Mr. Tran and his team were great and I loved how helpful they were to walk us through the case. He was very well prepared and organized when questions were asked. Tran Law Firm is an amazing law firm I would like to utilize again if needed. They do not play with your feelings or emotions, they are very passionate about their job and helping their clients. They apologize when something doesnt go in their desired direction, but they continue to fight for you. They keep you informed and updated with new information or case updates. They are great! One of the MOST professional law firms in the Ive ever dealt with, and Ive dealt with several. Hard working, organized, and human. Not the commercial type. Wouldnt recommend because it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them! Ive been calling and emailing for 3-4 days now with no response and nobody ever answers the phone. Literally never answer. To me this is a red flag because I was a potential client and if Im having a hard time reaching them this early on thats not good. Will take my business elsewhere..

I spoke with Mr. Tran concerning my case. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was helpful in that he discovered my former employer owed me my vacation and PTO time under the Texas Pay Day Law. My consultation was free and it was beneficial as I would not have known I was entitled to my vacation pay. I would highly recommend the Tran Law Firm should anyone have the need for an employment attorney.

Spent time answered pages of questions about my case, made appointment to review my case to an attorney, and NEVER RECEIVED any response. I then contacted them about wasting my time, and was instructed to call the office again. What a joke? Why would people reach out to this kind of service? Could you really depend your case on an attorney that dont value your appointment or read about your case?
