20 years customer for this place. Usually consistent. And I understand mistakes do happen but the most important thing is how you recover and fix it. In my case Claudia the manager REFUSED to fix a batch of bad / stale wings. She wont refund the money, she wont deliver another order, she wants me to drive 20 minutes each way to bring back the crappy/stale wings and then she will fix it. Is not enough they screw up, now theyre punishing me for their screw up? Well I just declined the credit card charges and will never go back to that place. How is that for business?

The wing flavors are unmatched, especially Hot (with garlic) and the Gold Fever. They know how to fry them to perfection with a crispy outside and juicy inside. The pieces are not steroid big like some of the national chains, but I find those extra large ones lack the flavor of a normal size one. The curly fries, onion rings, and chicken tenders are also very, very good. Service is always A+ no matter how crowded. My only real complaint is there is not one close to me.

Always go here every other week. Everything is always different. Some days food is good other days not so much, service is the same way. Went monday 6/24/24 for dinner. Service was ok but the wings were not good. They over fried them which dried them out and made them greasy.

Bang for your buck! If you re like me to see how much these wings cost compared to other wing chains, this is the place! Pictured: 16 PC wing n thing (includes celery & dressing) for $19 and some change. I placed an order for take-out and paid at their take-out window. (No drive thru) The wings are a great size, thankfully and the sauces are decent, but not as seasoned as I would have liked, maybe this was an oversight on my part, but they werent as crispy as I like, but maybe you can order them extra crispy. All in all I def. recommend but need to play with the menu to get my wings just right!

I wasn t going to write this but, you ll read and hopefully see my point of view. My family and I have been coming here for years, and even though there are reservations about their food and service, we ve continued to come, until today. When they read this, they ll know the visit. So here goes I had recently came by to order food to go, I always order the same , all drums on my meals. I have even suggested in the past that I didn t mind paying extra for all drums. I was even told on my last visit, don t worry, we will never have you pay extra . So, awesome right?! Well, today I went by there to order again, and this time I m told (by someone different) sorry we don t allow all drums. I couldn t even finish my explanation about ordering last week, and she again says, we have done that since last year. So I said don t worry, I ll talk to the gentleman that helped me last time. So I continued to go outside to talk to him, well, he got pulled away before I could talk to him, yes, by her. I didn t get a chance to talk to him, instead she came to the window as to say, go ahead and try to order. The thing that made me more upset was that they started talking in Spanish, mind you, I m Mexican and I can hear and understand you. He was basically explaining to her, it s up to you, whatever you want to do, offer him 3 flats etc . Again, I m just standing there outside waiting, I finally just gave in and said, you know what don t worry about it, it s ok. Queria decir que me disculparan las molestia, because that s how you made me feel, like I was bothering you, the customer.

I pop in from time to time just to get some excellent service and hot wings. The wings are always fresh and hot no matter how crowded . I usually get the 10 pack , 5 mild ( because mild is the heat I can tolerate), and 5 butter ... delicious! I usually get the chili cheese tots , but I regret the chili later with my acid reflux. I enjoy the food irregardless of the pain. I did order the onion rings ... they were on par with Whataburger. Super excellent!! My drink never hit bottom as I was unable to communicate with my mouth full of food. They staff , not just my waitress, all helped keep my drink topped off with the Arnold Palmer I am becoming accustomed to. Fun Fact : This place has a working pay phone near the bathroom. Show the kiddos a working piece of historical technology . Ha! Parking: They share a rather large parking lot that easily rivals a small grocery store .

Plenty of parking around this location, and the layout inside is simple. The service is fair and average. However the food disappointed. The wings were very small and overcooked. The chicken fingers tasted good but were too crunchy. The fries were not seasoned at all, no salt at all. The prices are affordable but still doesnt justify the low quality of the food.

We have been coming here for years it s a place my family love to dine in at especially for our bdays , we never had any problems with service or the food . I had to buy my 6 year old grandson a happy meal from McDonald s, I walked back to wings n things and we sat with our party . Right away a woman approached me and said you cannot eat tht in here . I explained to her it was for my grandson she said I m sorry you cannot bring it in here . I continued to ask for a manager and a phone number so I could escalate this matter more . With out hesitation I got up and we were leaving mind you we had a party of over 12 people there we all were gonna eat except my grandson whom I didn t or need to explain to any one he is autistic and textures of certain foods he will not eat . I didn t think I had to explain my self or my grandsons disability , after we escalated with someone else there they took the sign off the door (the hand written sign at that ) . Teach your managers how to kindly ask a open ended question. There s people who have certain disabilities that do not look or appear from the outside but it s there . I was very disappointed and will not be going back there .

Went here for lunch. Asked about the lunch menu. Was told it was only for dine-in customers. I was never asked if I was dining in or not. I explained to the gentleman on the cash register that I would dine in to get the chicken basket lunch special. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, my food came out as a to go order. I asked the waitress if the meal came with a drink she responded with a confident, no. When I told her that I thought I read it did come with one on the menu, she responded no again. When I got up to check what I thought I read on the menu, the same waitress then explained it only comes with one with dine in orders. I explained I was dining in. To that she said ok, Ill go get you a drink. She never asked what I would like to drink. After a while, she brought me out a big container of lemonade that tasted like it was mixed with dishwater. When asked if I get a choice for the drink, she responded in her same response, no. REALLY??? On top of all that I was charged regular menu price. Where is the customer service? Be better.

The service is great, our server was good and the atmosphere is spacious and accomodating. The food however could be better. Fries are not seasoned (slightly at most) on purpose to get you to pay for toppings like cheese and chili. The lemon pepper wings are gross. But the hot wings are decent. The area was clean, and our waiter was courteous and polite UPDATE: The area was busy due to the Astros baseball game. It was clean we were greeted and seated and asked for our drink order. Wings were small, not many choices of sauces. Chili cheese fries were not good the chili is super cheap and not good. Fries all around are thin and no flavoring. Chicken strips had not flavor, daughter would not eat them. Philly cheesesteak was super cheap frozen meat that was folded and not good. Husband didn t even order. I just recently visited this place for my second time during a brief work break. I m a white guy working a glorified janitorial job at a church. I don t speak Spanish. I walked in, seated myself, and was very polite. I ordered a simple 4 wings and two tender basket (I highly recommend the mango habanero sauce for tenders). Here is the problem: I got a phony bill that WAS mine. It had my name on in and everything with the tip option. It was for $20.16 or so when in only costs $15 if you and include the Diet Coke I ordered. When I asked the server about it (who was sitting around flirting with the cashier laughing the whole time) he told me, Oh, I was wondering about that too. This was after they had been talking and laughing the whole time I was waiting on my order and had given my card to pay (I had to be back at work so have my card as soon as I ordered). Nonsense. I was being exploited. Luckily I caught it. I don t appreciate that kind of treatment just because I was being perceived that I would just take it or could afford it . I love how this establishment has been around for a long time and how there is a diverse customer base, but stop extorting people. I still tipped 20% anyways.

What a beautiful restaurant! I popped in for the first time to pick up an order for a friend. It was a Sunday evening, and I ordered at the counter. This establishment has definitely changed Ive been going here at least 15 years and Im always greeted when I come in when I go out today1 pm and I understand its slow but customer service is customer service and this is the second time it happened where no one greeted me on my way out everyone had their face in their phone. No thank you for coming were still in a pandemic I did not spend a dollar in here. I called the manager and she acted as if I was bothering her, grilling me about my complaint so they no longer need to worry about me ever stepping back into this establishment I will travel all the way to 1960 and be treated with service.

The people were nice and friendly. We were seated immediately. Food came extremely fast. After we ordered our food it came 5 minutes later. It was super fresh and tasty. The wings were really good. It was nice and quiet. The restaurant was clean. I enjoyed the food. I ve been going here since i was in middle school. I got the lemon pepper wings and my husband got the gold fever wings. You should definitely check this place out. It s better than Buffalo Wild Wings in my opinion.

Quality has totally changed. The wings were nasty, chili cheese fried clearly watered down and GROSS. If you want to deal with a rude manager that has zero customer service skills she will be sitting down by the register at a table with the rest of the staff.

I know I went after the lunch rush but I feel all the food was cooked for a whole then tossed back in the fryer to heat it back up. then over cooked. It was Hard and dry wings and hard fries...not crispy but hard. Definitely wont be back. The service was good.

Gets 3 stars because the food is ok at best. It was premade because after I placed my order, I received it less than a minute later. However, it gets 1 star because the price I was charged and the price on the menu was way different. If I was told prices have changed then I would have understood but this is shady business. Got the 6 piece combo, listed as 8.75 and was charge1d 10.95. Soda was listed as 2.25 and charged 2.50.
