We put off having a will done for the longest time. After attempting to get this done several times with different providers that dropped the ball we contacted Hawks law firm and they got it done in a week! Very happy would recommend 100%

Jason is amazing! I called off of a quick google search regarding a matter that isn t within his area of expertise. Jason was so kind, listened to my woes and said he d assist in finding me someone local who can help. What an amazing person! He heard help!, and rose to the occasion. If I could give zero stars I would. I set an appt for my elderly family for Wills and POAs. We waited for 1 1/2 hrs in the parking lot and no one showed up. I called twice while waiting and left messages that we were in the parking lot. That was well over a week ago and they still have not returned my call. I wouldn t recommend these people to my worst enemy.

I havent used the firm yet , but I can say after speaking with Jason today , Im no longer looking for an attorney. He answered all my questions over the phone and gave me no reason not to give them my business. At the end of the day , I have to hire someone, might as well be someone I like dealing with .

I first heard of Hawks law firm from a friend at work. It was the best advice I have ever taken. Mr. Hawks is so professional and let me tell you he knows his stuff. Ive had a few lawyers in my time but none compare to Rick Hawks. This guy is 100% on his game. From beginning to end on my Bankruptcy case he was by my side. Never during the case did I not know where we were and what was next. Not 1 time did I call his office and if not available at that moment Rick always would call me back that same day regardless of time. There were nights he was working on my case at 10PM. This was an unfortunate case that I had to do this but Rick was very professional and efficient which helped me during this difficult time. I ve never had a relationship like I have with Rick being a client but now I can truly say he is a good friend as well. Highly recommend if his services our needed. You won t be disappointed!! Rick said he would charge me $5000 for a dba bank ruptcy and was rude when I told him everyone else was around $1,500 on average. He told me I could call everyone else then. I definitely dont recommend this guy for anything!

At first he had me fooled. Made me believe that he was going to be handling the property I was buying from a client of his. Made me feel as though I was being protected with the documents I signed. But today I dont feel that way . He does not handle things very maturely he has no problem hanging up in someones face even when they are being completely reasonable. Hes a snake

Both of the brothers are stand up honest guys a feeling that theyre there for you not for them. Although they are still attorneys so they have to be there for them. I really trust these guys and they helped me out through some tough times. I would recommend them to anybody that needs some legal advice whether its for bankruptcy or debt reduction these are the right people to go to. Also if you see her office their overhead is lower so their prices are much more reasonable.
