The new PA, Flor, is very thorough. I like when a Dr does a follow up to review labs instead of just saying look at the portal. I also liked her explanation in terms I can understand instead of medical words. The nurse is very patient with this senior slow moving patients. I will keep my appointment .

I ve been seeing Richard Easton for almost 10 years now. Even though I ve moved over an hour away from their office I still refuse to go to another doctor base on the care I get from Easton and his staff. He has such a personal and personable way of communicating to his patients, making it feel like they matter, even with the small Stuff and he was able to help me on the spot. Richard Easton has been my doctor since about 2016. He is the best doctor Ive have ever had. He has so much knowledge of literally everything. Hes so easy to talk to, has a great sense of humor and bedside manner. There are no cons to list here, only pros. The staff is also very friendly and good at their jobs. Xander at the front desk is so sweet and just pleasant to talk to and always has a huge smile. The nurse, Carmin is just a little sweetheart, and shes great at doing bloodwork. My veins are always difficult but she gets it every time.

The doctor and staff experience was great, thorough, and worth coming for. The appointment scheduling and lab reporting software needs improvement. Its hard to find and get reminders for when and where the appointment is. The posting of lab results is slow and the portal hard to locate (not listed on the website). They got the most important part right (patient/dr/staff experience).

Had a wonderful experience on my first visit. I felt welcome upon entering and entered into a nice conversation with the young man at the front. He helped me get started on my new paperwork and got my insurance squared. Then the nurse was just as kind and wonderful with an extremely soft touch during a quick blood draw. Then there is Dr. Richard Easton. The man has knowledge beyond just medicine that spans decades. I believe this aspect of his practice makes him an ideal doctor for both yourself and family. 10/10

If I could leave no stars I would, I left a review 3 months ago regard Richard Easton.. as not professional and rude the review got removed, this one will too, but my partners visit was bad trying to get them to stop refilling medicines not on Richard said not his fault it is recorded he said he orders them whatever happens them isn t his fault, then blamed it on Walmart pharmacy, he told me 3 months ago to shut my pie hold to lose weight when I was already told I had insulin resistance my the dr that was in the office, Richard hard never looked at my medical records knew nothing about me had never seen me before. He yelled at me shutting my pie hole and exercising like he does to his 70 yr old mother and walking a mile and a half would not help lose weight so stop wasting my time. Funny how most all reviews are 5 stars. Well when Questioning Richard he got upset and then told him he was running his pie hole, the man lost it he threatened to physically throw me out of the office, so it s okay for him to tell you but don t use pie hole on him he said it was disrespectful. This is all recorded . And to get thru to Dr Herrera that is impossible so basically he doesn t care what happens in the Lewisville office.

Dr. Richard Easton is great! He listens he talks to you not at you. Kind smart realistic in his approach to the harder questions or issues that I am/was dealing with. Some of the staff can be rude and even lazy..... This was my go to place. As of today not any more. I was given a prescription. The pharmacy had to have it written differently. When I pick up my medication I am informed of the instructions and the the manufactures instructions (they even called the office and told them of what I was instructed). I was called and told that I was wrong for following those instructions and then she hung up in my face. I am without my meds I am in transition to a new dr in a new location but never will I recommend them to anyone. I even said i dont want to be disrespectful but my care is now in jeopardy.

Dr. Easton is amazing, but the staff is awful. The main front office lady acts like you are a burden, on the phone or in person and that s when she chooses to pick up. Sometimes she just lets it ring so long that it goes back to the main menu prompts, if you tell it you re a doctor/hospital, she picks up immediately. Aside from that, the nurse continuously sends in the wrong prescriptions, including a medication I don t even take. She does not listen to a word you say, and will blatantly do the opposite. The staff needs MUCH more training. If I didn t like Easton so much, I would not be attending this clinic anymore.

I also Love Dr Parsons but the front office staff personnel are simply awful and reek of incompetence. I had an xray taken almost a month that was ordered by Dr Parson and have yet to get the results of the xrays. I call the front office to find out why I havent receive results and was told by the office they had not received the results. I called TouchStone imaging and was informed that they sent my xray results to the office over 3 weeks ago. I also attempted to call and leave a message in Dr Parsons inbox and it was full. I tried for 3-days and it was full all three days. I had been going to this office for over 20 years back when Dr Kremmer was there. But the entire office has turned over in personnel and the customer service has drastically declined. I will now proceed with trying to find me another family doctor. I no longer entrust my healthcare to such an incompetent dr office.

I have followed Richard (PA) from 2 other offices and April (RN) from 1 other office. Front office staff have always been kind and quick to answer phones. From last minute appointments to scheduled in advanced, they always find a way to get me in when needed! Richard is attentive and quick but to the point and very informative. The best word I could use for him is efficient. He always explains the how and why illnesses or other things happen and is more than happy to answer any questions I have (and I have A LOT). He is also really funny so even when you dont feel good, he makes you laugh. April is the perfect sidekick for Richard as she is just as efficient and friendly! Reading some of the other reviews I am astonished to see the lack of empathy and patience some people have. It is a crazy time for everyone, we are all over worked, tired physically and mentally and stressed, not just including, but MOST OF ALL, our healthcare providers. Thank you for continuing to show up and provide services for us!

His office was not practicing proper COVID-19 protocol (masks/gloves). We had been considering changing to my physician for his next visit. Unfortunately, we will not be making that change because he just passed away one month ago. I called his office when he passed away to notify them of his death; and today (one month later) I received a note indicating it is time for his next visit.

Ive been to five different pain clinics and out of all of them Dr Herrera is the very best! He really listens to you and understands your pain. He is very knowledgeable because I have a rare disease called Sjogrens syndrome and he told me something that was affected by it that none of my other doctors even the specialist on Sjogrens at ever told me. Unorganized and Rude front desk person, bad management! I have repeatedly been asked for a picture ID and insurance card, not just cause it s the new year. Getting ahold of someone is ridiculous. Every time I try calling the office I get a hold of no one. I m only able to leave a message! I am here to see Dr Herrera at 8:30am. Front desk person put another patient ahead of me with a later appointment time. I waited two hours to be seen. Very disappointing!

Hubby regular patient for 10 years, lots of turnover and after multiple calls and 2 visits up there I finally got hysterical only to be hung up on and then told that I m difficult. I m super well spoken and asked them how can I better communicate to get their help. If you need refills for meds you better hope it s not life threatening,,,which the meds my hubby takes controls his BP. He s a faithful patient and follows doctors orders to a T and cannot get his refills on time? They have double billed me multiple times for blood work they sent to Lab Corp. I paid Lab Corp but they continue to bill me as if they did the blood work. Staff arnt as bad as people say. The only thing is they want to charge you over 250$ per regular visit and that is after co pay. They ran through the insurance and waited 3 months to tell me i owed them 275$ per visit each time. Not ever going back. And what did they prescribe after having me jump through hoops and taking an EKG, just for protective measures? Advil. Im 28 btw and pretty healthy so I highly doubt I have heart issues. Going to urgent care would have cost me less.

Definitely would not recommend. Very unorganized with what they do. Dishonest and unprofessional. Communication sucks and the wait time is long. The clinic is old. Please do yourself and favor and look for someone else.

My family and I have been patients here for about 3yrs or longer. We have seen Dr. Simmons and Richard Easton. Richard always makes my girls feel comfortable and is always attentive to what we are being seen for. Sometimes the wait is long but the fact that the doctors at this office are listening to the needs of the patients makes it worth it.

This place always wastes my time and its not even the actual doctors its the front desk. They are rude and complain about their work constantly. I TRIPLE CHECKED if this place accepted my new health insurance and each time they told me yes. I drove an hour to get there and they told me that they didnt accept my insurance after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to help me.

I was not impressed and was totally offended by their bed side manners with my son. Dr. Simmons was seeing my son whose 13. My son has ADHD. Dr. Simmons was talking with my son and using inappropriate foul language. In a professional setting with a 13 year old who battles ADHD, I found this as extremely unprofessional. Then his PA saw my son on our last visit. She treated him as if he was on drugs or using cigarettes because his heart rate was high and was questioning him repeatedly about his use of cigarettes, pot smoking etc. Then she came into the room claiming they do random drug testing and wanted a urinalysis. She quickly silenced me when I was trying to explain that he had an iced tea for lunch and the caffeine along with his medication was probably causing his heart rate to be high. Not only that, being scrutinized about how he sat in a chair made him extremely uncomfortable. His drug test came back negative....no surprise by me. I will not return nor endorse this practice and will share my experience if anyone asks.

This office is an effing joke. My wife is sick. Plain and simple and needs to see a doctor. These doctors would not treat her so I dont know what kind of doctors work here but I wouldnt send my dog to this office. I wouldnt even give it one star if it would let me.
