When you walk in to order and they re finishing up the person ahead of you, a door dasher walks in a minute or so behind you, and they prioritize them over you then they get to you by saying what you want? it s probably a bad sign overall. Also.. I wanted a fountain drink. The machine was broke. So I ordered 2 bottles of soda, a sprite and a Diet Coke, after I paid I was told there was no Diet Coke, no diet at all, and they hand me a bottle of water. SMH.. all that when you go in and drop $50+ on a meal for 2 people. SMH

Just left Highly disappointed! Drove an hr to get here to pay $103.00 for 3 very all clusters of snow crab 2 tiny lobster tails..2 piecea of sausage....with lots of potatoes, corn!!! Also asked 3 times for Crab Krackers(openers)...NONE!! Not even metal silverware...i could have opening them with that...only plastic forks Never Again!

I called to place an order over the phone. Cashier Von told me they don t take orders over the phone and to place it online. I said ok! I placed two orders online. I showed up 20 plus mins after the online order said it would be ready! My friend went in to check on my order under my name cashier Von stated it will be another 10mins! I waited another 20mins. I then went in cashier Von stated they never received my $101.00 order online. And that the online portal wasn t working! Really! Therefore how long did I wait! After showed my confirmation and everything of what I order he wrote it down! I started one order was honey garlic the other Cajun. I then asked for a manger who was not in duty at that time got a refund! Manger Sam showed up within 25mins stating he wanted to help me out by giving me a 15 or 20 percent discount! Some my mother never ate here before I went ahead and proceeded to pay $70 plus some change for my refunded order! When I finally waited an hour for my food. I got home. The orders was switch with the wrong seasoning. Eggs were under cooked potatoes were mushy soggy sausage was still red and unboiled with grease water and water else in the pan! My pan and the other to go plate was an entire mess. I asked manager Sam was my orders correct and fresh he stated yes after all I did wait an hour and nothing was made because they never received my order! Remember that. This was very unprofessional of management to state that Von was a cook and not a cashier! That s not my problem I ma passing customer and I deserve to get good customer service and fresh food! People do not go to this place. The food was thrown together and I threw it away! I wasted my time and money I will never go back to this unprofessional nasty place! Manger Sam you should be embarrassed at the poor quality of food you threw together to give me! Who s training the people and if those cooks were not trained why weren t you there to over see your customer service to make sure people hit what they deserved! People do not go to the establishment! Horrible poor quality and uncooked food and unpleasant unprofessional customer service!

They really need a bell in the back foe the front door because everyone has to wait. The 2 girls that were working were absolutely sweet but we had to wait several times before you ever saw them. When they went to go put an order in they were gone for 20-25 minutes so if you needed anything you were S.O.L. Food was mediocre at best. Several of the crab legs were over cooked and we asked for cajun and there was NO spice. We had 3 different butter flavors and all of three tasted almost the same. You couldnt tell the cajun from the HOTTEST one except for the coloring. We had a party of 8 but our order was super simple. 2 loaded, 2 fried pickles, 2 Boudin egg rolls, one fish and shrimp basket and one kids fish. The steamed food came out way before the fried so we had to eat appetizers last. Our steamed food was cold because we didnt want to eat because the fried took so long. MUSIC was WAY too load but it was a good vibe. Overall... Telge location is SOOOOOO much better.

Listen!!! This was the BEST seafood boil I have ever had, and I have had many. I ordered the shrimp and crab boil with the kitchen sink flavor, which was delicious and not too spicy. The portion size was very satisfying. My husband had the fried fish and shrimp platter, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Krab Kingz in Spring, TX is a must for any seafood lover!

Everything about this place is an 11/10. We dined in for lunch and each got the One King Loaded plate with Cajun and Lemon Pepper seasoning and it was bombbb. The employees checked on us while we ate and made sure we were good. We will be back for sure!!

Oh man this is the place to go for seafood boils! Delicious and fresh! My daughters first time having crab legs. The people who run the place are super friendly and nice - I just wish theyd send the utensils with their to go orders so we arent fighting crab legs with our forks at home. First time here , great reviews that s why I came to try it out . Man was I lucky I did , I highly recommend it . Crab legs with mild Cajun seasoning ( I will try the hot spicy next time ) the crab legs were juicy , sweet , soft meat and I licked the seasoning on the crab legs so so delicious lots of butter ( my favorite ) the sausage was real sausage juicy and delicious , the corn was soft juicy and great taste , but he red potatoes are cut in slices made it so easy to keep eating them so so delicious and cooked perfectly . First time eating eggs with it too really good . They even had the perfect tools to cut up the crab legs . I have eaten in other places and they never give you these tools - I was definitely impressed .Clean restaurant and great staff so polite and suggested the perfect meal for us two . Great prices it s worth it . I will decently be back a s with more family .

Pricey. The shrimp were good, Id go back for them. The crab legs were small and difficult to eat. They poured a garlic butter sauce over the whole lot so it was very messy to eat. Get the sauce on the side if you go. Also the butter sauce was overly salty. Mixed thoughts on if Id go back. The decor is nothing to speak about, they could do much better.

I ordered the cajun boil, and my husband had the honey garlic boil. They were both very good. Nothing was overcooked or over seasoned. Went for crab, did want to try something fried as well. Great fried fish and fries. Cajun seasoning on crab excellent. But the star of the show .crab, not so much. For the price, they were extremely small. Was at Bluewater a few days ago, same price but more than double the size. Got a few clusters at Flying Pug on Monday, same thing better pricing and more than double the size. To make matters worse, very over cooked. I ve been eating crab for 40 years and I couldn t get any of the meat out without scraping the shell. Super disappointing. While the seasoning and fried food were great, I won t go back. To many places nearby with exceptional crab every single time.

We got the Snow Crab legs with shrimp and the Boudin egg rolls. For our snow crab legs we got the Cajun butter sauce and it was very good! I also really enjoyed the sausage in the boil. The boudin egg rolls were very good and I d highly recommend it.Our wait was 41 minutes so that being said, if you come here u have to be willing to wait a bit. The workers also forgot our other order so that was a slight inconvenience. But it was definitely worth the wait and you will get your money s worth.

Small crabs, very small. Seems they are boiled way in advance, then placed in a bowl with pre boiled baked potatoes. Then massive amounts of butter and oil are poured on them with whatever seasoning you picked. The bottom of the bowl has about an inch of this butter/oil stuff. The cut red potatoes are soaked in this as well. Sorry, was just too much oil and butter for us to enjoy but was amazing there wasn t much a taste after all that going on in the bowl. Young lady taking orders wasn t the most accommodating or nice person we have ran across. Fella in back was super nice. I thinking the shrimp may have been the thing to eat here with all that butter, unfortunately we didn t try the shrimp.

The meat stuck to the inside of the shell and was so hard to remove the shell. The shrimp was delicious and I recommend it. They didn t receive their order of crawfish so we were unable to order. We ordered 2 #1 trays one was original and one garlic jalapeño neither tray could you distinguish the flavor both tasted the same, crab clusters were over cooked hard to get meat out of shell and alligator bites which were also over cooked. Went to this place because it was recommended. Wasn t very good. Got the baby king and 3lbs of crawfish. The highest spice level really isn t even spicy. While we waited for our food even a lady went up to the counter saying this is the hottest! More like a mild anywhere else. Baby king wasn t bad just not flavored. The crawfish was disgusting it was damn near much!! So over cooked and then the potatoes were still very hard. Overcooked crawfish with undercooked potatoes. Only thing that was good was the corn. They also only have bottled water which i wasnt Told. Ordered 2 water and a fountain drink sat down and never got a water until i asked and then saw on my receipt i was Charged for water! Should really inform ppl that it s bottle water only. I would Have just gotten a fountain drink instead so i could Get a freaking refil instead of having to keep buying damn water bottles!

We ordered from Uber eats and the food came fast. The corn, egg and flavor was good but the crab legs were over cooked and/or dried out before they added the butter sauce. I could not get a full piece of meat from the legs, so when I broke it open I had to scrape it out because it was actually stuck to the shell. I called they transferred me to a nonchalant guy in the kitchen who said its impossible to overcook because it only takes 4 min. Then he held the phone and then asked what did we want him to do about it. I said actually nothing I was just letting you know because I knew at that point I was never ordering again. He then held the phone awkwardly then I just ended the call. Some of the crab legs literally had strings in it, it was bad quality. From now on I will be preparing my own instead of spending over $40 for poor crab legs and soggy potatoes.

I ordered for pickup at 6:55 pm and the order was suppose to be ready between 7:00-7:15pm. I come in 7:22pm I was told they were still working on it. I waited and waited, other people got their food. 8:00 pm comes around still non pickup order. I just got a refund. The lady didnt seem concern on the fact I waited that long for my food. She didnt take no responsibility at all. You pay $41 for a plate, you expect better customer service. BAD customer service and I will NOT be back.

My family and I arrived to the empty restaurant at 7:30PM on a Friday night, after driving over a hour only to be told that they are no longer taking orders because we already started cleaning and are short staffed. Simple items and the crab cluster was so small and also it looked like frozen crab they cook not fresh crab. I could of boiled the crab myself it would have been better. We got the Fried Boudin Egg Rolls, Fried Catfish and Shrimp. The Boudin Egg Rolls were good as appetizers for alot of folks where you would cut them up into finger size. But we like South of i-10 Boudin - so....theres that. The Fried Fish and Shrimp were good. Overall the food is good. Abit on the high side but quality and taste were good. We would go back.
