I came to Dean with help in a modification case and was very pleased with his services. My case was able to settle in mediation although it could have went to trial, Dean was able to get me more time with my children, and a more fair deal than what my divorce attorney got me. Mr. Dean Zand represented me in a divorce that due to opposing counsel the divorce 23 months to complete. Dean was always available with answers to my questions and support thru out the entire process. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I first spoke with Mr. Zand about 3 years ago concerning filing a termination of parental rights for my son s biological father, who was incarcerated at the time. Mr. Zand was so honest with me and my chances at the time and the financial obligation for a case like this. Fast forward a year or so I was now remarried and my husband wanted to adopt my son. We contacted Mr. Zand again after our marriage in January of 2020. We filed for the termination/adoption. Even through a pandemic and what I understand to be a difficult case in most instances, Mr. Zand and Michelle were always responsive and kept the case moving. In February 2021 we were granted the termination and today our adoption was official! We can t thank Mr. Zand enough for his help navigating a case like this and representing us. I absolutely recommend him!

Dean represented me in a custody situation with my son. I worked with Dean from a distance, and he was always prompt with communication and answered any questions I had regarding the case. He demonstrates high ethical standards, extensive knowledge of Texas divorce law and it was obvious that he is well respected by peer attorneys and judges in the Fort Bend County court system. After hiring a couple of attorneys that only looked at me as a source of income, I decided to meet with and hire Dean. Even thought the case was pretty straight forward, the opposing party constantly found ways to delay and hamper the case and often time filed ridiculous motions, which was nothing more than harassing. Upon hiring Dean, he immediately went to work and squashed all the additional delay attempts and quickly set the case for trial. Dean is honest and has integrity. Dean listened to me and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. Perhaps the best thing I can say about Dean is that he saw me as a person and not a paycheck (again something I cannot honestly say about other attorneys). I highly recommend Dean and if needed, will hire him again. Dont make the mistake I did, sit down and speak with Dean. You wont be sorry.
