took the tray of wings back. It s not that they messed the order up, mistakes happen. But the attitude when they messed it up, is what I find to be unacceptable.

I hadnt been to a Pluckers in quite a few years, and never to this location. The food was fantastic and no one at the table (5 of us) had any issues with our food orders. The service however was a bit sub-par. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but we had other servers helping us more than ours did, she wasnt necessarily bad, just barely around and had to ask 5 times to get water. Parking: The parking lot was full and IMO shaped a little oddly so was a little difficult to park my truck (F150) once we found a spot.

This location has had problems for years. We gave it another shot last night for 2 birthdays and the same disappointment as always. The waitress rarely would check on us to where I had to walk to the kitchen myself to ask for cheese and bacon for the salad. She had no idea what beers they had. The wings are way over priced not to be perfect and warm. They used to do a funny birthday skit and now they just give you a little brownie instead of them interacting. Its sad to see a place go downhill when it used to be the place to go with all the neighbors and family events. We hadnt been at all this year and we used to go weekly just to be reminded once again why we all quit going. Maybe one day they will get back to how they used to be and people would be lined up and excited to get in.

I rarely travel up to cedar park but when I do I try to go to pluckers with my friends that live up in that area. When I was sat with my two friends the server ( a 40-45 year old woman) asked for our id s when we asked for a round of drinks. We happily gave our ids and watched a long scan from our server. (By the way im 25 and my friends are a married couple also 25, ive worked in service industry for 10 years and been a server and bartender for 4) She told us shes old enough to be our mother and that we look 12 . I hope she was just having a bad day and isnt normally this aggressive but she seemed like she was miserable. After checking our ids she left. Another employee came over to check our ids again which seemed strange. We all have texas ids and told them if they d like to scan it they should but they said they dont have a scanner. The second person that checked our ids said they look fine and walked away to get our drinks. At this point it felt excessive and I wasnt going to have much understanding, as a server it takes a lot to not tip 20% but there was no way I was gonna tip well so we walked out before receiving anything. Genuinely impressive how quickly she offended a table of people who have worked in service most their lives. Hope this woman either has a better day or decides to do something with her life that doesnt make her miserable.

Ordered a basket of boneless wings to go, with two flavors. When I walked in, I wasn t greeted and felt like a nuisance simply for being there. I asked if there would be ranch in my bag (as ordered) and they didn t know. My basket came with maybe 5 waffle fries, all incredibly soggy. I picked my food up maybe 3 mins after the time I was told it would be ready. The chicken itself was okay, but I ordered these because the first time I had them they were very crispy and there was practically no crisp to these. I usually love Pluckers. It s actually one of my favorite restaurants. We eat there all the time. We sat down and tried to order a couple of drinks. Our server was super short with us from the beginning. Our server asked for our IDs and we happily gave her them. I even made a joke that I was glad she asked because I don t get asked as much anymore. She made a stank face when looking at my very real Texas ID and looked me up and down and told us she was old enough to be our mother. I said oh and my husband said Don t get asked much anymore haha and she responded yeah well you all look 12 . Pretty disrespectful to say to 2 grown men and a 25 year old woman. She gave us our IDs back and left the table. Another employee came back and asked to see our IDs again. At this point we were super confused because they were all the same valid texas IDs. I told her she was welcome to scan them and she said they didn t have scanners. I told her we were 25 and married and she responded well I m 19 and married . Weird service. I was a server and bartender for years and would never fathom telling my customer they look 12. Why anyone thinks it is okay to comment on someone else s appearance baffles me. You know when you go to chilies or Buffalo Wild Wings and you try to guess if the food is ganna be super fresh or not? Not here, I have to admit I don t come to pluckers religiously but everytime I have I always get my food quick delicious and fresh it s awesome! They always keep keep their staff smiling and around to assist it s a great time always here. I don t say these things much about a place unless they truly deserve it. Also their wings are massive it s awesome!! Bravo pluckers. Bravo indeed.

Pluckers just seems to be going downhill. Weve gone back a few times thinking maybe it was a one off but it hasnt been. They are getting more and more expensive, the quality and quantity of the food is declining and the service is getting slower and slower, both with Dine-In & Take-out. The wings are either so tough that you cant get the meat off the bones or the bones crumble at the slightest touch and they barely have any sauce at all. The fries were overcooked/charred and the chips were all crumbs as if they were put in a bag and crushed before they were served.

Food ordered through doordash. Food received with a teriyaki sauce spilled out into plastic bag even though i texted dasher to maker this didnt happen same as 2 other times i ordered 15 flappers extra saucy . Two cokes were not with order as ordered. Wings dry and stringy. What happened to your customer service snd food Pluckers? You bear some responsibility to ensure all otems ordered are received and dashers do o not mess up orders.

I ordered for me and friends. A Philly, 20 bakers gold wings, and cheese fries. They didnt give me any sour cream on the fries but thats not a big deal. What was a big deal is the stale bun for the Philly and the wings were dry AF. They was virtually zero sauce on them. Like the white Styrofoam on the takeout container is still white with no traces of sauce to be found. I dont like my wings extra wet but I do like them with some sauce

My review was deleted for some reason . Anyways yesterday we called the restaurant to place an order and said it would take about 25 to 30 minutes, I was okay with it. but turned out to be 1h and 40minutes! Me and my fiance was tired of sitting in the car like if this was the case we wouldnt even come waist time and gas! Next time please say the real waiting time! This is ridiculous!!!!!! Workers here run really really slow. I was shook of how many other people were having the same problem. Oh and they definitely took advantage of us for giving ours last after I would see people come after us & get their bags first. My fiancé was told by lady s in the front if we want to cancel our order we can in a rude way like are you kidding lady ? We didn t wait a whole hour and forty minutes for nothing! This pluckers location needs great leaders and more hiring ASAP!. Parking: No space at all. Vehicles park super super close to each other there is literally no way out of your car.

Well, I complained years back that all their wing sauces tasted the same. Didnt go to the Lakeline location for awhile. Recently we went there and the bar counters were updated, the menu was updated...not because of my review...but now we enjoy going there again. Now if you could get decent red wine not from a can

I have visited multiple Pluckers locations in Texas and have never been informed that I am only allowed to order two beers. If this is a new rule, customers should be notified before ordering food or being served their first drink. This will allow us to choose a different restaurant if we disagree with the new rules. The least Pluckers can do is inform customers of their new policies to avoid inconveniences. A few days ago, I visited Olive Garden and was able to have more beers than I could here.

My husband placed an order this evening for delivery (through door dash sadly). My 100$ + order was handed off to the wrong driver by doordash and someone elses 50$ order was delivered to me. I called both pluckers and Doordash and they both pawn off on the other. Doordash refused a refund, God knows why and an employee at pluckers said there was nothing he could do. It was Doordashs fault and proceeded to hang up on my husband. Of course when I tried to call back they were closed. Now not only am I out 100$ + I have someone elses food that I didnt order and dont have dinner for my family. Sadly this is not the first time this location has disappointed, (previously dine-in) I was trying to give them another chance. And to put the cherry on the sundae the doordash driver said they saw the pluckers employee give our food to the other customer, so the doordash employee said they just took whatever was there to take.....yes I will be calling doordash corporate. However pluckers needs to take accountability for their part in this matter.

Worst Pluckers Ive been to. 2 beers had black particles flowing inside they said it was Tajin(so wash your cups right). Fries and wings were fried EXTRA hard. I could build a wall with how hard the Fries were. Services was good and understanding but whoever is cooking and cleaning back there has to Go!!!!

My best friend and I took my daughter to Pluckers to celebrate her birthday. Our server, Eric, was absolutely amazing! He did a phenomenal job and was quick and thorough service. Eric is one of the best servers I have ever had and he is the main reason I would come back. The food and drinks were great, but hands down, Eric was spectacular!

Honestly this place sucks on game days, which is kind of terrible because that s what the vibe is. Host staff in particular is so rude and unorganized. My order is always missing items and luckily by the third time i realized i have to do food check in the bag myself. Plenty of other pluckers in austin, i suggest tipping out a different staff.

Do you let your servers pick their own tips? I was never given an option to select a tip just told to insert my card and sign. Completely tricked into giving poor service a 30% tip they selected themselves. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not eat here

Hands down, best wings around. We order flats only, lemon pepper dry rub and ask them to drop em twice for really perfectly crispy wings. Sometimes they can get too heavy on the salt, but 9/10 times, theyre perfect! Just wish they would play the FOOTBALL GAME over the speaker instead of music or bingo....bingo?? Whatever sport, whatever the big game is, thats what we want. There are no good true sports bars, so YOURE IT! Help us out! Would live to try some new flavors for the wings :)

OMG!! The size of the Mozzarella cheese sticks is amazing! And the fried Mac n Cheese is delicious. We filled up on so many appetizers that I had to order a house grilled chicken salad for my entree! The chicken bites are actually real chicken, not processed meat, which is a great treat. I recommend the Redrum beverage for adults!! Parking: Lots of parking available for customers as its in a shopping center. Kid-friendliness: They have a good selection for the kiddos along with crayons and a menu with games for them to do. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide as well as the aisles.

My 12 year old son was so excited to try the 30$ plus dollar hot wing contest. He did it! He was so happy to get to put his name on the wall and picture. To get a shirt well they charge me a bunch of money. Couldn t take a picture. Didn t have him a shirt. Told me they would send it to me and never did. That s been over a year ago. After having party of 9 wait for 40 minutes we were told we had to move from our booth as they didn t have sufficient seating for us due to logistical issues and limitations on chairs. This is after having seated our party. We squeezed in and made it work, rather than having to go back outside at 7pm to wait on the waitlist again. It was not very thoughtful and discourteous to our large party that had waited quite some time to be seated only to have to be made to move. I get that pluckers is busy but definitely felt like we were not really considered. Definitely not our experience we ve had at other pluckers in the past

Couldn t order any drinks because apparently my valid Florida drivers license is fake. You can t order any drinks if you look too young and your license is from another state. I ve spoken to one of the managers she told me that since my friend (who is also 22 years old) looks to young and that my ID looks fake which it is literally as real as it gets we can t order drinks. Later two of my friends who are of age with Texas IDs came they also ordered drinks they were also then denied service. I order alcohol from this location for almost a year now but somehow today it was supposedly fake. I don t want this to be the reason I stop going to this pluckers because the food and waiters is great but the management is trash. I feel bad for putting on a scene but it s pretty frustrating when you re being told you re a liar when you have real truth and evidence in front of someone.

My experience was kind of indifferent because I had a gift card and I could not use the gift card until I got to the place to order, so I called and was put on hold for about 20 minutes. They resolved the issue fairly quickly which was pretty nice but I would just not even use a gift card unless youre going to go sit down at the restaurant and eat because thats a long time to be put on hold. Just order online beforehand.
