This location can be hit or miss due to the traffic they experience, not to mention we have lost 2 different sonic locations In the spring area (1960 east of aldine wesfield & recently Cypresswood @45) and that has now forced this location on those of us who like sonic. I will say this, the 1960 location was terrible all around I was glad to see them go. The cypress wood location next to spring high school turned rotten with customer service and food handling. I hope this Location gets a make over or let us get a new establishment with a crew that wants to be there. God bless

This locations customer service is horrible. Do not get your food here!! The manager does not care about the customers at all. I Sat n my stall waiting for my food and they come out with a small version of everything that I ordered. Then the manager on duty after them making the error...tries to tell me I have to pay the difference...holds my card for 10 minutes after I asked them to pass my card because I had somewhere to be and could not wait for the error THEY MADE to be fixed. Ive purchased food for myself and my family from Sonic for 30 years and never have I had this experience its always this location.

Update:3/31 - theyve shrunk the corn dogs. Id rather pay more for a normal size corn dog than buy a corn dog to find out its smaller than a normal corn dog. For this reason, Im taking away 2 stars. Prior review: Love this location. Employees are friendly and they always get my order right. Jessica is the best!! I dont know how they do it but their mozzarella sticks are on point. I get ones at expensive restaurants with half the cheese drained out but Sonics are full of cheese from top to bottom. Love their mobile order specials.

This sonic drive-in is located in Spring Texas. I have to encourage you to use the SONIC app for your purchases, because there are always special prices going on there. So today s order was a cheeseburger, and a sonic slush. Cheeseburger was just as I ordered it and tasted great, the slush was wonderful, except maybe when my throat and upper chest froze for a few minutes. Great visit, I place my order before I left the house, and was ready promptly when I got there. Great visit.

I had ordered a slush on the app and they told me the machine was broke. So I asked for a strawberry limeade. But after a few sips from the cup it was empty. I ordered a 32oz and I took the lid off. The ice was all the way to the top even after shaking it. I guess I have to wait for the ice to melt if I want something to drink.
