Good customer service. Everyone was polite. I felt like my needs were met at my visit. I ve been a patient for years. I ve never had to wait a long time either. I would refer others to Sugarland Physicians.

Great practice, I would recommend to my friends and family! Dr. Sami is a wonderful provider to all her patients as she provides great bedside manners, time counseling, and giving the care everyone needs. Staff is also so sweet and tries to stay up to date with all patients.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this facility! My primary doctor is here, Dr. Tehmina Sami is truly the best doctor whom Ive ever gone to. She legitimately cares. I have also had blood drawn twice and both times Staff nurse got a vein quickly, although the second time was in my hand, but thats not uncommon for me. I have tiny tiny veins. Very hard to get. I was impressed! Sugar Land Physicians Family Medicine is truly a hidden gem in the area

Visited 3 month ago and asked for a routine annual check up. Dr. Sami ordered labs not needed for annual check up including urinalysis, Hba1c (never been diabetic before), and other labs, and the result was a bill that my insurance wouldn t cover. Most unpleasant experience and you will feel rushed. Just ordering unnecessary labs for a healthy individual.

Literally no one else I trust more to take care of my parents health besides Dr. Sami. I recommend her to anyone trying to get their health under control! She will get you caught up and give you peace of mind because she is very thorough and doesn t miss a thing!

I want to start by saying that the Nurse Practitioner was very nice and spent more time with me than the provider. Due to this being a family practice, I looped in my concerns that brought me in to see a provider and also said we could do a pap and wellness visit. The provider walked in to basically say they will do labs and looked like she had her feet pointed toward the door. I wanted to make sure I dont have a clot and she stated I dont have a clot by her squeezing my leg and the lack of redness. The pain is there but an xray was ordered. I was hoping for an ultrasound just to rule it out. I also had some sinus issues I wanted to discuss. Outside of checking my breathing she did not check my ear nose or throat during this wellness visit but referred me out. As she was about to leave my room I asked about the pap and they went ahead and did it. I say all.of this to say I feel like the visit was incomplete and rushed and now I will have to find another provider who will take time to hear me out and provide follow up care. Labs are OK and very much so needed but I went to see the provider about my leg and sinuses mainly and I thought a family practice provider could help me with those things.

Everyone in the office is very welcoming and kind. I saw Saba, the nurse practitioner who was great. She listened to my concerns and did not rush me at all. I would recommend this office to everyone!

I visited Dr. Tehmina Sami on 6/17/2022 and it was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with a provider. She entered the exam room with a bothered demeanor, as if it was a burden for her to fit me in her schedule that day. She made no attempt to build rapport or even smile for that matter. While elaborating on my concern for the visit, she interrupted and spoke over me continuously. When she spoke, it came across as if she were scolding a child, ( blatantly disrespectful) raising her voice. Dr. Sami was obviously irritated and expressed no genuine empathy or concern for my medical state or for myself as an African American woman. Ive heard about racial prejudice in the medical industry but I can honestly say this was my first time experiencing it first hand in such a direct nature. Dr. Sami made it very obvious that she did not appreciate me as a patient and I will not continue to patronize her business. I never write reviews but this negative interaction sat with me long after I left the visit. Someone has to speak up to excite some change in the person she is as an individual as well as the medical practice as a whole.

Did a med-exam there for immigration purposes (our regular services are in a different clinic, but this is one of the few that is certified to produce reports for USCIS). As a result the paperwork produced falsely indicated conditions that are not proven by either blood tests (actually we were told everything is perfect) and other examination. Our lawyers pointed out that , we called back the clinic questioning the conclusion provided - doctor refused to change the report without any explanation. As a result we wasted $350 and had to go to another certified clinic to redo the whole exam and get a proper conclusion that would not jeopardize our immigration process. Aside from the fact that the objective of our visit to this clinic was not achieved, we wasted 1 month waiting for the final report and made numerous calls, emails and eventually I had to drive to them to insist on getting a finalized report. It is ridiculous how little motivation they have to complete the work once the bill is paid. Overall highly dissatisfied with the service, attitude, result. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had the WORST experience here. Dr Gulnur Kul is the most inconsiderate, unprofessional and insincere person I ve ever come in contact in the health profession. I do not recommend her as your primary care physician. She does not care to listen or to help. She should not be in this profession. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Tehmina is a great doctor. She takes her time to evaluate your symptoms. I dont see her office overcrowded as most doctors and seen quickly on time with appointment. Very courteous and professional staff. My whole family has her as our main doctor.
