I recommend 100% that if you are considering any immigration procedure to call Jovel Martinez. We are extremely impressed and satisfied with the people and the services provided from beginning to end. My husband started procedures in September 2023 and today his U.S. Citizenship was approved. Unfortunately my mom didnt continue with her case but requested to cancel within the same same week. Took about three months to get a refund. We paid an initial deposit of $3900 and only received a refund for about $800 for a service that was cancel. All I need is an itemize statement showing in details what it was charge. Requested this about tow weeks ago from speaking with Mr. Martinez and I find this extremely unprofessional. You have my email.

They stole my money, very bad person, they treat you very badly, I went to them on April 28 to start my divorce, they asked me for $3,900 for half of my case and so the next few days I sent them a message saying that I was not going to get a divorce and that if they returned my money I would They said yes that they would only take the lost time so I waited for my check back and it took a long time. My daughter called them several kisses, they did not answer once yes and I spoke three more kisses with them and from there they charged for calls and messages and they returned me $883.50 just that They say that they discounted every call and message and they themselves did not return the money, thats why someone called them, they are thieves, they dont want to give me my money back.
