Showed up around 10:30pm and waited at the front door for someone to greet us. No one came by so we bought our own play cards from the machine. Right at 11 on the dot all the games went unavailable because they closed. I understand that they have to close but it s just irritating that they didn t even give a warning and right at 11 when they closed every worker disappeared. And if a worker would ve been in sight when we came in we would ve been able to know not to buy $160 worth of cards since they were about to close. Now we have to come back to try and get our moneys worth when we don t live close.

The place is great, kids and adults can have a great time and create nice memories. The eating place was good. The restroom was clean. Staff polite. They have a room for bday celebration. The games were nice and have a good variety of machines.

They dont take IDs issued outside the US for drinks. Avoid this place at all costs. The food is a joke. Pretty near the worst food Ive ever had.

Awesome location and good food. Pizza gives you that chunk E cheese nostalgia! Games were great and bad and amazing time there! Everyone was extremely nice and helping. Got the $30 card with the $40 combo which got us two pizzas, two drinks, French fries and enough games to tired us out.

As we walked in we werent greeted at all , the in store hours were completely wrong from the online hours . My girlfriend and I went in with what we thought was 30mins. Before closing but in reality it was 10mins. We had just spent $10 on games and walked towards the kiosk to buy more credits to play games , now by the time they shut the games off and everything we had already bought the extra $20 worth of tickets as a employee watched us purchase them . Mind they didnt say anything about them closing on the speakers that clearly work cause they had music playing nor to us as we played games . This place has nothing good about it , we called asking for a refund and they told us They dont expire so you can come back anytime to play and sorry but our hours are displayed on the door - small text hard to read as your opening the door - this place sucks , management, staff , and overall , wouldnt suggest spending a dime here .

Didn t greet us when we entered, kind of just blank stared when we got to the desk. Then we went to the food counter to redeem our bundle, many products weren t available. Waited at the bar more than 5 minutes and nobody ever came. Food guy asked someone to tend to the bar. Pretzel bites were not good and no cheese could be provided. We were told that weekdays are slow so they don t get out the cheese.. I had to walk to the movie theatre and wait in line to get some cheese for the pretzels. Love the theatre, so pretty disappointed that this place doesn t match. Family is coming to town this week and we were excited to bring them, we will definitely find a different arcade! This place did not at all deliver the expected quality for the company, price, and location. Sorry guys, but the customer service is in desperate need of a revamp.

The game play is expensive. The prizes are week and some of the games were missing balls to play the games or handles and triggers didnt work. The hand sanitizer stations were empty.

Game arcade near Regal cinemas off 99. This is a good way to pass some time when waiting for the movie to start if you arrive there very early. By it self it is not a very big arcade with tons of games. But a good cozy place with a few games and dinner and drink area. The idea is to have kids to enjoy and relax a bit. The prices are a bit steep. The place is clean and staff is friendly. They have great place for kid s birthday parties as well.

Cool spot but way overpriced. It s owned by Regal so expect movie theater prices. It cost us 20 bucks for about 10 minutes of game play and drinks are 10 bucks each on average. Dave n Busters is better.

Its like the arcade games you find inside the movie theater to waste a little time, but just a bigger space with a few more. Some reasonably priced, some way too expensive. Everything is at least one dollar or 4 credits. Basic toys at the ticket counter. I took a 6 year old and she was bored in about 30 minutes. She can make it a lot longer than that at an Incredible Pizza or other large arcade, if that helps anyone. We had their cheese pizza while there, pretty solid.

Kung Fu Panda had a bad switch in one of the pads, impossible to win. Games of skill were set up with difficulty so high that you don t have a chance. The star game jumped past the win zone, visibly. I m a pro and played more than 40 times just to see if the lose count was set at a reasonable level before allowing a win. It is industry standard to have the machines set so a skillful player can t clean them out with just a few credits - but they have the machines set up unfairly. The crane games are super jerky. Don t bother if you like tickets - this isn t the place for that. Most of the machines were in good condition and the staff was nice, so 2 stars for that, but I regretted buying $100 worth of credits almost immediately.

Arcade itself is fun, they could definitely use more variety. Biggest issue here is the staff. Most of them look like they dont want to be there, and youre up a creek if you have questions or want to order food. I had three employees sit in the dining area and watch as I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order for a good 5 minutes. Tough to want to give this place my business when they cant even be bothered to take it.

I had my kids seventh birthday here. They let us bring a cake and use the dining area at no extra charge I bought a couple card play packages, and it was plenty of credits to spend several hours playing. Lots of cool games. We had a blast. Priced reasonably. Nice staff.

Seems like a place with great potential, the staff could use more training though. They werent able to sell credits at the door, but failed to mention the machines take the card. It was a mess. The bar took credit cards. The information was not clear and it seemed like no one knew what was going on. I recommend hiring better or training staff better. That is a huge loss for the business... if you cant clearly tell me how to spend my money at your establishment I will leave and not come back. Probably lost at least $300 just in the half hour we wasted getting cash.
