I recently went here all exited for my 1 year old to have fun, and I once I went inside, as we went true the different tot play area I got disappointed. First of all when you walk in, you go in with shoes, they do exact socks on entry to play area, but when you want to go over to the little kitchen and store section and on, you have to pass through the same area you entered with shoes previously, Now I am really meticulous when you are talking about cleaning and kids area. They spaces and meant to be clean because of their likes and frequency to putting everything in there mouth etc. The place was dirty, the food area as well there was even a fork on the floor (dirty). Y all goota clean up those tables after people (covid and other vituses are still going around). Plus y all should exact us entry with socks as soon as we go in, not let us walking with shoes. And clean or change some of the toys, they are filty dirty, specially for under 24mo. Also when it comes to food y all should let us com in with our fruits milk,juice etc since we have young babies. Not everyone feed their babies on pizza and other food. Also the bathroom did not have paper towells. And was dirty as well. This is an honest review, I don t usually do this stuff but I did not like it. When I left I felt dirty, I invited a friend and when we saw our socks, we decided to leave now today we had to threw away our socks because of how dirty they were, the socks even had pet hair on them. Please, find another place, even the children s museum tots area is cleaner. Thank you.

This was my first time coming here and the staff were so rude and they don t even show you around even after I said it s my first time here. They even charge you $3+ for socks if you want to be in the play area. You would think if you tell them It s your first time they would waive the sick fee. Also they did not give me a tour of the place knowing it s my first time. Anyways, I m most unpleasant with the staff and how their attitude was, I dealt with specifically with Melissa.

I ve been bringing my daughter here for about 2 years. She s 5 going on 6. She enjoys it. The staff is friendly, it s easy to keep an eye on your kid(s) if you as a parent wants to sit down as well. They also offer concessions which are super mid but we are more there for the experience than the food.

Took my 18 month old daughter to this facility. Was sadly disappointed. No attendants policing the toddler area so several children above 3 were roughhousing in a space that should be deemed safe for my daughter to play. The other children have more than half of the facility to play whereas the toddler area is significantly smaller. Employees should be doing a better job enforcing facility rules and parents should be doing better watching their children. What was meant to be a fun experience today was cut short because of inadequacies of your staff. Also, how do you run out of hand sanitizer in a facility that s sole purpose is to house and entertain children? A facility that probably has hundreds of children come through within a week s time.

This place is cute. Not the best in the area but not nearly the worst. We had a birthday party and they communicated well. Some of the details I think they can do a better job of explaining in advance but still, not bad. The staff are nice and the play area feels safe, especially for toddlers. My biggest complaints are: 1. It s really hot inside the play area. It would be nice to have some sort of circulation for the kids inside. 2. Their play rates / times are kind of weird. Like just give me a rate and let the kids play until they are done. 3. Their kitchen seems closed often. When it was open their coffee was horrible and they didn t have cream or sugar. 4. The parents seating area isn t kept up with and often seems like a war zone, messy and dirty. 5. I don t see them cleaning half as much as I think they should with all these kids around - inside and outside of the play area. 6. Parking is weird. 7. Don t get the buzz light year for a birthday party. He looks like Buzz was bit by a vampire.

I love taking my little ones here and they enjoy it every time . But today s visit was unpleasant. We got there around 6:45ish pm with my two little ones, paid to get in to only be told that the AC wasn t working properly okay cool no problem we only got an hour to play anyways didn t make it a big deal. Bathrooms were disgusting both men and women s , pee everywhere , paper all over the floors and a foul smell. All the employees seem not to care most of them were on their phones or just talking. Place was pretty dirty today even saw a roach running around the place. Maybe it was just too hot for the employees to care today I don t know maybe they should have closed until the AC was fixed.

Well enclosed 1 shop stop with all different activities you would found in places like bounce bounce but on a smaller a much managebale level. Theres also seperate kiddi section and both sections are surrounded by tables and chairs for parents to sit and view via eye sight or different cameras installed inside on the big TV screens. Also has a mini cafeteria place where u can get snacks like samosas.u

My twins love it here! When it s hot as heck outside they can t play at the parks but they still need a place to release all of that energy. This is the place! It s $15 for 1/hr or $18 for the day, if they staying more than 1 hr it s a no brainer, but it s for one visit so if they leave they cannot come back. Also, they do sell pizza for $12, not the greatest but it s affordable. The twins always have a blast here and it s like pulling teeth trying to get them to leave.

My 3 year old cousin had an amazing time at Cheeky Monkey! She loved all the different play areas and I definitely had a hard time trying to get her to leave. All she talks about now is Cheeky Monkey. The place was very clean and all the staff were extremely welcoming! 10/10 would recommend for young children.

Since moving to Sugerland cheeky monkeys was the best place for my 2 years old to have fun. Unfortunately today staff was rude and unprofessional. After purchasing the tickets they gave us the rest band and told us we can open the door from the inside. The door was open for 20 minutes any child can go if the parents don t know. Hope the management look into that.

Came here for a birthday party and the kids definitely had a good time. Its a fun place for the kids to be at. Parents, theres really nothing for you to do here other than wait for your kids. It was a Saturday and the place was packed. The birthday party had a room booked and we were a bit jammed in it. Otherwise, the play areas are spacious. They have a separate space for little toddlers. The food is all right. I wouldnt necessarily call it the best. I did not like the coffee though. Got a cold coffee and it was... bad. Plenty of parking around the location.

I bring my nephews here regularly and they absolutely LOVE IT! We really like that it s indoors, so it s a great option when the weather is poor. The playground is massive and they have snacks and drinks! Definitely recommend if you re looking for a fun spot to bring the kiddos in the sugar land area !

I recently came here with my children, and they had a blast. I decided to have them do the cookie decorating event they had for valentine s day. It was amazing. My children had such a great time, the staff was super sweet to my babies and interacted with them perfectly. I truly do love this place and my children wish they could come everyday. Huge shout out to grace who is a wonderful image for the company. She is the sweetest and most helpful staff member in my opinion. Great family facility! 5 stars!

My child was accosted by a bunch of kids there. Leash your kids if theyre going to be so aggressive. There is no sense of order there and rules are constantly being broken. The staff has no backbone to stand up to terrible parents and their terrible kids? Poor management will end up causing injury to our kiddos who stick to the rules!

I have to dock this place to 2 stars. I went on a Saturday with my 14 month old. I am conscience I decided to go on a Saturday, however if you re a child play zone on the weekend and know you have X amount of parties, I would hope management would account for that with the appropriate amount of staff. We went for 1 hour and left early bc of the number of times older kids came in and caused safety concerns for my child and other toddlers in the designated toddler area. Kids that were definitely over the posted age limit and height limit were constantly coming in WITH their parents. One girl knocked my daughter down with one of the spin toys and another child pushed another 15 month old. In another instance an older child almost stepped on my daughter and would have done so if I wasn t right next to her. Yes, it s my responsibility to be conscience of my daughters safety, but I also feel it s the establishment s responsibility to ensure their guests are abiding by the rules. I will say there were only 2 staff members at the front I would see and others focused on the party rooms. I had to go over twice to get help. The first time they only made an announcement, the second time I had to tell one of them to physically come and help ask the kids to leave. After that it kept happening over and over again. Parents would leave the toddler town door open, again, I was conscious of my child, but as a parent the whole point of paying for a place with a toddler area is that they will be safe in an age appropriate space. I would suggest placing a staff member at the entrance of toddler town when there is a huge influx of guests and possibly some kind of latch only an adult can open on the toddler town door. My daughter was able to enjoy herself a short time while we were there. I wish she could have enjoyed the full hour, but it truly got to be too much. The toddler town is a clean and wonderful space. There was no space for us to sit bc each table was full. I would just for the meantime unfortunately not go on Saturdays unless you are ready to deals with some madness.

First time visitor: Pros: -they ask all visitors to wear socks -they have a toddler only area -clean bathrooms with a changing station in both the men s and women s -seems cleaner than other indoor play places -they have great equipment that supports development of fine motor and gross motor skills Cons: -the toddler only area is supposed to be for kids 3 and under but nobody was enforcing this the day of our visit, so we had to block our toddler at times to avoid getting hit by the swing carousel (older kids liked to make it go fast and the swings would fly outwards)

This place was a lot of fun for my two year old daughter! She loved to climb on the big obstacle area and was big enough for me to follow her in. They also have a toddler section with a ball pit and she had a blast in there. Wasn t too expensive for a two hour play which was enough play time for her. Highly recommend to take your little one to burn some energy and try new obstacles!

Just recently had my daughters 5th birthday party here and I was blown away. The facility was perfect. Very clean and spacious. However what stood out the most was the customer service from D Andre he was absolutely amazing. Took care of every request we had and was so helpful. We will be back because of how he treated us.

I visited today and was blown away by the atmosphere of this place very clean which is surprising because most indoor play facility s are not as neat and tidy. So a bit of background here. I m currently a Senior Manager at Chuck E. Cheese. This was my very first visit ever to Cheeky Monkey. I had my 9yr and 1yr old sons, and 2yr old nephew. Pros: floors felt clean, minimal trash, friendly staff, food was good, no odor, restrooms were IMMACULATE, managers were clearly present and interacting with customers, staff felt easy to approach, play area was also very well maintained. The following cons are not the staff or managers on sites fault but rather are issues that the company owners need to address and collaborate with their team in the store to increase customer satisfaction as I felt these things will make drastic improvements to the location. Cons: seating, you need to find a better solution to this. When I was leaving a family had to ask if we were going and if they could have our table, that sucks to be that family and worse it s looks to be an ongoing one from before my visit based on previous reviews. No one had to stand around but invest in long tables that can accommodate a family and see about how many you can fit in there, round ones are not a good use of space. Oven: invest in a 2 conveyor belt oven system not the one you have, I immediately could tell that if they got rushed at the food bar that there is no way that oven will keep up with orders it will be the biggest bottle neck and cause unnecessary refunds from people waiting too long for food, not an issue I had today but a clear one I could see. All in all great visit. Vivian, Craig, and Josh were amazing to talk to about the business and I was very pleased to compliment them on their work. Below are photos of key areas that I look at to let me know if a place is being maintained. The food area was clean and no old food was out, fountains were clearly taken care of, and bathrooms were just perfect.

Update: I had given 5 stars to this place and been there almost every week since they opened the place. It was perfect in the beginning. However, the last time I visited (01/06/2024) the place was too dusty, smelling horribly by the poor ventilation from the kitchen, obviously, gross restrooms, unfriendly staff and more. I had witnessed at least 6 children being tripped due to uneven pads on the floor and falling. 2 of them hit their head on the slide. When I see one of the staffs walking around I showed her the uneven surface and told her about the incidents happening rapidly. She seemed to understood the situation but took no action to fix it. After that one more kid hit his head on the slide. She offered an ice cream and some ice to put on to the kid who hit his head to the slide, which I appreciate, but nothing more. It should have been fixed immediately since it could cause more damage. I ll be visiting there soon and will update my review. Hopefully they will take care of this place because we always loved it there!

Cheeky monkey is a fantastic indoor playground. My toddler was easily entertained for 2+ hours (Id wager even more). There are different kinds of slides, structures and feel more engaging than a typical playground. In addition the structures are all padded and soft so I could chill in the common area while he had a lot of fun. There is an indoor cafeteria as well. I got coffee from outside and it was a bummer that it wasnt allowed inside (they could charge a fee) but that would be one thing to change to be more accommodating to outside drinks, hence knocking down a star.

Its crowded, the facility is OK in quality of indoor play facilities, but eating area is too close to play area, and floor is not clean, I guess its hard to maintain during play hours. They charge $15 fir one hour, even arrive on 5pm they dont give discount. So thats a deduct from me.

I had my sons birthday party here and I just wanna say it was the worst experience I ever had. This company is very racist you shouldnt bring any of your kids here!! I overheard a supervisor who goes by Dale talking about my BLACK son with other employees joking and calling him curious george and other things i prefer not to say. I of course confronted him and the manager was very unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. I took my baby out of there immediately!!! i will be contacting corporate about this incident immediately.

Came here for a 4 year olds bday party. The place is semi clean and has a great play place for younger kids and 3+ years of age. The floor was pretty dirty though so we wore shoes when my daughter wasnt in the play place. I do not like how the venue forces the customers to buy their food for bday parties so theyre stuck with unhealthy choices like pizza etc. My daughter enjoyed herself so I will probably be taking my kids here again one day soon.

My son is on the spectrum, and he absolutely loves it here. He could spend hours here. he will still not want to leave.
