We had our screen windows and Patio door re-screened and did not need to purchase new frames. Rene came to the house to pick them up and then delivered and installed them when completed. Working with Rene and Celeste was a pleasure. They delivered on their promised dates and time. I strongly suggest you ask for an estimate from a professional installer and not just a person who can replace screen material.

RRC Quality Solar Screens made the process very easy to deal with.. I called and made an appointment with Celeste. Met with Celeste and discussed the different styles and darkness of the screens to select. A fair quote was given and paid hald upon agreement and half on installation day. Later that day Rene came to measure each window and then a week later he was back installing the solar screens. Celeste and Rene were very nice, honest and very friendly. The process to get solar screens was very easy to do with RRC Quality Solar Screens. I called and made an appointment with Celeste. Met with Celeste and discussed the different levels of the darkness of the screens and the different colors of the actual screens. Accepted the quote I was given and paid some money down. A few days later the installer came to measure each window and then a week later he was back installing the solar screens. Celeste was a very nice person. She was very knowledgeable about the solar screens. She made me feel like Family. The installer was very nice and quick. Overall, this was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend RRC Quality Solar Screens to anyone interested in getting solar screens. RRC did an amazing job!. They were very respectful, courteous. They are very reasonable with pricing. The solar screens were ready within a week.I noticed a huge difference right away. I also had some old Crack and ripped bug screens. ,they were able to repair it has well. I did get the 90 solar screens in the front and 80 in the back in the kitchen area. You can still see through. I also called other places.This company gave the better deal.

The installation was quick and we could already feel the difference in temperature in our home after the first few screens were installed. They were screwed onto the frame securely. The people who run/own the company are kind and professional and they had different methods of payment so I could choose the option I was most comfortable with. They are a super great company. I called for a quote and they gave it to me that day with just submitting pictures. They came by to remove my screens that I currently had on my house and got rid of them for $25 which I thought was a great deal because I have 15 windows. The quote they gave me was super great and reasonable and after measuring my windows the screens were ready for install in about 2 weeks. They offer to clean your windows for a additional charge of $5 per window you want so I got all of my front windows cleaned. Installation of the screens was super quick. I m so glad I found RRC quality solar screens! I spent a lot time calling around other places and found that they either didn t call me back, didn t exist, or were too expensive!! Outrageously expensive! RRC was very reasonable, affordable, and did the installation fast. Here is another bonus...they warranty their work and can repair their screens. That s important! My fear was so Even if I got a cheaper bid but a few years down the road my screen tears...will they be around to fix it? Longevity of a company matters. So don t think twice and go for it. I spoke with Celeste throughout the entire process from getting the free estimate to the actual measurement, to the install. She kept me informed of everything as far as prices and honors the price they quote you at with no hidden fees. First of all, RRCs customer service and quality of their product is top notch. I have a west-facing house and had the problem where the rooms in the front of the house would be extremely hot during the morning and the rooms in the back were just as bad in the evening. On top of that my house has large windows and the morning sun in one room was so bad that it was blinding. I had heard that solar screens would help and looked into it. I found RRC and selected them because of their reputation. Their sales consultant, Celeste, was very good about communicating everything to me throughout the entire process. The screens look great and cut down dramatically on the uneven temperatures in my house. I felt that this company was very honest and would gladly work with them again. I wish that the process to actually install the screens had been as smooth as working with RRC was. The process to install the screens at my house was frustrating because my homeowners association requires architecture committee review on any external modification to the property. At least in my neighborhood, they allow solar screens to be installed, (with review), but apparently require them to match the style of the existing windows. I was not aware of this and ordered the product before going through the review process. Unfortunately, my homeowners association didnt like the original screens I picked out and made me redo them despite having invested a considerable amount of money for the deposit on the screens. They also turned what should have been a two week process into nearly a 2 month process. Despite the setback from my association, Celeste was great throughout everything. We kept in contact every few days until the project was approved. I highly recommend this company, however, if you are considering this project and live in community with an HOA, PLEASE speak with your architectural review committee prior to beginning this project. It will save you money and ultimately, grief. Also, if you are considering this project, make sure to ask for the correct screens. If you have solid windows, ask for screens that look similar. If you have colonial style windows with grid work or so called mullions make sure to ask for that.
