I can t say enough good things about my experience with Vicki and her team. I called several places and just felt like this was the team I needed to help me get through an extremely difficult time in my life. I believe when I called I spoke to Michelle (the first time) and I truly feel like it was an answered prayer. Vicki was very straight forward and honest and her entire team was on top of everything! Divorce is stressful enough, the team you hire shouldnt add to that. I dont feel like 13k was worth all the headaches, going back and forth with answers and being misinformed. It look a friend of mine and the mediator to bring up an option that actually worked better for my case. No thanks to the team that shouldve mentioned this option to me in the first place. Towards the end of my divorce I made a call to clarify something on the agreement just to be told different answers by the same person (she never answered my question btw) and then be told to use my best judgment. Of course I was billed for this useless response. Not to mention I was called a liar and my experience with this individual was completely dismissed. I was made very clear that what I had to say didnt matter with my 0 experience as an attorney. I wouldnt be surprised if they say this doesnt align with their records since thats what they replied to those who had a bad experience. Theres more to it but this is the main reason I am displeased with services rendered. Dont bother looking at your invoice either because anything you see as incorrect will be considered nitpicking and [you] just wanting their money. Only ladies I appreciate is Michelle and Mia for being honest with me throughout my case. Everyones experience is different and this is my experience so take it with a grain of salt. 10/10 do not recommend. Edit: Shooing me as if I were a dog, belittling me because Im not an attorney then hanging up on me after calling me a liar and a thief and you say you wish me the best?!?! Vicky you made it very clear you will never return a single penny and dont you remember telling me to never call your office again because you will never help me?!?!? What will calling the office or setting up another zoom meeting do? Give you the chance to disrespect me and belittle me?!? I hope Angela doesnt tell others to use their best judgment when seeking advice. Like i told you people in my last email, at least i make my living honestly without taking advantage of others. Vicki and her staff are professional, efficient, and effective. I can t stress enough how important the efficiency aspect was for me. They are punctual with their documentation and correspondence. They manage the entire legal process very well and really take that load off of their clients. From the first consultation call to the final signing, they were incredible the entire time. Divorce, no matter what is not an enjoyable experience and causes a lot of uncertainty and stress but Vicki, Angela, and Mia were there with and for me the entire time. TLDR: Great experience-- definitely recommend. I was really pleased with my experience with Vicki and her team. Divorce is never easy to deal with, but she and her staff were understanding and receptive to my concerns. They were sympathetic to my situation but also realistic in setting expectations with me and that really helped along the way. I also have ZERO experience with anything like this (verses my ex-spouse who is now twice divorced). They advocated for me, but also let me set the pace and tone of how things proceeded. Now, to give a total honest review, you have to know one thing about me: I am as frugal as it is possible to be. I just dont want to be frivolous in my expenditures and many other lawyers I interviewed kind of laughed at my concerns about cost and trying to keep my expenses as low as I possibly could (I know, I know, whoever heard of a cheap divorce?! I get it). But Vicki listened and understood where I was coming from. With their consideration of my concerns, I knew each email I sent and each phone call I made would be well worth the expense because they knew what it meant to me to be spending like that. Vickis team taught me that a good lawyer is worth the price, and a great lawyer will also make their clients see value in the expense with the quality of their work. Money cant buy happiness, but in this case-- with a divorce completed in 4 months-- Yes, it absolutely can and absolutely did. Thank you Vicki and Judi!

A single dad seeking custody of his two daughters in Texas is a very long shot. However, due to changing circumstances, I was referred to Venza Family Law through a long-time, trusted friend and decided to attempt it. Within two weeks, Vicki and her team won an immediate, temporary change of custody! The finalization of the case took much longer, but they fought tirelessly - as if it were their own children - and yesterday we signed final orders granting this single dad primary custody. I found Vicki through her AMAZING reviews I called her office and set up a consultation and knew that she would be the attorney I needed after our first conversation . I was in one of the ugliest custody battles that lasted 5 months Vicki and her team went over and beyond with mediation and days and days of court responding to the hundreds of motions filled . Mia was everything you would ever want from the first person you will normally talk to when calling , Judi was always quick with answering questions and updating me on everything I needed to know and keeping me in the loop. Words can t describe how amazing Vicki and her entire team have been. I recently switched attorneys and that was hands down the best thing I could have done. I have been fighting for over three years and JUSTICE has never been rendered or served. Within three weeks of hiring Vicki and her team, I had two court cases in a week. Hired her to do my family law. Child custody, she was at first very prompt until we got to mediation. She was very ugly seemed she wanted to just settle and wanted me to agree to terms that wasn t the reason I spend 9k on . She got very ugly about it at mediation and cussed at me raised her voice and lost control. At that moment I fired her and hired a new attorney after spending 9k I didn t expect that . I only hired her because there was so many great reviews . Although, she didn t do her job as expected. She would get really mad that my wife my daughters step mom was very involved and she didn t like the fact I would speak to my wife about it. Never would I make a life changing decision about our daughter unless I spoke to her and we came to a family agreement. I understand she is my daughter but at the same time she needs to understand my wife excepts her as her own and looks what is in the best interest of my child as well. We are united as one. She just wasn t great. Very rude and kept my cool till I could get her off my case to let others know what happen. Although the main shocker was her cussing at me for clarifying a question that was being done at mediation and she was upset because my ex did not want to agree to the terms so she just got frustrated and took all of her anger out on me. There are so many nice things I can say! Having just fired my first attorney, a friend referred me to Vicki. Hiring Vicki was absolutely the right thing to do. She is a quick study (she took over my divorce case which had been on-going for a year!) and was a true advocate. She responded QUICKLY to all my questions and kept me informed; providing regular and timely updates. In just a few short weeks, all the remaining details were hammered out and the divorce was done. Ms. Venza handled my divorce and I could not have been happier with the quality of care I received! What I loved best was that she was very accessible and returned emails and phone calls in a very timely manner!!! I retained Vicki for the purpose of establishing child support to include back child support, visitation, and to change my daughter s last name. I went into the process extremely naive to the complexities of each matter. Vicki was extremely patient and informative throughout the entire process. What I appreciated the most was her honesty. Legal matters can be very complicated and stressful but she was extremely forthcoming about the process and what to expect both good and bad. Victoria was such a treasure during my divorce proceedings. From the moment I first spoke with her I knew I could trust her to always have my back. She also made sure that my interests, wants, and needs were the most important thing throughout this devastating phase of my life. Luckily my divorce happended to be amicable and I let her know I wanted to keep it that way. Victoria went out of her way to make sure that my wishes were followed! She also made sure I wasn t going to get blindsided or screwed along the way. Just knowing I had someone I could trust, and that was always had my best interests at heart made this horrible situation a little more bearable. I cant say enough good things about Vicki! There are several reasons I would recommend her. First, Vicki professionally, is very impressive. She is great about being clear about what to expect. Everything was explained to me up front, which is huge in a situation as overwhelming as a divorce. Second, Vicki let me set the pace and tone of my divorce, which was really important to me. There is no doubt she can be tough when you need her to be, but she also respected my decisions with regards to how I wanted to handle things. I always felt like I was in control of the decisions, but she was right there with me to point out angles I may not have seen, but that she was aware of because of her years of experience. It was the perfect balance of assistance, without ever feeling bulldozed by the process. Finally, Vicki personally is wonderful. I had a lot of anxiety about the divorce process and Vicki was amazing at walking me through everything. Its obvious she really cares about her clients. She returns emails and phones call promptly, and really took the time to explain details and concepts that were unfamiliar to me. I hired Vicki to be my lawyer for my divorce case- it was an amicable divorce, that still had its obstacles-property to divide, child support, custody, etc. She was very knowledgeable, handled anything and everything I brought to her in a timely manner, very detail oriented and kept me informed along the way. On a side note-In my court hearing as the judge was signing the final decree- the judge made a comment on how well my lawyer, Vicki, had everything put together, organized and filed correctly. I had never spoken with a lawyer and I suddenly needed one to ensure I knew my rights as a father and how best to move forward in regards to custody of my child. A family friend recommended Vicki and luckily I took their advice. Vicki is very professional and took the time to work with me and made sure I fully understood the whole process and was with me every step of the way. I was very worried at first considering I had never been in a situation like this. Vicki was always willing to reassure me and and answer any questions that would inevitably pop up along the way. Nobody wants to be in a situation where they need legal counsel, especially a child custody case or divorce. But if you do, you want a good lawyer in your corner, believe me. I was so pleased with the service I received that I went back to Vicki again a couple years later when circumstances changed and I needed to have changes made to custody. We just completed the process this month and my child now lives with me full time and we couldnt be happier.
