Fun ecperience for youth and adults if open to it. Some many different variety of pods to enjoy. Trampolines are all around, but not the only feature. There is trampeize, balanving, dodgeball, basketball, etc

Great place for kids or group of kids, very clean ... but learned that this place is not associated w/ the Katy Altitude, meaning if you buy the membership at one you cant visit the other (as included), youll have to sign waivers and pay from scratch.

You re coming here for value and convenience. There s a main section for jumping and another blocked off area for dodgeball and basketball. A few arcade games and a good section for seating (parties or parents who want to work). Comparatively, it s a bit smaller than the other jump parks but that might be a good thing for parents or chaperones who want a view of the entire space without moving around. Oddly, there s a skeleton crew working on a Friday afternoon and you would need to pretty much watch your own kids.

Better crew this time on week day vs last time last day of FBISD summer starts where they were going around telling kids to get out. I and another dad were charged for an additional hour only to be told we all need to leave in 25min due to a private event so all paid parents were upset. The private event people started decorating tables where other non-event parents were sitting an hour prior to the place shutting down. Management could have handled this better.

AMAZING TIME! This is a great place to enjoy and have fun with family and friends. I purchased membership for my grandkids here because it s very affordable and the Owner and ALL of staff especially Dillan, Maya and Jonathan are professional, attentive and really look out for the safety of the children and everyone around. Facility is clean, huge and even has private rooms to rent for events like birthdays. Come check it out for yourself! Love Altitude Trampoline Sugar Land!

Went for a birthday party. Walked in and it smells like greasy food and trash. Very chaotic. Staff seemed overwhelmed. 3 staff members were arguing about what they were doing and who was going to clean what. Kids had fun at the party so I ll leave a 2 star. Not coming back.

Don t bother getting a membership, they are not a playground you can regularly visit, they close the whole place to the open public to host private parties, they should decide if they want to have a trampoline place or a SALON for private parties. We had to turn back with my kid with a sad face.

We absolutely LOVE Altitude Trampoline Park! It is clean, and inviting, and the staff is phenomenal. The membership is super affordable and worth it since weve started coming weekly if not twice or more a week. Its nice to let the kids get their energy out in the AC when its too hot outside, especially in the summer time. They have games and snacks, and you can buy the fun, affordable socks if you dont have any for the kids to jump around.

My family and I have been coming to altitude sugar land for the past 4 years. It was a great place for kids. However, it is now under new management and the place is not kid friendly anymore. Inappropriate music playing with curse words. Only playing rap and extremely loud, the staff does not have any manners. Sadden to say that we will not return to altitude. This place sounds like a nightclub!!! The most ghetto kids place I have ever gone too! The place is also filthy, and the restrooms were disgusting!!! We will never return!!!

If I can I would rather give O star. This birthday party at Altitude Trampoline Park in Sugar Land was incredibly disappointing. We had reserved a private room for 20 kids for two hours in the late afternoon. However, about 30 minutes before our booked time was up, staff began clearing and cleaning the room, despite telling us we could continue outside the room. As the two-hour mark approached, the kids were abruptly told they couldnt continue playing in the venue. We approached to the counter and hope they would gave some time to let the party winging down, before we received a response, a lady (later identified as the General Manager) intervened, denying our request and even suggesting we go to Urban Air instead. It was shocking that she would dismiss about 20 parents in such a manner, especially when the venue wasnt busy. There is no party at all after ours, very few people there. Another concerning observation was the lack of staff at the entry door, posing a significant risk of kids running out onto the street. With what happened during the party, all the families in this party have unanimously decided never to return to this facility. Prior to posting this review, we discovered numerous similar complaints on Yelp, indicating a pattern of the managements disregard for customers. It seems that despite these reviews, the management continues to treat patrons poorly without any apparent concern.

Good place to bring the kids and let them release all that energy. It was kinda expensive for 5 kids, $56, no food, just drinks, and that was like over $20. Then 1 old white lady with white hair came and ask if my daughter has soaks on, my daughter is autistic and she just removed her socks and that lady didnt understand me. So rude was her. This is the BEST Altitude Trampoline Park in all of Houston! We had my son s bday party here and accidentally bought the wrong package online. Sue, the manager, was so gracious, kind, flexible, and accommodating the day of the party when all the guests arrived! She took care of everything and put me at ease. The entire staff were amazing, attentive, and prompt as well. You definitely want to throw your kids party here!!

My child and I were treated very rudely at the front desk of this Altitude Trampoline park. We were invited to attend a birthday party for my son s friend. When I told the lady the name of the birthday party, she just asked for my phone number. As I clarified that we were guests, not hosts, she stared at me and yelled, Phone number! Phone number! I m asking for your phone number! This incident happened in front of my 6-year-old son, who was also frightened by the lady s behavior. When I asked her about which party room or table it was, she responded with, I don t know! You ll have to go look for it. I hope there s nothing wrong in her life, but I ll never consider hosting a party there!

Came here for a birthday party and was extremely disappointed. First off the host only came to see the party one time in the very beginning and that was it. When the party was over and everything had already been packed up, she came back and asked if we needed help. The next most disappointing thing is that is was extremely hot in the building. I am not sure if the ac is broken or not on the right temperature, but it is not safe for it to be that hot inside with children running around. On top of this, If it going to be that hot, the water inside the coolers should be cold not room temperature and ice should also be given. If I wanted to be hot, I would ve just taken my child to the park. You pick and inside place to have fun because the temperatures should be cool. I have been to many jumping places with my kids and this is by far my least favorite. I will not be returning. The city should definitely look into this establishment.

Unfortunately I believe my family including my three young children were racially profiled. This was our first time here and we were asked about altitude socks after paying. Told that altitude socks had to be worn, no sticky socks from another jumping establishment. We asked for a refund and we re told all sales are final. There were other parents and children inside without altitude socks. During this confusion my kids were not given wristbands. 10 minutes before our jump time was up, a silver haired lady started pointing out my children yelling at them about not having a wristband. Overall, my kids had a fun time jumping and the restrooms were clean, but we did not have a pleasant experience here.

Great place for all ages. A good variety of different trampoline experiences from dodgeball to foam pits, jumping up the wall and trampoline floors. Go to want you to buy their altitude socks, which is frustrating the first time but make sure you save them are keeping some Vin in your car. Go to make sure that you have them ready to go so you have to spend the money on those socks multiple times. There is a free Wi-Fi and also about 15 to 17 pick up tables so as apparently, there s a lot of space to sit down and relax yourself. Be prepared for the first time you come to fill out the waiver form for all your minor children that will be jumping. I like the monthly membership of option, That way you can come as many times as you want especially for the summer months. or you can buy a one time ticket for a specific amount of hours at you ll be there.

Place is dirty as others have stated, front desk didnt want to be bothered. There were other employees on the floor sitting down talking to each other in the same area; dont know how theyre going to look out for things in the same area. They have very few arcade games that advertise one price but if you use your card it charges you extra monies. When we alerted the front desk, she stated it happened to her as well and they are not responsible for the machines they house. But if your establishment is aware of this overcharge then why not put up a sign with how much you will actually be charged? Thats not cool at all

I went here on Memorial Day with my son. My first impression of this place was its very clean and it wasnt crowded at all. I went when they first opened. There was an issue with an older kid pushing mine so I went to the employees at the counter. They handled it right away and I feel it was a great way they did it. He didn t even come to us at the counter, he was yelling from across another register .This place is geared more towards younger kids. Brought my 7, 13 and 14 year olds and the 2 older ones felt so out of place as everything in here is more for younger kids and really not much attraction in here. We walked in and noticed that this was more for little ones and we asked if we could get a refund. This place use to be the go to, to bring small children but unfortunately it isnt anymore. These kids that come here are very disrespectful to adults! I had an incident while with my 2 yr old and unfortunately management are kids themselves so nothing was done. Dont bring your toddlers here after 5pm. I almost had to call the cops because of the situation...the prices are decent but of course that isnt the problem here, huge lack of responsibility on management and staffing. I would recommend an adult being on staff or re train these kids they hire

I loved this place, I went with my friends just the other week. There was almost no one there, and so many different things that we could do. Great place to have a party or event, but make sure that you go on a week day or else its Bananas in there.

Worst place ever, extremely unsafe and not suitable for kids to play. A good 40 percent of the lights are either turned off or not in working condition, talked to the manager, and did not care at all.

Worst Place on the face of the earth. I will NEVER be back and I advise that you NEVER have your child s party here. The manger Sue is extremely rude and disrespectful, and so is all of her staff. They pad the invoices with extra charges. They lie about about what is included in the packages. If I could give negative stars I would. They placed the wrong order with Marco s Pizza when I asked them to remove their mistake from my invoice they decided to call the police instead. This is a dangerous practice to call the police over a customer service issue. They lied and said that Marcos pizza would not take off the charge for the mistake but when I called Marcos myself, they stated that they will takeoff the charge so Sue and her people decided that they were going to get the refund from Marcos but then not give me a refund for their mistake. All this happened while one of the staff was shouting racial slurs at me and my party guests. As this happened, the police arrived and heard the staff member yelling at us.

My son was invited to birthday party here. It smelled GOD AWFUL! It smelled of urine when I first walked in. It was a very fun atmosphere. It was very dingy and just unclean feeling there. I just would never have a party here.

My daughter had a birthday party here, the host was amazing. I m drawing a blank of her name but she was great and accommodating. She saw we had a lot of guest and staff brought over an extra table so they could sit without us asking. The facility was clean and staff was attentive. I will definitely go back in the future

One star because. They play music with lots of curses. This business allows Asus employees to play music with horrible curse messages that make you sad. My girls were having a great time when their employees at this place started playing music for clubs with messages not for children. I thought this place was more for children, not for adults.

My daughter got sick before her birthday, and we werent allowed to cancel. There wasnt a cancelation mentioned on the call. Sue then said I had to reschedule, when i told her to reschedule for 2 weeks she then put it in the system for one week and just got a notification for today at 2 pm. I wanted to add after a week of trying to get this resolved with James, they still didnt want to give our money back. This place steals your money.

Most of the staff are very easily distracted. We booked a party there and when we were trying to check in, we have to repeat 4 times that we would like to check in. We called the day before addressing that our party has reduce in half because a lot of kids had the flu. The operator suggest to talk to the manager there. When we get there, they have to call the manager because she was not there, toward half of the party, they told us no we have to pay full price even though we call days before. When we have to move our table because some kids threw up in the rest room and the smell were obnoxious. The staff was super slow, we end up moving our stuff by our self. The staff didn t even help us to move the kids shoes and the shoes bin. When we moved to the new table. I asked them to clean the table because there were pizza crumbs everywhere. I am not really sure what they were doing and Ofcourse no one came and we had to clean up by ourselves. When the pizza arrive. They just placed the pizza on the table and I asked if they could gather the kids for us. Ofcourse, again, we have to do it. The place is super dirty. All trash can were super full. When a party left. All the trash was left there for hours since the time we arrive to the time we left. The table with the left over pizza we re still there and our table was next to it. The staff played around and talked to each other constantly, one of them were pretty much clueless and depend on others. I am not sure if I want to come back. It is our first time booked a party there and probably our last.

This was my first time at Altitude, however my children had been with their Grandfather previously. I was amazed at how many activities Altitude has, the food & drink prices are reasonable and the children (12 yr & 5 yr old girls) had the best time! We will definitely be back.

The place is very clean. A staff member was vacuuming, removing trash, or cleaning the whole 2 hours we were there. Happy to see this! Its great for most ages or anyone new to a trampoline park. They offer trampoline basketball, medium size climbing walls, catch a wall, and several other entertaining jump options. I dislike that you cant wear just any sticky socks. But you can wear neutral socks. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there were enough tables to accommodate everyone and a birthday party was taking place. Did not feel overcrowded at all.
