The food is always good!! It comes out fast like 5 mins after u order. On this particular day I ordered French toast with extra powdered sugar. When it came out I didn t have hardly any sugar so I asked for some more and the waitress gave me the powdered sugar container from the kitchen. How unsanitary is that? How many people have touched this?? This pizza is also good alothough I did not get it on this visit

Walked in table for 2 please. I heard 5 minutes. 25 minutes later, the 2 tanked that were empty are still empty, we get led all the way round a partition, where there s a party of 15 with 5 Screaming Kids totally out of control. I ask the girl please put us somewhere else. She ignored me walked off. So waitress shows up we ask for coffee. After 35 minutes I a couple sits next to us and gets 5 plates of food served. Wife asks the waitress Were s our coffee response is , Ow we re making it. We get up and leave waitress couldn t give a damn. Jupiter Pizza in Sugar Land Towne Center is one of our absolute favorite restaurants. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for a family outing. We love enjoying a meal there and then letting our boy run around the courtyard in front of The City of Sugar Land building. Its a great spot to relax, have fun, and enjoy some excellent pizza. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great dining experience in Sugar Land!

23 minutes after being seated and ordering a cup of coffee ( waitress said she had to go brew another pot) a couple was seated beside us, served coffee and and their meal within 10 minutes. When we finally found our waitress she said oh are you ready to order we said yes but we re still waiting for the coffee we ordered almost half hour and she said oh ok she has to go brew a pot. At that point we said we were living. She just smiled and said ok and removed our menus and walked off. This was after a 25 minute wait just to get a table. Almost an hour in, we had no coffee. No order taken. People beside us had everything. We didn t even rate an apology.

You walk in to two hostesses flirting with a server and stand right in front of them, starring them straight in the eyes just to have them completely ignore you until they are completely finished with their conversation and then you are greeted with a how many? . Thanks Zordon, we loved it here! Try the Green Ranger Pizza and hot maple wings! Both really well made, and great portion sizes. The pizza was crispy and airy all at once. Our pizza had amazing and unique topping combos and sauces. The wings were cooked perfectly. Hot maple is such a spicy and sweet pleasant surprise, you wont want to stop eating them. Downtown Sugarland brings the vibes and this place will take care of every craving.

We Googled best pizza in Houston and this was one of the top results. Food was prepared LIGHTNING FAST and the ingredients were fresh. The tomato sauce was kinda bland, so only four out of five stars on that note, but glad we stopped. We had a custom pizza for two with pepperoni, sausage, and red bell pepper.

Front desk service is horrible , girls are just laughing and talking amongst themselves. I went here to meet my daughter. I ordered my food to go and my food came out literally in less than 5 minutes. I ordered, he went inside and came right back out. This place is cute aesthetically but the food was really just alright. We went there with 10 adults and they said they didn t take reservations or call ahead lists when we called that morning. We got seated about after 30 minutes of waiting, which wasn t that bad for a Sunday afternoon. Our service honestly wasn t that great. The whole table needed refills during the entire 2nd half of the meal. I understood our party was large but the service was subpar. It felt like the waiter knew there would be a large party gratuity and just gave up. He came back maybe once after the food was delivered (by a food runner) and he got 2 of our refills wrong, then just never came back to correct the drinks. So 2 of our adults went most of their meal with no drinks lol. The pizza was extremely flour-y on the bottom and was missing ingredients that were listed in the menu. We ordered a side of fries, obviously for the kids at the table, and the waiter bought home fries instead of the waffle fries. 2 people had home fries and they were so hot they weren t edible the entire meal. Overall not a good experience, overpriced and overrated. Nobody in our party liked their food except the kid s and their chicken bites. They do have a small vegan selection but our vegan didn t like their vegan pizza very much.

I have not been to Jupiter in years so had to re-educate myself with the menu. Luckily our friends were more versed in this menu. Ricky Bobby and the Lunar Fries are the best dishes we tried on this visit. The restaurant is busy as always and its more difficult to get seated in a large group. Unless you want to sit outside in our beautiful Texas heat .Just kidding. The pizzas we tried were just ok and worth the miss as they were too dry and felt lacking even though they had a lot of meat. You cannot go wrong with the Lunar fries which I thought was the star of the entire meal. We go it on waffle fries. It was pulled pork on waffle fries, The fries had good crunch and a tangy spice. The pulled pork was good. It did come with a dipping sauce but I don t think it needed it as the pulled pork was more on the wet side and complimented the crunch waffle fries. The Ricky Bobby was also good and did have a gooey sweet sauce on it with the fried chicken on waffles. A definite must-get when you are very hungry.

Ive been here quite a few times now. The atmosphere is always nice, bring a jacket if cold natured. Service is also a 5, especially my latest visit; although it was storming there was no rain at the time so my friend and I decided to sit outside because it where wed just come from was so cold. Well of course it rained and we sat it out until we could no longer do so and our waiter (Daniel I believe) and another waiter came out to help us get everything inside and to a table. We got on the waitlist 10 mins before another family and were sat after them. When we asked why, we were told they got their text msg before us and walked to the host stand first. The manager Sam had absolutely nothing to say about the incident other than we needed to wait for a different table. She never not once apologized for the incident and quite frankly too young to be the manager. This place needs to do better with who they put in the position of managing because she lacks basic customer service etiquette. Sad and embarrassing. Do better !

Firat time at Jupiters. The ambience is cozy. Perfect for a brunch date. I had a skillet with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, house potatoes and country gravy on the side. I opted for biscuits, its an additional charge. I ordered a dolce de leche waffle. It comes with vanilla ice cream on the side. It was good with and without syrup. This place is always great to visit, the food is delicious and atmosphere is perfect for a family. The wings and pizza are delicious and the waffles are perfect every time. We enjoy sitting on the patio so the kids can run and play while we eat. The only reason they are getting 4 stars is because the waiters don t usually know about the beer selection Kid-friendliness: Great space right outside the patio where kids can run around and play while in sight. The vegan options are nice I always appreciate that options. My waitress was nice enough but she never came back to ask about drink refills or anything else and she only visited our table 3 times the entire meal, to take order, to bring it and to bring the bill on a portable machine that was then stuck in my face awkwardly with the base tip amount being 20% which I hate these days, very pressured tipping. I prob wouldn t have tipped her more than 15% for that type of service. Sigh

I called the restaurant at 11:30am on NYE and asked how late they would be open and if they took reservations. They said 9pm and that they didn t but I could join a virtual waitlist on yelp. My wife and I planned our NYE around going to Jupiter s. We drove an hour to have dinner there and yelp was showing no wait. We got there at 7:15pm and we were met by the manager outside that they were going to close at 7:30. Since we had 2 other people joining us I asked if we could sit and other folks eat when they joined us 10mins later. We were told sure and were given a table. Waitress told us we needed to go ahead and order and we couldn t wait for our other members to join since the kitchen was closing. They were not going to accommodate for anyone already sitting. Completely ruined our NYE plans and after that I doubt we will return.

looking for something unique? this is it! youll find all sorts of great pizzas here , chicken and waffles, breakfast options all with unique combinations i havent found elsewhere. Ive been here around 15 times and will continue to return, its one of our favorite places to eat, just a bit further from us now than we would like.

We had two families for a total of 10 people. They sat us within 20 min. Food is great. Any of the pizzas or waffles are great. Literally on the square, so it s great for when they have town hall events.
