I had a good time, there were a few attractions that were closed for deep cleaning so we missed a few things, and the VR was being cleaned, bit overall we had a great time. The movies were interactive and sprayed mist and were 3d, which was awesome lol the rides were cool and smaller adults can ride along with their children. Overall not a bad experience, they even have a little kitchen there that has pizza and Starbucks, cant beat that lol. My son had a blast and didnt want to leave. I would come back in summer when the water park is open.

We brought our 18m old toddler there and theres only a few activities that she can do. It would be more suitable for older children. The instruction menu at the spinning car ride was also not clear which resulted in us waiting in the line for more than an hour excitedly before being disappointedly rejected when it was our turn as the staff said our child did not meet the height restriction to take the ride. This incident wasted our valuable time and energy which we could have used to do other things during our Labour Day weekend vacation.

Great for kids! Great for adults with kids! My nieces and nephews had a blast, as did I. I loved the building stations all around. Miniland with Dallas landmarks and buildings was very cool. Some fun rides, and they let us ride one of them twice in a row (there was no line)! We also got the pass that paired it with the aquarium next to it, so thats a nice option as well.

Geared more for ages 5-12 but my 14yo still enjoyed it. There are 3 rides included in admission. One of these rides is a battery powered Lego police car on a track with a max age of 12. Several interactive stations where you can build with Legos. Theres also a playground indoors. Small food counter that we didnt use. Bathrooms are inside Legoland.

Dont come here without a kid between 4-8. They charge full price for 2-3 year olds, but there is nothing for this group. The tiny section with a box of duplos and a baby slide is ridiculously cheap for the amount you pay for admission. The outside section might have been better, but it was completely shut down and locked while we were visiting. Most of the rides, which my kids were too small for anyway, were marked as closed during my visit. There was a small climbing section for 4-10 year Olds which was disgusting outside and even worse inside. Lastly, my 1 year old tripped over her own feet and bit through her lip ( shes learning to walk and trips all the time, so not legolands fault), blood was dripping everywhere. Not a single employee acknowledged or offered help as I searched for napkins to stop the bleeding. Overall, ages under 4 should be free, the facility needs a better cleaning regime, and employees need to be more helpful.

Honestly the price for admission isnt worth it for what youre getting. Its possible the bundle service may be better but I paid almost $100 for me and my two kids to get late afternoon and was very disappointed. Half the splash pad isnt working and is roped off. There was storage items in the changing rooms for the splash pad. There theres about 5 building stations. One thats monitored, one geared towards girls and a Lego city, one thats for racing cars and another one for like babies with oversized soft Legos. The other one was a sandcastle outside near the splash pad and wasnt well kept. Theres 3 rides and a climbing gym. The dojo wasnt working at all where they could dance and hit the pad. The Starbucks inside lacked actual food other than nachos and over priced hotdogs and for being there for hours that was disappointing. I honestly dont plan on visiting often. Once in a blue moon.

My kids didn t have room to sit and build anything at any of the stations. Lines were super long at any of rides/movies. Might be not as busy on weekdays, I m not sure. We won t be going back, that s for sure.

What a waste of time money and effort. This feeds into all the things that many find repulsive about American mass consumerism. You make the adults pay $24 as well as the kids? There is no redeeming value to this place. If you work here, quit... you conscience will thank you! Before you decide to go here do some self reflection and ask yourself if you really need this. I feel lesser of a man for subjecting my child to this horror. And before you leave, be sure to buy buy buy as you exit through the gift shop.

We were really looking forward to this activity with our two kiddos. Unfortunately, we felt like the price does not match the experience. There are really only 2-3 activities you can do. All of the lego characters that are around the center are covered in dust. The Duplo center felt dingy and all of the lego pieces look at though they had been there for ages. My son ADORES Legos and we thought this would be an exciting time for him. We spent more time in the Lego store than we did inside of Legoland.

From places to build and create your own legos, to rides and play scapes! This location also has a splash pad with small water slides outside to end the day! The outdoor area also had tables with umbrellas and benches for parents. There was a small cafe with a Starbucks inside but they don t have a large selection for food and is very expensive.

I took my 7 and 8 year olds after needing to kill some time, as our plane was delayed a day. I am SO glad we chose to come here. Surprisingly, my kids did not have any interest in building with the legos at all. But they LOVED the multi level play structure and spent most of their time there. We watched one 4d movie and they really liked it- there were others on rotation so we could have watched more, but one was enough for them. They rode the Merlin ride about 5-6 times, and we did the shooting ride/game twice. We almost missed the car ride past the bathrooms but they loved it and did it twice. The bathrooms were a little messy, but it was the end of the day. And legos were all over the floors, but it s kind of expected. I was disappointed to see the splash pad was OPEN- online it said it had closed today, so I didn t bring their swimsuits. They easily could have spent another hour playing if I knew it would be open. Anyway, it was a great stop for us and occupied them for 2 hours. If your kids like the splash pad and build with legos also, you could easily spend 3-4 hours.

Great place for kids to play and use their imagination. Wish they had more race track for kids to race on. There were times kids got pushed around or kids jumping in front and not taking turns. When we went the water park was not open and this is the third time we have been there and the water park area has never been open and this is three different times in the last 3 years during the summer. There was another area of games that was also closed. But there is soft play for younger kids, a little ride, mini land that is cool to go through and a little interactive, tons of building stations, go carts for 4year olds and up, and obstacle course, 4D movies.

For something this expensive it s not worth it at all. The place is disgusting and seems like the last time they cleaned it was when it was built. Charging parents the same rate as the kids is ridiculous to just stand around, and it really should be 3&under free for how little they can do. This would be fine for kids ages 4-10. The outside area was closed due to the weather(totally understandable). This place is so small and having the prices change so much is ridiculous also. I went online to buy my tickets in advance and it was about $40 per person then I come to buy them at place and it s about $30. Go literally anywhere else, unless being overpriced and dirty is your thing.

WAY OVERPRICED, for what it is. Charging the same price for kids to play and adults to stand around and watch is ridiculous. 3-10 is about the idea age range, kids older than 10 will be bored and lose interest really fast. It kept my 3 & 9 year old kids entertained for 1.5 hours, for the money they charge I would expect it to keep them busy for 3+ hours. I will not be coming back.

The place is small but cute, mainly for kiddos for a certain age range like 3-10. There should definitely be an age limit to play in the play area, older kids from summer camps were trampling my toddler and 6 yr old over. The play area is also super dark for some reason??? Not lit whatsoever and that is very dangerous for little ones. Another downside was the lack of involvement with the employees, many didnt offer much help when maneuvering the place, no maps were offered. I asked for a map and had none, so i googled it and found it immediately but a physical map would be nice. Also employees didnt explain the splash pad area and the rules for that area very unorganized but othet than that my kids loved it.

This Legoland is on the smaller side. Only a few rides geared toward kids under 10 yrs old. Few cool exhibits and building stations. There is a 4D theater as well. The small outdoor water splashpad/playground is a nice option for kids on a hot day and is included in price. There is also a Lego store which is nice for purchasing certain hard to find sets. I have done the adult only night once but it was more of a social gathering for singles than anything else. Worth the cost? Really depends on your childrens age and expectations going in. Not a bad experience but underwhelming.

A legoland employee tried to prevent me from leaving!! I had a screaming 3 month old with me and the exit was blocked so I advised the entrance associate that I needed to get out and she literally blocked me from leaving saying I needed to use the exit even after I said it was blocked. I had to steer my stroller all the way around her and almost run her over to get out. I don t care what her reason was. There was NO one trying to enter so it was harmless to let me leave there. In no way is it ok to detain someone and preventing them from caring for their child. We will never be going back there. It s a trashy place anyway. The bathroom was disgusting which is why I was leaving so I could change and feed my baby. The attractions are lame and most were broke. The place was packed full and way over crowded. Everything in there was sticky and dirty. You can tell they absolutely don t clean that place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Although we had fun, this place requires adjusted expectations. I will start with the positives. 1] Every worker I interacted with was positive and helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. 2] *the Minifig trade machine was FUN* We each brought one to trade and they have a cool machine. An adequate substitute for how employees used to trade with everyone. 3] my kiddos loved each activity, especially the shooting ride and car ride. The drawbacks: 1] Ohh, the smells!! No need for bathroom signs, we can find them with our noses. And we got there first thing. There is also a STRONG smoke smell by the ninjago light activity. We reported it last time and not any better. Not sure how that is possible. 2] broken features. This has been covered on several other reviews. It wasn t as bad as I was expecting but put a damper on some things we were looking forward to. 3] marginally supervised kiddos. We had several daycare groups while we were there. My advice is to do sea life first if you are planning on a whole day outing. They usually clear out early afternoon and it s much more fun. We got there at opening, rushed to the ride and were told they were still doing opening checklists which was strange. By the time we finished the car ride, the other rides were open. We left for lunch and came back to sea life. We re-entered around 3 and it was much more pleasant. We also splurged on two up charge items: the VR experience and the customer Minifig printer. My kiddos loved both but it cost an extra $7 and $14 respectively. Have a plan and this can be a great experience. You just have to go against the flow a bit.

You can buy tickets online or at the kiosks in front of the entrance. Parking is just standard mall parking, with plenty of it. Before you buy multiple passes at kiosk, i.e. Lego and sea life, recommend just doing one at a time. Legoland has a lot for little and big kids, and they will be very entertained. You can buy a pass book that allows you to get stamps around the center. If you fill out every stamp the cashier at gift shop gives you a surprise. There are restrooms inside, multiple rides, areas to build Legos and toy cars, and plenty of exhibits. You can cool down at the outdoor splash pads, celebrate a birthday, and even meet a master builder. Staff is polite, professional, and very helpful. Would come back and highly recommend!

Fun place for kids. There are not many instructions, it s like free for all. If staff members in the front area where legos were being built, were more interactive, I think there would be more use for the legos and experience.

Not worth it for the price. This is just a discovery, nothing compared to the one in California. If you can get discounted tickets then it might be worth it to check it out. It gets really crowded also and the lines are long for the rides. It is best to go early and do the rides first thing. This is a one time thing, wouldnt make any sense to go back again as the whole place took us about 1 hour or less to go thru.

We came here on a Saturday. There were so many people in the small space that it was hard to walk. We almost walk out because it was so packed, but decided to not waste our money since our receipt said no refunds or exchanges. So, we decided to stand in line for 2 rides. We stood in each line for 30 minutes to an hour. The Starbucks ran out of coffee and the bathrooms were gross.

I had purchased activity packs and picture package but no explanation how to use them. Finally got help from agent at sight. Legos all over the floors. Pieces didn t fit together, possibly from overuse? Teens running through the exhibit without supervision. Stamps to validate activity books didn t work and we didn t receive prizes for activities because no one told us about the prizes until we were at the checkout at the Lego store at the end. Only gave a 2 rating because kids said they liked it although not interested in doing it again

Not sure how there are so many good reviews of this place we went on a Sunday afternoon, not a holiday weekend or anything so thankfully it was not super crowded. That said, it did not feel worth the ticket price we paid, and we used a coupon through my work to get 30% off. I would absolutely never pay full price to get in here. It simply isn t worth it. You purchase an entrance time if you buy tix online and we had no wait to get in. We went on the Merlin ride and the Quest Adventure ride and both had about 15-20 min wait time but it wasn t terrible. The MiniLand area was one part we were looking forward to seeing - we have visited the big LegoLand in CA and also visited the LegoLand Discovery Center in GA last year. In both parks the MiniLand was a favorite attraction for my husband and myself as well as our kids. This location greatly fell short. For starters the lights didn t work in the room for some reason which made my 3 year old daughter hesitant from the start. We also could barely see any of the details of the builds so really what s the point? We tried every single button on the displays to start animations and only found one that worked. Overall this section was a huge let down. To the point where I wondered aloud if we could get our money back for the tickets because that s what we were most excited for and it was a dud. The Ninjago climbing structure looks like it has potential, but it s frustrating that parents can t see into the area except for one small bit - I like being able to keep an eye on my kid in those types of jungle gyms and you really can t. There were lots of older kids running and being rowdy so we opted not to let our 3 year olds stay in very long since I didn t want them to get hurt. There are lots of spots to stop and build with LEGO which is fun I do wish the Duplo area was larger (In Georgia location it s massive!) because I have two 3 year olds and that s what they prefer. But my kids still enjoyed it despite being quite limited. My kids enjoyed the rides and definitely loved the splash pad, which we saved for the end of our visit. My big disappointments and reason for 2 stars: Everything is grimy and dirty. There s a display of giant LEGO right when you walk in that is downright filthy. I wanted to disinfect my kids hands after seeing it. First impressions make a difference and that was not a promising way to start our day. The various building tables of LEGO do not appear to get cleaned regularly - there s buildup and dirt all over. I took my kids in the restroom at the end of our visit, to change into swimsuits for the splash pad and I was fully grossed out and honestly would have just left altogether but my kids were so looking forward to the water play. The smell in the ladies restroom makes it clear that the mess/disarray is not new but instead is the norm. It smells kind of mildewy and rotting I tried using the family restroom instead and it was worse. There s a number on the door to text someone to ask them to clean the restrooms, but I don t think it should be my responsibility as a customer to monitor the restroom and ask someone to clean it. Also, not sure if the location was just short staffed the day we visited or what, but there were hardly any employees around to help when needed - there were attendants at the rides and I saw one person sweeping but there was never anyone else around when we had questions. We did not love this experience I won t be returning. I am sad that this was not fun like the other LEGO parks we have been to.

A terrible place. On July 10th, I bought a one-year pass on the website, and I clearly saw it stated that parents were free. However, when I went today, the staff kept asking me to show proof that parents were free. When I checked the website again, the proof was no longer there. Then, I opened the information from when I bought the tickets, and the page showed page cannot be found. After an hour of arguing to no avail, I chose to get a refund, but they didnt refund the handling fee. What a terrible place.

I d seen some reviews saying Legoland was dirty and crowded, but we **arrived at opening time on a weekday** and it was marvelous. Seemed clean to me! My take: Legoland is a super fun place if your kids are the right age/height, you get a coupon deal, and you have a plan to beat the crowds. It s not a very large complex, but there are plenty of things to keep your family busy for at least two hours or more. Pricing is a bit high, even with the rare coupons, and I d say the experience is best for kids ages in the 4-12 range. RIDES: All for kids taller than 3ft, so not for toddlers. There are 3 rides included with admission 1. Quest Laser target-shooting game for folks 3+ feet tall, up to 4 people per car I believe. The queue makes the ride look a little dark and scary but it s super chill. 2. Merlin-themed Dumbo-style flying ride for folks 3+ feet tall where you pedal to (supposedly) go higher . Seats 2 per vehicle. 3. Forest Ranger driving ride, only for ages 4-12 due to size of the vehicles and requirement to be able to independently push police car pedal and steer around a track. *VR: There is also a virtual reality coaster attraction, offered as a $7 per person ticket add-on option.* My kids enjoyed all the rides! 4D show: also free with admission. Movie theater style shirt show with 3D glasses. (Not really 4D unless you count fans turning on randomly ) Cute. I thought it was kinda boring but my kids love Ninjago so it was a hit for them. There is an indoor Ninjago themed playground/jungle gym with slides and climbing stuff that parents could technically go inside with their kids, but it seems like tight spacing so I didn t venture. Heads up, you can t see your kids once they go in. Some cushy benches outside the entrances/exits for parents to wait. There are a ton of Lego stations throughout the complex for kids to just sit and play/create. DON T MISS: *Cool Lego art gallery in the hall between the forest ranger ride and the 4D show. *Super cool Lego DFW recreation! It s an entire room of things to see. p.s. Look up, too! *Lego space shuttle blast-off in the corner by the first ranger ride. For Littles: There is only one small toddler area with larger blocks and a small slide. Our 2-year-old was perfectly happy to play here for a bit! DINING: Snacks, bottled drinks, and Starbucks offered in the cafe. Pricing not bad, pretty good selection of snacks. The only entree offerings were hot dogs, nachos (cheese and chips), and Uncrustables PB&J. The cafe seating area was comfy and clean. I liked the Lego DFW pic! No hand sanitizer nearby so wash hands before. Splash Zone: Maybe our kids favorite thing! The website says it opens at 1:00 pm, but it actually opened at 11:00 am, so we had the place to ourselves before it got crowded and hot! There are changing rooms and bathrooms outside, so bring your swimsuits and towels. Plenty of tables for parents to sit in shade and watch. (Grab a Starbucks in the cafe first!) Hope these tips help you have fun!

Lego land here is smaller than in California. Friendly staff. Ideal for maybe 2-3 hrs. I paid for the 3pm ticket, not the full day. My toddler loved it. I just wish the play areas and legos were cleaner. There are so many pieces and little hands all over the place, so I get why it doesnt get cleaned often. We loved the rides and spending time creating lego forms. The Lego store is very small, though. I wanted to buy some for by toddler but there were little choices. Great experience, though.

First of all this is very overpriced especially when most of your rides have something wrong with them or they completely do not work! My friend and I took our kids this week and one of workers at one of the rides told us if our kids were going to scream again they wouldnt be allowed back on the ride.....really? So what are kids supposed to do? Pray while they go on a ride?? Seriously! If you are going to charge so much for admission then at least have ALL your attractions working and get nicer employees! Will definitely NOT be going back!

Overall, fun for the kiddos! They stayed busy and didn t get bored easily- the price is pretty expensive for the adults to accompany children, so that adds up fast. Every bathroom we went to was, unfortunately, horrendous! Just awful,. Lots of attractions were broken, (movie theaters that advertises as 4D, but the 3D effect was broken so the screen looked weird without the glasses.. long lines for rides that were broken also, so after standing in line with kids being excited for something, and then having to turn around and do something else instead. There s an area of the splash pad that looks run down and desolate,. Locker rooms were smelly and not clean. The staff were all very friendly and patient. The Lego sculpture area that depicted the city was insane my beautiful, you can tell, lots of hard work. The photos that are taken upon entry are not good quality at all, the designs that you are offered take over the entire picture so you can t really see the people in the photos. Probably will return if in town, and have kids get in free coupons- but would not pay full price, not knowing if the amenities are fully functioning and up to par.
