I placed an online order only to arrive at the location, and not see any employees. I drove around to the window and waited for 10 minutes before I saw an employee. When I tried to get his attention he seemed irritated as he slowly walked to the window. After a less than pleasant interaction with two employees I requested a refund. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

First off- this is an unfair review!!! Everything is as great except for the malfunctioning alarm system. For 30 minutes We were subjected to beep beep beep beep beep beep! Haha there is no way I can recommend dining here. Get it to go! A guy named Note was at the front and was super cool and in control. Very helpful guy. Ice machine In the lobby is broke but Note was slinging drinks from the counter, so no issue. The chicken was fresh and good! Let me try this place in a month and do an update to see if it s still beep beep beep.

This place was a fairly good place. The place was probably one of the best chicken tasting places. The people surviving us were so nice. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 Stars was the constant loud beeping. I dont think that happens every day but it was very disturbing.

Rating: 1 star I recently visited Zaxby s for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience that has left a lasting negative impression. The drive-thru employee didn t greet us and seemed irritated, rushing us to order despite there being no other cars in line. When I received my drinks, they were sticky with spilled soda, and I was handed just one napkin. When I politely asked for more napkins, she dismissively told me there were more in the bag and didn t offer any additional help. Additionally, when I inquired about sauces and mentioned that this was our first visit, her response was cold and unwelcoming. She curtly stated that she had already included sauces in the bag and just stared at me, making the interaction uncomfortable. This poor service has definitely tainted my view of Zaxby s, and I am reluctant to return after such a disappointing first experience. Customer service is crucial, and this location failed miserably in that regard.

Customer service was at an all-time low. The girl at the drive-thru was unprofessional. She was laughing playing around with another worker. We sat at the window for darn near 20 mins. waiting on food all the while watching them laugh and play around. No apologies, no explanation as to why it was taking forever for our order or anything. I eventually turned my car off because the wait was so long. Im all for young kids working and earning money, but there was no one supervising them because their behavior was insane. Do better!!!

Sunday night, Mother s Day, this location moved very slow and took 20 mins to get one salad from the drive thru. It was at the end when food was provided, we were told they had one cook - set these expectations with the customers. Drive Thru are meant to be quick. I love Zaxbys salad and wings, and this location was far from home so was a disappointment plus blackened seasoning was unavailable now.

All while wearing their personal ear pods to what it seems their cell phones. Ive been to this location a few times in the past, and by far this experience was the worst. The service was insufferable. I waited 30 minutes for an online order that I was told upon arrival would be ready at least 30 minutes prior. You would think with such a crowded restaurant that employees would be hard at work. Well that wasnt the case there was alot of horse playing to say the least. After finally receiving my order the food was below the usual standards. Nothing I had that night was appetizing. The fries were undercooked the chicken tenders were overcooked ,and the chicken on the chicken sandwich was undercooked in spots. Overall this review isnt meant to bash or complain but to merely evoke change. Hopefully a better tasting quality and experience is born from it. People spend their hard earned money only to receive mediocre or below average food or service is really disappointing.

Arrived at 1:02 noticed cars were pulled up waiting. Didn t mind still ordered my food in drive thru. Paid and was told to pull up three other cars alreadY waiting. I wait for 20 min for a worker to walk out with one order. At this point it s 6 cars waiting. He ask me my order and said o I don t have it can u pull up more. So I did. And waiting another 10 min until I pull back around. And ask for a refund it s been 30 min at this point. They take my receipt and throw it in the trash in front of me and try to give me food that looked like it had been sitting or given to someone else. I want a refund not food at this point I m over it. Food was 17 they try and give me 13 three times after I ve explained my total was 17. After 5 attempts I finally received the correct amount. No apology just a waste of 45 min. Place really needs better management and training of staff.

My family and I stopped by this location on a Monday evening at 9pm. The store hours showed that they didnt close until 10 pm. We decided to go in rather than the drive thru. Walked up to the doors, finding the lobby locked. Chairs on the tables and everything. We still wanted chicken and got in the drive-thru line. When it was our turn I ordered one #6. A 20 piece family meal. The young lady paused momentarily and said we dont make family meals after 9 pm. Obviously the staff running the store that night wanted to close shop on their time and not what it should have been. I drove up to the window and observed the employees laughing. Terrible service.

Seriously what s the point of curbside if it s gonna take longer than the drive thru? I preordered and came a little after when my order was supposed to be done. I called and the first lady who picked up was very confused when I told her about a curbside order. Then she handed the phone to another woman who handled it ok. Said the food would be out in a minute. 15 minutes later I had my food. So they were not ready at all for my order of 1 meal. But of course they had to mess up my order too. When they finally came out with my food the woman was missing a drink. I told her and she looked at me like I was dumb and told me I was wrong. Then I just pointed to the receipt. She looked at it, didn t even apologize. I work in the food industry too, I make mistakes, but damn not even an apology? Honestly this kind of attitude is always present at this location. I don t think it ll ever get better.

Coby/cody/cory wtv his name is is too busy talking to his friends to take customers orders and has no clue how to put things into the system. It takes at least 20 minutes to get food every time i come here it shouldnt even be considered fast food. 9/10 times they forget to put utensils in the bag and forget to put sauce. And 5/10 times their wings taste like fried napkins it is so hard to chew and has a terrible texture. When we got to zaxbys today, there was only one car behind us, and no one inside. We ordered one 5 piece box. Thats it. We were asked to move up to wait. I dont have an issue with waiting for hot food a couple minutes. We waited for about 10 min. We saw someone come out to bring rhe car behind us their food. We still waited. I finally got out the car and went inside. I stood at the counter for at least a min. No one helped me. So I said, hello...the same young lady who took my order at the window was just standing there. My food was just sitting in the waiting window getting cold. I said, I just wanted to check on my food. She looks up and sees the box sitting there. She gets it, puts it in the bag and hands it to me. No apology. No nothing. No words at all. The people you hire and can ruin your business. We drove about 20 min to sugarland to get that food for my daughter. This is the second time that I was waiting in the car for a long time, with no apology. The first time we waited for 25 min. The workers said they mistakingly gave my food away and had to re cook it. Again, no apology, no compensation or offer of a free drink or anything. Thats terrible. Food is great, but nothing is that good to be treated like that.

The guy that took my order was very friendly and welcoming. He was great, but that s where it ends. Took 30 minutes to get our food. It was incorrect and I was missing a salad. The lady rolled her eyes, and with attitude told me that I didn t order a salad. I showed the receipt, which she looked at and handed back without saying anything. Really just not good food. The buffalo garlic sauce is pretty good and the fries are alright. The chicken is bland and, just like others who have commented, they ask you to wait 20 minutes for traditional wings. The service was fine for me, but the food just isnt good. Couldnt figure out how to review without the one star. This place is HORRIBLE. You can be the only customer in restaurant and it takes forever. This has happened on multiple occasions. The employees really have a I do not care attitude.

Very rude workers in the front. Could hear them talking rudely to a DoorDash driver bc they were taking a long time and she simply asked what the status update was. The workers weren t working on that order either and told her she could wait bc she s lucky to even drive DoorDash, and she got paid better than they did. Very rude workers

My wife and I saw an advertisement for Zaxbys so we drove out of our way to get there hoping the experience would be worth the drive . Not so . The outside grounds were tidy and free of litter . The outside of the building was fresh and clean . The drive through ordering process was OK . Then came the wait . And we waited . And we waited for our order . When we finally got our order the food was over cooked and nasty looking so much that we would not disrespect yourself by eating it . I know Zaxbys has been around and they hopefully have had better days . Someday we might give it another chance . There are plenty of other sure things in this vast area .

I had the Asian Zensation salad, with grilled chicken. The grilled chicken did not taste fresh, the pieces were hard and could have been day(s) old. The greens were not crisp. This was my first visit to a Zaxbys; and from what Ive read the Sugar Land location is not not necessarily representative of Zaxbys quality. I may try another Zaxbys location in the future.

The worst chicken fingers I have ever had in my entire life. The flavor was poor and the dipping sauces didn t help much. The zax sauce had a weird processed after taste. The fries are decent and somewhat seasoned. The toast is barely edible because it was a bit burnt. Grossly overpriced for the portion size. In addition to the food being bad, the service was also slow and didn t get our order right.

Dine-in visit in the evening on a weekday. Plenty of parking. Customer service was lackluster. The seating area appeared clean. The floor next to the drinking fountain station was wet and sticky. Small flies were resting on the side of an unsweet tea dispenser. Food was ready 10 minutes after ordering. The food was good, but not great. I prefer CFA sandwiches. Not worth the price.

Never in my life would I do this review, but to warn people from poor service and tasteless effort in food, I could not let this go. The food tasted terrible, and the toast was salty as hell. These workers dont care about their service or the food they service, and Ive been to Zaxbys in Georgia, and their food is amazing and always very tasty and perfect. Here is awful, and these people should go work at McDonalds rather than a beloved fast food chain that is barely getting recognition. All I ask for is decent food. It doesnt have to be perfect, but try or leave.

Waited for my order for a while only to be called to the front and asked if I wanted boneless wings when I asked for traditional. I said I d wait longer for traditional and they said it would be a few minutes which turned to more like 20 min. At that point we had to go ask about the order and they said we would need to wait 30 seconds. After receiving the order one of the plates did not have extra fries and both plates were given to us with salty breads and no ranch or Zac sauce. On top of that I bought three extra wing sauce and was only given two! When asked about it, their response was that they had filled up the two sauce cups all the way to the top. (So why would I have ordered three if I was only given two?). All in all, almost everything aside from the wings was salty. I never thought I d be let down by this location until now.

So what s the purpose of offering curbside only for the employee to come to the car and tell me that I have to pick up my order from the inside? Umm no ! Anytime I place an order at any restaurant or grocery store. The employees bring the items out to me. The toast was burnt and fries were cold. Was in the area & eagerly decided to try this location as my first ever experience with Zaxby s. Long story short, my online app order was lost in between the backed up drive thru orders.(customers were asked to pull over to the curbside parking by me & the manager had to go to the back to look up my order as there was no online order ) My order was expected to be ready at 2:45 & I received it cold at 3:08pm. (In which i had to exit my car & retrieve it after staying they didn t have my order) I asked for fresh fries at least. At that time the manager yells from the back the online order just came in) No one already there was apologetic or considerate of my order. I will say there was a young short lady( blue shirt long black hair) who appeared to be arriving to work for the day or from lunch and she greeted me, offered assistance, & thanked me for coming as I was leaving.

Placed order added a coke employee in drive thru asked and I replied several times I wanted a coke with the food and they said ok but of course they didnt add it so purchased at window and was told told pull over and wait for my food and the black lady at the drive thru refused to give me my drink whilst I wait as of now I have waited 10 minutes no food no drink terrible service will never return.
