Every time you go there s a different value box and each one is worse than the previous. Their latest is $11 for five chicken nuggets and 10 fries with chili powder on them. Cap it all off with four sauce packets for two of the boxes. While they nickel and dime you they have the gall to ask to round up for charity.

I walked in to the 11719 S Texas 6, Sugar Land, TX 77498 location to place an order, the girl at the drive through told me to use the kiosk, I told her Id rather talk to a person, she said she couldnt help me so I said you just lost my business and walked out. Employees keep referring people to the kiosk inspite it not being busy inside. Not everyone knows how to use it and this is laziness on the employees part. The employees are being impersonal and unprofessional. Remember this is the Customer Service Business, I am a Customer, dont treat me like Im an inconvenience to you!

Update, Tuesday April 25, 2023. They are still worse. They are still just as incompetent. With so many employees The store is empty (the service car too) The service is terrible 14 minutes for my order (use a stopwatch) Then I ordered different drinks and they gave me three glasses of soda, I explained to the employee that that was not what I put in my order. He asked for the receipt (when ordered on the screen it does not print a receipt, I never received the text message with the order) Then, very annoyed, I told him, can you, check my order on the monitor, where will they prepare the order? it tells me that it does not appear nothing then how did they prepare my order. At the end of the day it should be a vegan Taco Bell because I didnt see the meat. So dont waste your time in this place. The place was very dirty, not to mention the bathroom, I didnt post the photos because they were very unpleasant. Cold food, broken tacos. The young people who serve. They always have a very annoying attitude. You cant ask them why they always have bitter faces. From three stars I now went down to one star, believe me I went four more times, but yesterday October 25, 2022. I realized that the service is always going to be terrible, it is because of the attitude of the employees. I was waiting 30 minutes for my order, because. They placed an order, the girl didnt even say whose name the order was on (how is it supposed to be done, when you place the order) then the other diners began to check if it was their order and touch the food. Obviously Im not going to want that order, when I check it was my order. Its not fair that its supposedly a fast food service and you end up wasting so much time. Then with the attitude of the employee, I do not recommend it, nor waste your time visiting them.

staff was very friendly and the food was amazing! only criticism i would give is if i had more time to interact with the friendly staff ! Vegetarian options: They have many good veggie options such as burritos and tacos. They also informed me that you can substitute the beef for potatoes which was completely unknown to me. Dietary restrictions: I had told them about how I am a vegan and they had introduced me to the fresco style which substitutes any dairy products for onions and tomatoes for no cost! Kid-friendliness: When we went , our kids were running around even though there is no play place. We apologized to the workers in case we were being too loud but they had said there was no problem!

No apology, not offered any refund, just given an attitude when I brought it to the staff s attention that they messed up my order. I asked for no meat in my order due to religious reasons. Still found meat in my order and it was not substituted with beans like I asked. No fire sauce in the bag like I asked. It s possible the Indian lady had trouble understanding English (in that case she shouldn t be taking orders). I pull up to the drive-thru window and both ladies have to stand there and glare at me as if I did something to them? I understand if the staff hates their jobs there. But do not take it out on customers after YOU messed up my order.

I did not want to go in the drive thaw because the line was to long so I wanted inside I want to place my order and I was standing there for 15 minutes and this young man I think his name was Christopher come up to me and told me to order at the Machine I told him I was paying cash and I don t know how to work the machine he look at me as like he was upset and then walk away without saying anything I stand there for another ten minutes and then I said hello can someone take my order he just walking back and forth and then another young man said give him a minute and he will be with me so I waited until he was done other 6 minutes and then he help me with the machine and took my money they had 5 to 6 people there and I hate that every in there was not trying to take my order but the young man that help me out on top of that they gave me the wrong order and then a man came in saying that his order was wrong to so I called the store the next day and talk to the manager name v and she told me that they will replace my order I help they get better with some of the people there and get better at Customer service to acknowledge the people that walk In the store I hate going to this location that was my second time going and last time coming there never again
