Its extremely hot, theres some fans blowing hot air around but thats it. Totally unbearable, there should be some type of ac blowing in each section. Went to the bar area to get some air and drinks, they are way understaffed. Did not order food, its too hot to eat.

First time here to hang out with the guys, found out I had to join their membership with a $5 extra to play that s a first for me. Food was average slightly overpriced, but the cocktails were much less desirable, I ordered a Mojito, the drink came with no lime barely any mint, it s just rum and sweet syrup, I asked to change and was told by the bartender it s Mojito neat I mixed drinks in the past and I ve never heard of a neat version mojito, if you don t know, just say you don t have it today and I ll choose another, don t randomly mix a drink and fabricate a name for it, because I ingested it and it left a bad taste experience. Our waitress was very polite and attentive, also took the time separate our checks, kudos for that.

Last night, I had a great time at top golf with a group of friends. The the server was great. Drinks were okay, they tasted more like juice than an adult beverage. 3/19/24 around 11:20 when some of us stopped at a friends car to smoke a cigarette (as smoking was not allowed while golfing) the security driving around stops in front of us and says we can t smoke in the parking lot and have to leave. We said we were just smoking a cigarettes and she said she didn t care what we were smoking we had to leave. There were other groups in the parking lot that I watched and she did not speak to them, only us. We said okay okay we are going to leave. I chuckled a little at how ridiculous she was being and she starts mocking me and started to cackle herself. And when I walked away she drove up to me and did it again and drove away. Then when I got to my car, she drove through a parking spot to be directly in front of me and turned on her high beams while I was in the car. I was damn near blinded by her. This is harassment at its finest. I would never have thought that top golf employed such rude people. Even tho I enjoyed my time there, I will never return back to this location. Update: 7/30/2024 This business still hasn t done anything in regard to that terrible woman or tried to reach out to me.

I came in and sat at the bar on the second floor to watch the soccer game and the bartender Jerard (Hopefully this is spelled correctly) took MARVELOUS care of me. He provided 10/10 service, and he was super friendly. Nice moves too! If anyone decides to sit at the bar here ask for Jerard!! Will definitely be returning!!

HORRIBLE!! If I could give zero stars i would. Do not go to this place! I never do reviews but this was bad. They will kick you out after one pitcher saying you had too much. My husband and I went out and SPILT a pitcher of beer and they said we both had too much ?? They kicked us out with no explanation. My husband and I are still confused. If you want to have a good time don t waste your money. Shame on you top golf management.

Ryan at the downstairs bar decided we had too much to drink after one pitcher of beer between my wife and I. We just spent $100 for one hour of golf and a pitcher. We went down to have another drink on the first floor and had about a 10 minute conversation with the bartender and bar-back. He comes over out of nowhere to tell us we re cut off. What a joke of a place. I now understand why they are dead and no one comes here. Ryan, you re a douche bag.

Our family had a blast at this location! Loved having two hours of playtime, the food was incredible, and the service was fast and friendly! We had SO much fun! It was truly the perfect family outing! I would highly recommend using the online reservation system as this place fills up quickly. Also, you do not have to be a golf pro to have a good time here. There are different games setup to accommodate different skill levels. I will definitely be coming back! Vegetarian options: The menu notates which items are vegetarian.

I want to start by saying that Chantz was phenomenal in ensuring my teenage son and his friends had an amazing experience at Topgolf. He delivered the food on time with all our orders being correct and allowed the boys to have a great time, giving them a taste of independence and adulthood. I also want to thank the entire Topgolf team for creating such a fun and affordable experience. The cost is quite reasonable, especially when split among six people, and theres no shoe charge like in bowling and other activities. The team is efficient in securing reservations, ensuring you get the times you want. A special shout-out to Chantz for being fun, helping set everything up correctly, and making it a fantastic summertime activity for young black men. Topgolf is a fantastic place for fun and recreation, and Chantz made the experience even better. Thank you!

So, dont get me wrong. The food is excellent, yet overpriced, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The wait staff, however, is deplorable. I paid my bill with cash, and the waiter didnt bring my change back, assuming it was all his for a tip. In fairness, I was going to leave him a tip out of that, but to assume he didnt even have to bring me my change? Bless his heart, Topgolf, do better.

Ive been here a few times, had some ups and downs, but our most recent visit was fantastic. The service was outstanding. We had 2 groups of servers take care of us and both were amazing. At one point, the server didnt come by for 25 mins! I alerted the red shirted manager, and he, nor anyone came by for another 10 mins! Then, a bus boy finally came to see why we were standing around trying to flag anyone down. Our original waitress finally came after he alerts her, and the attitude she had after made everything impossible to enjoy. Also, $14 for steak nachos that LITERALLY had 8 chips with a small amount of steak on them. Absolutely horrible experience. Watch how management will respond with a robotic response. Dont go!

Ramon was the worst manager to come and Great us. We were having so much trouble with the game system and the food and service. By the time we received any of the food we had already been playing for an hour and 30 min and then it was cold on top of that. And Ramon offered no help in regards to this. All he gave was excuses. Exceptional customer service to the employees at the front counter. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food selection was great. My only issue was when the lady brought the food to the table she didnt speak she just stood there we moved the sodas from the table she then took the food off the serving tray and then walked away. She didnt introduce herself or say Hello didnt ask if we needed Napkins or anything she just walked off. I dont know if thats whats shes suppose to do or not. I usually wouldnt say anything but cuss service through the whole establishment is important. Thats the only really why I didnt leave 5 stars. Took my family on a night out to have some fun and ended up getting two side by side booths for 2.5 hours. Our waitress was very patient with us all and very helpful getting everyone signed in and ready to play. Unfortunately while we were gaming my husband was standing on the safe side of the line and was hit in the back of his leg while he was turned away, but by surprise it wasn t by a club or ball. A 20lbs+ piece of siding fell on the back side of his leg and almost dropped him. Management was informed and we were told sorry that happened to him and I can give you 30 more mins of play? Ridiculous! We ended up paying over $400 for our night out I let the kids continue the time we had left. Maintenance needs a big upgrade his leg is so sore he is walking with a limp. Definitely wasn t worth the pain he is in. His whole leg is bruised!

We haven t been here in 7 years and it was a great experience today. Aniya was our server and had a great vibe. She was helpful and friendly, the perfect balance for a bay host. She had the perfect amount of check ins and attentive nature. The atmosphere was chill, but fun. The food was SO good. We got the nachos, mac and cheese bites, and cheese fries for an app meal. I checked 10 min before I got there n wait time (Monday)they said 15 min, I walk in and it s 1.5 hrs. So I told them I would wait and eat first, they had NO server. I was their for my granddaughter s birthday it was excellent. We had 2 bays. The chicken wings were great. Waiter forgot to put an order in (a burger), it happens, but made excuses, didnt come back to let us know how long. 20 mins go by, then 30, then 40 minutes before I finally asked for someone else for help/info on when this almost hour long burger was gonna take. Four different people had to to come to the table. The manager was very helpful. The waiter walked by multiple times like we didnt exist, he was the worst waiter Ive ever encountered. Lazier than lazy. Every other wait staff had to cover his slack. The bill was $191 for pretty much McDonalds worth. Never going back there again.

Topgolf was fun in some ways; the technology makes the golf experience the best part. Our server was pretty bad; she was rarely available, didn t bring plates, silverware, or napkins, and didn t refill drinks. Our spot was in direct sunlight, so it was hot and hard to see. The max is 6 people, but I don t recommend it, as it was supremely uncomfortable for seating. Update: Returned at Topgolfs invitation and were treated very well. Our server was topnotch and the food was pretty great. Still no silverware; not sure why thats such an issue.

If you are coming for the sports bar keep driving. We were the only people in the bar at 11am, asked for one of the tvs to be changed to a specific football game 4 different times..and 30 min later they still hadn t changed the channel. WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS. One girl at the bar was being nice and trying to find someone to change the channel, but that s it. Otherwise, we were surrounded by TVs and 10 employees just standing there. we asked to speak to a manager and no one ever came. Ridiculous. No help at all. We left and went to gringos next door.

When we were younger, before knee surgeries, I used to take my daughter to each putt putt golf, then driving ranges, and chip and put golf. Now shes all grown up and likes these half indoor air conditioned tee, buildings where they bring and serve you food, drinks, you hit the ball and make the balls go out in the heat while you stay inside kind of in luxury golf area and a computer shows u where you hit the ball, how far, what angle, and so on and on. Who would have thought I created a monster in my daughter spoiling her so much but she has always liked all kinds of sports, practices everything well, etc. But then look at her form and that also is a great drive!

This was my first time having a bay and playing golf at Top Golf. The experience was fun overall. The food was good, served fresh, and had average portions. You pay to play in time intervals. It can get a little pricey so the bigger the group, the better. Id recommend this place for family night or date night.

Fun place to go with friends. I ordered the chicken tres tacos, but I wouldn t order them again. I found the tacos to be dry and the chicken was cold. The spiked lemonade was not strong at all and quickly became watered down due to the amount of ice in the cup. Overall this is a fun place. I would consider trying some of the other menu items.

The food and atmosphere was great.. so was our waitress Alyssa but the front staff was HORRIBLE the attitudes and rude jokes were absolutely ridiculous . As well as being rushed on our last 15 minutes , we literally only got 5 of those 15 minutes and the lady stood behind us ..if it hadnt been my boyfriends birthday then would have made a scene and spoke to management! My boyfriend is a police officer .. Is this the way that yall treat your first responders?? Wow!Yall need to hire a more mature staff! We will not be back !

We went on a Saturday around noon. We paid for 1 ½ hrs, but we should have paid for 2 hours. It was 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and 1 8-year-old). We ordered 3 chicken tender baskets and 3 additional orders of fries. Our tab, plus 20% tip, was 176$. So, with that being said, 200-225$ is what we should bring next time...

Unbelievably expensive for the value you get. Bad service in front desk, the hostess was not able to explain the memberships and we had to find our own way to the bay. Just to find a bay with a complicated system to start the game, in which we lost plenty of time trying to figure it out because there was no support agent anywhere near. Also, we had some drunk guys trying to sell us services while we were only trying to have a good time.

Book, book, book! We had been advised not to as there were never issues with getting to play we had to wait for an hour and 30 mins We had a group of 12 and so had two bays, it was time consuming getting set up which was frustrating after the long wait already. There are a variety of game play options, we tried two, angry birds and the regular play. The group agreed never to do angry birds again! Regular was so much better, particularly for those of us who had not been before! Once we got playing we had a lot of fun for sure! The cocktails were small, just saying! Everyone enjoyed and finished the food. Drink service at the bar and bays was very slow. Believe we will be back, we will book!

The service was great & the atmosphere was great. My only issue is I paid $27 online to reserve a spot and that did NOT get taken from the total cost. So I paid $27 just to hold a spot at a time there wasn t even a line. I understand charging to reserve, but $27 is a bit much. There are better ways around this.
