Yesterday I called at 11 am to reserve a table because I had a table of 15. I spoke to a man who said I cant let you reserve a table but if you get here early I will get you seated. I got there at 1:15 because I was hoping to be seated by 2 and I knew there was going to be a wait. When I got there I was told by the manager that we could not be seated at all and I would have to go somewhere else. I had planned this for my daughters birthday so I had to text everyone and go somewhere else. I ended up going to another restaurant and having to wait almost two hours for my daughters birthday celebration because I didnt have a reservation and it was last minute. I realize you guys were busy but when I called at 11 the man shouldnt have said he would seat me so I could plan for something else. It just really was an inconvenience especially cause we love this place.

Our first time here and we will definitely be back. We have a huge group of Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans and Aaron took amazing care of us. He was attentive and on it with over 30 of us all at once. The food is phenomenal and drinks are great too! Kid-friendliness: We have about 8-10 kids in our group and they all had fun and enjoyed their food.

From the moment we were seated, it was clear that Gabriel was not just any waiter he was a master of his craft! His genuine warmth, enthusiasm and friendly demeanor created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our entire meal. Gabriel s service wasn t just good it was LEGENDARY. I dont write reviews often but Gabriel deserves every word! (If I could give service 10 stars I would.) My husband and I have been coming to Hurricanes since we started dating but our most recent trip to this restaurant was our best service we ve ever received. The service is ridiculously good, staff is exceptional, and the wings are great. Only regret is not finding this spot sooner. The location is pet friendly with outside seating, they have jumbo fans running to help cool guests. They have TVs playing every sport imaginable. This eatery is pretty good. The food is good and well prepared and the service is decent. The only aspect that turns me off is the bar area. It makes the place rather noisy especially during a popular sports program. Otherwise I would recommend checking it out if you have never been. They have lots of televisions so you can watch a variety of programming during your visit. There is plenty of parking so you dont need to feel rushed in that department.

Took my beautiful, adorable wife here for her birthday weekend. Amazing food, outstanding customer service, and awesome atmosphere to eat your food at. They had plenty of big screen tvs all around the restaurant, which my wife and I enjoyed watching ChiveTV on one of them. Food was amazing. Came in around 10pm on a Saturday. I have relatively high standards & a sensitive stomach when it comes to eating out, and Hurricane s staff hit the ball right out of the park. I came during my lunch break on a Friday and surprisingly although most people were at the bar there were not that many people sitting at tables so I was a little shocked it took so long to get my food! We finally tried this place, and we loved it!! It is a super nice hangout atmosphere with an outdoor patio, a great atmosphere, great music, plenty of large screens playing all the sports and super friendly staff! The food was amazing. Very fast service. Arrival to exit after eating was only 30 minutes. The appetizer was really good and wings were amazing. We had a very pleasant waitress, Kalandra. She definately provided 5 star service. The atmosphere was awesome also!! Could easily be a favorite spot.

Ask for Alejandro!!! He is a ROCKSTAR literally the most courteous, attentive and incredible server of 2023!!!! And I dine everywhere his customer service is 5 Star and the food is hot & fresh. I was pleasantly surprised to find that after ordering a variety of plates (& and 2 cocktails) the bill wasn t astronomical. HAPPY NEW YEAR

We celebrated my dads birthday here at Hurricane Grill on the 21st of December, which was last Thursday. We chose this restaurant because it was something new to us. Out of the 24 of us, no one enjoyed their dishes, and the service was slow with several mix ups during our entire dinner. It wasnt a busy night, so we arent sure what the issue was. The food was enough to decide that we wont be returning.
