Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

My food was cold by the time it was even delivered to me. Instructions were very clear on how many ketchups PER not in total PER. P-E-R meal and yet still failure. Either retrain, or shut down cause at this point it doesnt even matter what time of day i go to this location. The quality is always subpar. Never ordering here again.

I put in a mobile order for breakfast right before 11am (Whataburger being known for their 11pm-11am breakfast) and when I showed up at 11:05am to pick it up, they said they arent doing breakfast anymore. If your app lets me purchase something and all the ingredients are still in the kitchen, saying no is just the worst kind of customer service. Never going to this location again.

I went through the drive thru it was okay. My food took a little longer which isnt a problem but the driveway is so small the people behind me were kinda just stuck there until i got my order. I ordered my breakfast in the drive thru this morning which seemed to take a bit longer than usual , but I didnt have a problem with that . What I had a problem with is that they didnt give me a food item that they charged me for , which I didnt see until I got home . I should have checked when I was there, but the point is that I never needed to at this location . I went through the drive thru again on another day and got a breakfast burger combo , but there was no burger patty in the bun , and the hash browns were hard and crunchy like they were over done . Its bad enough that the prices of everything are going up , but what exactly did I pay for here ?

I waited over 15 minutes with one car before me. I ordereda BLT meal with a biscuit and gravy on the side. Driving off I found my fries to be Cold. I drove back and the lady at the window said, it would be 6 minutes, no problem I said. Less than two minutes later a guy walks out with the fries. The fries were still Cold and so was my sandwich. This used to be the good one. The one on 1960 has always been ghetto and terrible so we would drive to this one but the last 3 times we came our order has been wrong. The drive through girl is always talking in the background and ALL three times got our order wrong. You get to the window and shes very rude and you can tell she just doesnt care. This one is just as ghetto as the other one now and management needs to get on the workers. Fries were obviously refried and cold( they also forgot them and I had to ask for them on ALL 3 occasions).... The shakes were all vanilla when we ordered chocolate. They forgot the cookies every time as well. It sucks cause I love whataburger but these locations in spring are GARBAGE and ghetto now...

Drove through this morning and ordered a pancake platter with sausage and two extra sausages. I asked for the sausage to be cooked well done. Reason for this rating is because I went to the drive through between 12 and 1230 Monday, July 31st 2023. The young lady that took my order and called it back to me. Got the order correct? The person and our persons that put the order together did not get it correct? I am just driving through heading home and stopped to get something to eat.
