Attorney / Accountant Michael Goehring provided my wife and I with our LTW - Last Will and Testaments and how our property is to be divided among our heirs after we are gone. Michael is a very educated and personable person with a great staff. It was a pleasure getting those necessary documents done at a reasonable cost.

I had a owner financed investment and needed to do a foreclosure. Mike filed the paperwork and auction date set. The owner filed a bankruptcy the day before the auction so it was stroked off. Mike worked with the Trustee and the bankruptcy was dismissed. Another foreclosure was initiated and a date set. The owner sold it so Im paid off in full. Mike did a great job to get me out.

Buddy and I were a little leery of starting with another law firm after the treatment we received from a law firm before we were introduced to Mike Goehring. Being introduced to Mike was the best thing ever. He s honest and a go-getter. Even when we would get a little disappointed he would help us to stay positive and look at what we have and not what we don t. He fought hard and honest for us. My experience was great. I loved it before. We used the Goeheing Law Firm to represent us in the termination of a house sale contract. Michael, the owner of the firm, worked directly with us and was extremely helpful walking us through the process and interfacing directly with the title company and the buyer, who had become non-responsive to our requests.
