The Carlson Law Firm is the best of the best! Where do I even begin!! I was involved in a accident where a driver in a vehicle had ran his light and struck me and my motorcycle I contacted The Carlson Law Firm and explained my dilemma Max Hinojos was great help he focused right away on my well being by scheduling physical therapy while assuring me he would do everything in his power to make things right and he kept his word! Max made everything right he got all the evidence from the local PD stating and showing I was not the driver at fault he was able to showcase it to the at fault driver s insurance company The insurance company still didn t believe they were at fault continuing to blame me for the accident Nick Merz caught word from Max about my situation he stepped in and made the at fault driver s insurance company agree to a settlement JUST LIKE THAT! These guys are some of the best in the business I walked in with no hope but Max and Nick made me see the bigger picture out of this harsh situation I truly recommend The Carlson Law-Firm and cannot express it enough they re some of the most wholeheartedly people you will ever meet.

I turned to The Carlson Law firm after a wreck I had. And it was the best move I could have made. The loser that hit me lied to his insurance company so they tried to deny my claim even though the police report showed me to be clearly not at fault. I found they have zero care for a person in terrible pain and unless it s a easy case, they won t help. Talked to someone today and her response was this will be a lot of hours to prove and we just can t help you. Wow. And they advertise on their website their do this type of lawsuits. They are interested in big lawsuits not small things like 20,000 to 45,000.
