I haven t been here in years since they first opened, but since I was at the laundromat next door I figure why not see if I want something from here. I guess his name was Trevor since that s what the receipt said, but he was so helpful cs I clearly did not know what I wanted.. I came into a pizza place looking for a calorie menu (silly ik) and even tho he didn t know, he still gave suggestions to the best of his knowledge. Also while I was waiting other employees came to see if I had been helped.. I love how friendly everyone here ALWAYS is. Kid-friendliness: Playground and small arcade area.

I can say I have had great service here. There is a waitress who is always so sweet, who was our server that last 2 visits. I forgot to take pictures of the delicious food. We had a specialty pizza, chicken Alfredo, and wings. I have to say their wings are pretty tasty! Pizza is also very good. They have happy hours and $12.99 pizzas on Mondays. If you order a burger and want it cooked a certain way. The cooks can t do it . They literally burn the burger. Also, the last 3 times we have come here we have waiting over 20 minutes to get someone to take our order. Waiters looked at me just sitting at a table, waiting. I shouldn t have to go ask to be waited on. Anyway, I really wouldn t waste your time or money. Food is under average and the services is AWFUL. I mean, I had a waitress tell me one time after I asked for someone to help order. She said well I guess I have nothing better to do. Long brown hair, big eyes. Rude people. If management knows how this place is run, that s astonishing to me.

This place went from being something I would recommend to a place I would point you away from. The service is lethargic and unorganized. It feels as if there is almost no hiring criteria nor training that takes place. It s sad because it s a good concepts and a great location. But there s a reason why this place is almost vacant all the time. Good news is there s three or four places within a 5 mile radius that are better. Notice to the owners You need someone to come into your organization who truly understand two three, true customer, service, hiring, and training. You cannot fix a problem with the same mentality it took you to get into it. You need someone from the outside to be able to share with you what you re doing wrong because the concept is really close to being something worth repeating But you missed the mark and the three things mentioned above. You start out strong and fade quickly because you don t get it yet.

Pizza is really good. However, I come here to let the kids play in the play center. If you bring little kids here BEWARE there is a huge gap in the fence and kids were leaving the area and running in the parking lot / road. I mentioned this to numerous employees but they didnt seem to care. Would be Easily fixed with rope or zip ties.

For my son s birthday I thought it would be nice to try out this restaurant. I originally called around 4pm just to see if they could accommodate 8 people since I had never been before. The woman that answered told me I could make a reservation, so I did for 6:30. I originally made it outside and called back about 30 minutes later to change it to inside since it was getting cold. A man answered that time and told me no problem. I showed up at 6:30 and was told they never received my reservation and put me outside, because that s all there was. My $15 balloon that I had just bought for my son popped within 30 seconds of being outside because the wind was so strong. There were two servers that started arguing across our table about who was going to wait on us. I made a comment to my friend about it and then they moved to a foot away from our table to continue arguing. Not once did any manager come out to talk to me about it. I double checked I called the right location when I made my reservation, and it was correct. Super disappointed because this seemed like a place that I d be able to frequent. After being in the industry for over a decade myself, I m appalled by this restaurant and how it s ran.

I ordered three different items to try at a new place. It took 30 minutes during mid-day when hardly no one was there. The Philly cheesesteak was definitely a disappointment. Food is decent, but is pricey for what it is. Pepperoni Rolls are delicious. Service was fantastic. The music was a little loud and obnoxious, but its an internet jukebox. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and NOLA roll for pickup. The pizza clearly was not made fresh; I ordered it 20 minutes before I picked it up but it looks like it had been sitting for quite a while and even worse, the crust is stale, so I m not sure this was even made today? The boudin inside the NOLA roll tastes rancid and is definitely spoiled. This was my second time trying this place; the first time was when they had just opened and I got sick that time. Had miss Zee (spelling?) As our waitress and she was an absolute delight. So gracious about the kids (ours and others) running in and out to play. Great spot for a birthday celebration. Plenty of distractions for young and old ones: a big playground outdoors, arcade games indoors, and dozens of huge TVs to catch all of the football games. Ordered carry out and waited in the parking lot for It. We live less than a mile away, when we got home the pizza was cold. We ordered extra cheese, there wasn t extra cheese. The atmosphere is GREAT for children. They got to run around in the playground while we ate dinner. The wings (naked) were huge and yummy! The pizza is comparable to Little Caesars. The taste of the food was great! However, I ordered at 7pm and they said it should take about 15 minutes for my order to be ready and fulfilled. I asked if they could have it made by 8pm and they said not a problem. I didn t get my food until about 8:15ish which..it is what it is. But what was kind of upsetting was the fact that they said they were waiting on my wings to finish cooking and when I took the food home (I live ¾ of a mile away), my pizza was really cold and the wings were little warmer than room temp. If I m paying over $20 for a medium pie and almost $2 a wing, I d kind of want it to be hot! Especially when I gave them an hour heads up and I STILL had to wait It was truly kind of a bummer first experience but I m going to give it another shot and maybe update this at that time if my experience changes. But for now, 3 out of 5 stars for me. 9-27-23 UPDATING MY REVIEW: I have come here quite a few times since the original review. Haven t ordered to-go..but had service inside. Sat at the bar more times than not and haven t had any issues. I m just going to assume maybe the day I originally ordered, it was an off day for them or something? It happens but I waited to update this to ensure the service was consistent when I came back each time. I would have to say I d recommend this place. I do see quite a bit of to-go orders go out when I dine in and they do have a lot of customers that come through their doors. I am updating this to all 5 stars because the service has been excellent and food has been great each time. The service was good, the waitress kept checking on us frequently, good job Kylee. Now the food... Not so good. We ordered The Ninja Turtle, its supposed to have extra pepperoni and cheese, definitely doesnt have extra cheese, they just put it on top of the pepperoni, and because of that, the toppings dont stick to the pizza. You grab a slice and all the toppings stay on the tray. The flavor was bland and dry. We ordered wings before we ordered the pizza and we didnt get them until we were almost done with the pizza, flavor was okay. Theres better pizza options in the area, if you wanna just drink and hang out it might be a good fit for you.

My 3-year-old twins and I came to eat here at around 6pm on Wednesday, September 6th, 2023. The place was maybe 50% full if not less. I was asked by my waitress/bartender to cut down my children s iPad because there were complaints about it being loud. I was caught off guard by this request because this is a bar that has loud music and has many kids currently running in and out making noise. While my children are sitting down quietly eating and watching Peppa Pig on their iPad. After the shock wore off, I turned the iPad even higher and made sure to inform her that I turned it louder and it can still barely be heard over all the other noise in the place. I was sure to also tell her that next time someone has an outrageous request like this, tell them to come ask me to cut it down or she shouldn t say anything at all, then I proceeded to tip her 50%. Not sure if this was racially motivated but it sure felt like it when you re singled out like this. We have visited this place every month for the past few years, but I WILL NOT be going back.

I absolutely LOVE this place! My sons baseball team comes here for team building dinners and for the parents to socialize and get to know each other. The beer selection is great, the food is really awesome (although my Dad thinks it s a tad on the salty side). My kids love the outdoor play area, so much that they often don t eat their pizza until we get home because they re having so much fun playing outside. Staff is very attentive to the customers and extremely polite. The bathrooms have always been clean and stocked. Overall my recommendation is to ditch the nationwide chain spot and enjoy some fresh, very tasty, and in some cases unique food!

For starters I love the enclosed playground and that you can easily keep an eye on the littles while sitting inside, we went on a Monday for the first time and were so excited to find out you can get a large pizza with up to 12 toppings for $12 on Mondays, I got the pickle pizza which was AMAZING and my husband got double pepperoni, beef, and feta with red sauce, we were very impressed. The kids ate everything on their plate. We will be back!!! Our new family spot for sure!

I had a Basic pizza with sauce. This pizza comes out really greasy from the cheese. The good part is that the amount of cheese is the same size as the crust thickness. Its like they put extra cheese on it to begin with! Most places skimp here and barely give any extra when you add. So a definite plus! Im from San marcos so I was not familiar with this place. My daughter recommended it so I tried it. I got a large herbivore and wow was it good. There was a good balance of veggies, cheese and sauce. As always, pizza was amazing and service fantastic plus the boudin chips were to die for. There was a small mishap, and our pizza was accidentally given to another customer as the order was similar. They rectified quickly and gave us the pizza on the house. We werent waiting too long so no expecting it, but it was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend! Kid-friendliness: Outdoor playground is always a hit with our 5 year old

The tables are Dirty, the pizza prices are too high for what it is.. the heaters were not working.. i have been in this place around 4-5 times just because it s easier for our kids to play. Not anymore too many chances,You may just warm up a frozen pizza from Costco and take it to a public park.

The Nola pizza rolls are delicious, and the pizza is a style that takes me back to my childhood. Cracker thin crust that has a good bite to it without being overly crispy. A solid layer of cheese makes for a perfect bite. The crust seasoning is delicious, but if you are concerned, just ask to try without. Great food with fast service. Will be coming back.

I had been holding off on coming here for a good while because I had looked at the prices and felt like it was a little expensive for what it is. I finally decided to go last night and even though the pizza is a little more expensive than other places I wasn t at all disappointed with spending what I did. The pizza and the wings are fantastic and I m upset with myself for waiting so long to finally go but I m definitely glad I did. Only thing I ll say is it would be nice to see more beer on tap, but they definitely had more than enough to satisfy my wants and needs. Will be returning sooner rather than later.

The pizza is delicious and worth the price. Also had 12 boneless wings that came with fries for $12.99 which was a great deal, chicken was fresh and tasted great. We sat on the patio which has a playground and umbrella for shade. Service was good as well.

Horrible service we ordered drinks that took 10 minutes to get there was no one in the place at around 5 pm and the waitstaff was all standing around with no customers. The Crawford bock beer was flat when the drinks arrived it was spilled on the table our waiter was high on something the food was slow getting to us 1 plate came out every 4 minutes for 6 people and order was wrong. This was the worst service I have ever experienced I do not recommend avoid at all costs.

Pizza is great! One of our favorites is the Ninja Turtle. Boudin Chips are fantastic, I order them every time we go. Have not had anything I have not been satisfied with. Wish they would deliver besides through delivery services.

My son loves this place. I wsh the games would go BACK to not being a cheat - they were super kid friendly to start - otherwise decent place to take the kids & get a beverage! Kid-friendliness: Theyve an outdoor playground and inside paid arcade games / candy vending. Lots of TVs, but no Chive / Atmosphere type channel.

I got the pizza. It was delicious. It is definitely one of the best pi,zas I have ever had. Parking: Lots of parking spaces. Kid-friendliness: They have a nice arcade for the kids. Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking and ramps. And regular chares that can be moved.

Arrived at curbside early. Our pizza was cold. Tasted terrible and seemed old. Not fresh, nor warm. Also tried 2 orders with prime grub hub delivery and they were hard and very cold. At Friendswood our food was super fresh. Cheese stretched when u pulled off a bite. NOT at Gosling!
