I have seen numerous Charleys Cheesesteaks in the north Houston area and I stopped in the Spring, TX store off of FM 2920 and Kuykendahl Rd. The Original Philly sandwich, All The Way with dressing, was fantastic! The whole experience was above what I expected. The staff was courteous, the store was exceptionally clean, and the owner was friendly. She checked in on me to ask about the sandwich and overall experience. Shes doing a great job in placing customer satisfaction at the top of her priorities. I will be back! Thanks - Greg Phillips

Best cheesesteak in town, especially for the price! The food is hot and fresh. One of the owners, Stephanie or Brian, is often there and both are very friendly, visiting tables asking how everything is and taking a minute to talk with customers as friends. Y all I can eat wings again!!! First, let me say the wings are delicious. I enjoyed the lemon pepper and hot honey wings. Next time I will get lemon pepper with the hot honey sauce on them. It has been very difficult to find good wings so this is my new spot. The customer service was great. They genuinely care about your experience. My kids had a great time especially because they have a variety of dessert. The fries were also really good and seasoned to perfection. Ive been a fan of Philly cheesesteaks since my college days of the 70s back in the Northeast. Unfortunately there were very few places offering that in the Houston area. When one popped up, I tried it out. Most were not so good, but one large chain (I suppose) was pretty good. Unfortunately they went out of business 5-10 years ago. Ive seen Charleys at the food court of a local mall, but never tried it since almost always we were going to be eating dinner nearby. When I saw this location after dropping off some drycleaning, I asked the dry cleaner if he ever tried it, and he said it was good. He was right. I just had the large Philly cheesesteak sandwich and some fries. The fries were plentiful and good. The cheesesteak did hit the mark. It was very similar to the ones I ate back in the Northeast. I had to have them hold the mayo and pickles (not very typical) and I discovered there were green peppers mixed in with the onions and mushrooms. I dont think thats typical either, and the next time Ill ask to hold them. I was happy to see it came with provolone, not the icky cheezwiz they use in Philly. It came with tomatoes and lettuce which many dont have, but the shop I went to back in the Northeast put them on, so they were okay with me. The steak, mushrooms, onions, provolone, and sandwich roll were all fresh and high quality. I will be coming back for more!

New location. The staff was friendly. Who ever is cooking up the food needs to learn how to use the salt shaker. The fries and chicken in the cheesesteak had very little to no seasoning.

The cheesesteaks are absolutely delicious. Food is very fresh! I ve been there twice in one week! This restaurant is on my list as a favorite. Check it out!!! Parking: Parking lot has spaces in front of and very close to the restaurant Kid-friendliness: Restaurant was very clean and the people that work there very professional and friendly

This had to be some of the most amazing customer service Ive ever received. The second I walked through the door I was greeted by one of the nicest and welcoming fast food workers Ive ever met. Not only that, but my food was amazing and everything tasted so fresh. Definitely would come back again and recommend to anyone who hasnt been. This location is better than any mall food court.
