Have visited on 2 occasions over the past year. The first visit I attended a private event of a couple hundred people from a conference I attended. The second visit was with a group of 10 from work. In both instances the venue offered a similar experience with a fun environment, decent food & drink, and friendly staff. Prices on the menu seem fair. Parking can be a bit tough depending what is going on in the area and time you arrive.

Set in Deep Ellum, this place takes events to an entire new level. This place has a jazz and punk music theme that is eccentric and entertaining. Offering 3 large-scale bars that serve up delicious craft cocktails and service with a smile. I had a terrific old-fashioned made not by one, but two different bartenders! Both of them knocked it out of the park. The game charger is that this spot offers various forms of entertainment to cater to the masses. We will definitely revisit this spot.

Really enjoyed the show on Sunday. Great way to show inclusivity and to bring in a new crowd to Deep Ellum. I hope to see a continuation of the Shows on Sundays, I ve made it a monthly commitment to attend and support. The atmosphere is great as well as the affordable drinks and food. This is a great place to visit for a group of friends looking for an outing in Deep Ellum. There are a plethora of games here such as bowling and jenga. My friends and I came for bingo which was cool. Our tables were a bit sticky and the salad I ordered wasn t much to be desired as the dressing was very runny. The Brussels sprouts were really good.

Absolute horrible service, this was our first time here.. the place was very cool and a lot of fun. We were the first customers of the day. The staff was not ready to go for the start of the shift. It was long wait time for our drinks even though we were the only ones present at the time and they wanted payment before they gave us our final drinks that we were waiting on. That is not professional what so ever. We spent over a 100$..and had to keep calling for service

This is a big bar with lots of seating. They have a few bowling lanes ($25pp for a game) and several table top games including Jenga and Foosball. We had a good time just chilling out at the end of our night out.

Came around 6pm on a Friday evening. We came as a group of 20 for a birthday party. The atmosphere was great, we bowled in the VIP section which was cool but no AC working. But we made the best of it and enjoyed it anyhow. We loved how the place had different rooms of activities that you can do, but definitely question the price per person before doing them. As for the food, the menu was pretty vague, but ok if your not to hungry. I ordered the Po Boy Baller platter. Which was not worth $70, but the food was fine, but not the big enough size of platter to feed the amount of people it described, but maybe will feed one and a half people. To my surprise, they ran out of bacon wrapped shrimp at 6pm according to our waiter, and the place closes late. Or was she just telling a lie lol. Anyways, I would go back, only to eat a burger, and for the activities.

Place is terrible. Service is terrible. No one cares about a single person not at the bar. Wouldn t recommend to a single person. Came in with a 12 top, and didn t even get a server for 30 minutes. We had to go to the bar to get actual service.

OUR SERVER WAS HORRIBLE!!!! It took 20 min to get water and the place wasn t even busy. She wore her shirt inside out, genuinely look disheveled, and the other servers checked on us more (she came by us 3 times). She had no disregard for the fact she disrespectful was AWFUL. And we had to ask other servers to perform her basic tasks. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU EXPECT A TIMELY MEAL.

I recently visited Punch Bowl Social for the first time and was blown away by the outstanding service and delicious food, both deserving a perfect 10/10 rating. Rigo s cocktail creations were especially impressive, and I highly recommend trying the green tea shots for a delightful experience.

The drinks are good and fairly reasonably priced, lots of different games to play and things to do, there are ramps and an elevator which make it pretty wheelchair accessible. The only negative for me is that they pay their servers $2 an hour. A business like this should be paying all their employees at LEAST minimum wage, the fact that the servers are only paid $2 an hour is atrocious.

We came in the early afternoon on a Saturday for brunch, American classics with an upscale gourmet twist. They didnt seem too busy plenty of empty tables and seats at the bar. After brunch we got drinks from the bar and played some pool and arcade games. The atmosphere was different than a typical bowling alley arcade, it was a bit more classy and almost a bit retro. It felt like more of an adult vibe didnt see many kids/families, which was great! The place started to get busier as the time went by, so expect a busy scene on a Saturday night. We rented one of the lanes for bowling and one of the karaoke booths. Before we knew it, it was already 9pm and wed spent our whole day there. Definitely coming back for some fun games and good food and drink. The rosemary frys were delish!

Worst dinning experience ever. Had a reservation seated fast. Waited for 25 mins before a waiter said I guess I ll take your table. Two of the four orders came out wrong. One of the ones that was right was a grilled chicken sand that was the size of a chicken tender and the other one was a hamburger that had a hair in it. Not on it but in the meat. One of the orders that was wrong was sent back and took 35 mins to come back. We complained to the waiter and he said would take off the hair burger and the late chick sand that was just meat and bread. When he came with the bill he said the manager said he could not take off the hair burger because at least half was eaten. So the brought the bill but was not itemized so we were so pissed at that time and were so late we just paid and left. Please do not wast your time here.

Watched a bartender take a drink order next to me followed by another bartender telling the same guest 15 minutes later that their drink was never made because last call already happened (false). I dont know if this was a one off; but service was horrible. The kitchen staff even worse. It was clear the didnt not have the proper resources to be open and provide service to the customers. It was a busy place and we were a table of 8. Each meal came 30 minutes apart and missing an item or ingredient. I personally had the roasted chicken Quesadillas..it was thrown together after 1.5 hour to come the vegetables were not cooked all crunchy no roasted chicken excess of cheese and super greens I didnt even bother to eat. I also order a rhubarb strawberry drink...the picture speaks for itself. Water never came to the table.even after 2.5 hours.we had to get bar drinks to by time. After that fiasco we didnt bother to play any games. Over priced, terrible planning on management. I would definitely recommend a staff meeting.. The front door guy was eating his meal out in the open at the front door as we sit and waiting for extreme periods for a meal to come out.. Unacceptable business practices

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I was there this past weekend took a picture of my receipt and the next morning my card was charged 2 times! I ve been calling the establishment all week! They do not answer phones nor return phone calls! Your bartenders are charging people s card twice and stealing money! I opened this location a few years ago when it was actually busy. Its a pretty spacious place they offer a karaoke room and two separate areas for dining and drinks. We definitely enjoyed our karaoke experience had a couple of drinks no one ordered food in our group. The karaoke R&B and Hip Hop selection was very good because a lot of karaoke places have a limited selection for that genre. The karaoke room was a little on the smaller side as it was a group of seven or eight of us and everyone was not able to sit in that space Im not sure if they have other rooms that are larger but it still did just fine for the couple of hours that we were there for since no one was sitting down the whole time.

Super fun place to have fun with friends and family! Theres so many fun games that people can play from bowling, Canadian bowling, putt putt, darts, and more. PBS also provide board games that can be brought to the table for patrons to play while they wait for their food. The location in Deep Ellum had revamped their menu and everything sounded good. The fresh, pull-apart garlic bread with the sauce was worth the wait! Im excited to come here again!

Big shoutout to Hillary for helping us with our Christmas Party! She went above and beyond to make sure our event was great. Kelsey, the manager, approached me per my request. I expressed my frustration about paying a significant amount of money and encountering technical difficulties. Kelsey informed me that there was nothing else she could do except reset the bowling system. I requested her name for future reference as her proposed solution did not align with my previous experiences. Reluctantly, I agreed to the reset. During our conversation, Kelsey accused me of being rude to her employees, which surprised me. I questioned her statement and asked for Brytons name to address his alleged dishonesty. I also raised the concern that she may have labeled me as aggressive because of my race, as a black woman. Kelsey denied making such remarks but continued to refer to me as aggressive. I mentioned that I would report the incident to corporate and proceeded back to bowling. It was at this point that Kelsey called for her assistant manager, Nyjah, to intervene. I greatly appreciate the time Nyjah took to listen to my concerns and address the situation with her employees. Nyjah explained that Kelseys response stemmed from having a bad day. However, I find the service and the labels placed on me to be entirely unacceptable. I firmly believe that the employees at Punch Bowl Social Dallas require training in areas such as diversity, racism, and appropriate interactions with individuals from different backgrounds. I hope you will take this matter seriously and consider implementing necessary training to ensure that incidents like these are avoided in the future.

Management intervened after a 1.5 hour wait on food. Slow drinks. Server was really kind and nice, so maybe he was battling the bartenders and a backed up kitchen? They forgot our appetizer, drinks, and even silverware. Entrees legit took about 1.5hrs to come out and were lukewarm. Mind you it was 2pm on Sunday and there were maybe 4 tables plus 5-6 at the bar. It was very slow. The food was underwhelming. Creative menu but with poor service and slow wait times, it was lukewarm and boring. Drinks are good but the bar took forever to prepare our drinks. Server kept saying sorry they forgot to prepare ___ . I get it, but it was so slow there was no excuse. It seems like management needs to be more invested in working the dining room and monitoring these issues. We initially had a good time but the bad service and mediocre food ruined it. Manager did the right thing with our food bill, but we not be back.

Overall a mixed experience. This place is what you make it- there is lots of fun activities to do with your group (darts, foosball, karaoke, and much more). So if your group is willing to pay and do the games Im sure its a lot of fun. A great way to spend an afternoon. However, our service was incredibly slow. Im talking 20 minutes for a drink order and the place was kinda empty. Our server Rachel was great- knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. But the service was really slow. Too slow. The drinks were very good. I ordered a French 75 and their drink, a High Fashion. Both were delicious and balanced. The good was a mixed bag. My burger was good but the fries were cold. Someone ordered a waffle and it came plain- no butter, no syrup, nothing. Who wants that? So overall, for each positive thing I have to say, there is also a negative.

I watched everyone at our table have as many as 5 drinks (1.5 apiece from a punch bowl and then multiple consecutive drinks after that). Out of 5 people not one of us was even tipsy. It didn t make sense. If it was just one of us then I d chalk it up to alcohol tolerance but we all dropped about $50 apiece for drinks. There s no way those drinks had the proper amount of liquor. Keep this in mind if you re coming here and order accordingly.

I love love LOVE this place! It s very modern and aesthetically pleasing. The artwork and light fixtures were soo gorgeous. I went during the day on a Saturday and baby, the drinks were amazing. I got the lemon drop but with tequila and it was perfection. I had like 4 of them because they were so good! Our server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Great place to drink and play games! There wasnt a ton of people there, but maybe thats because I went on a Monday night We ordered drinks at the bar and then checked out what the place has to offer. The layout of the building is pretty cool; its big but irregularly shaped so its easy to find your own little area. Darts, corn hole, and big Jenga is free and pool is cheap ($1.50 a game). Thats what we played and it was lots of fun! They have a few lanes of bowling, but it was $25 a person for the three of us so we didnt do it. Thats a scam. They had a mechanical bull too but it wasnt running, idk what it costs They offer kareoke, but its in a small room with just a couch and a TV to sing in. Honestly thought it was a lap dance room at first. Karaoke has never personally appealed to me, but I imagine people who do like it would want to know that its only in a private room Id go again for the games and atmosphere. I didnt have any food and dont care about the drinks. I just think this is a fun place to hang out

Our server was very knowledgeable and gave great service which is hard to find these days . The food was really good we got the chicken sandwich and ate all of it . The drinks were okay they definitely need to improve their punch recipes . The ranch and Alabama white sauce was watery , and would have liked it to be creamier .

We came for my daughters birthday. We had a party of 6, we ordered Trash Pototato, Skirt Steak, Peppered Steak, Enchilaadad, Street Corn and Chipotle Mac n Chz. Everything was phanomenol. We also ordered The Marg and had about 4 drinks split 3 ways. Rudy..our server definiyely added to our night in an unforgetably way. We will be back and I would reccomend.

Had a great experience here. I was here on layover and had time to kill this was one of the few places that didnt mind I had backpack/ bag with me. Sat at the bar and service was on point from word go. Tried the bison patty melt, my only complaint was being on rye and toasted it could have used more dressing but thats a preference. We saw Mortal Kombat in the window and thought we d stop in to play a few games but the machine was broken and one of the joysticks wouldn t move the character. We tried street fighter and one of the joysticks was broken there as well. Unfortunate. I was over charged by more than $100. When I saw the charge, I had to call 10+ times to even be able to speak with a manager. Every time I was told they were busy, in a meeting, or other excuses. They asked me to leave my contact info several different times and promised they would call back but I never got a call back until I eventually told them I would wait on the phone until I could speak with someone. Apparently, after I signed my receipt, they accidentally charged me for 11 shots, which cost more than my entire food and drink bill. They finally refunded me, but the process was unbelievably frustrating and lengthy. Whether it was an honest mistake or not, everyone seemed pretty careless so I wouldn t be surprised if this happens regularly.

First time there. We were the first customers for the day. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was on it. Great drinks! The host gave us a personal tour of this place. Cool vibe, lots of space, and plenty to do. Would be a great event space. Food, on the other hand, was overcooked and was not hot. We went on a Monday for my cousins birthday and the service was great, facility was clean the food was AMAZING!! We mostly tried the knockoff burger and that sauce was legit and that burger was cooked with LOVE. I stay about a hour an a half away, but when Im in dallas Im definitely coming back. Parking: Theres parking lots all around this facility on top of change meters in front so parking shouldnt be an issue.
