This place and its staff was completely phenomenal!!! I did my daughter s 5th birthday party here yesterday and they were such a huge help! I have had terrible experiences in the past with other venues and it gave me so much ptsd throwing parties but the staff constantly reassured me everything will be just fine. My daughter s party went so smoothly. We got the glow light package and the three traditional add ons for a discount price. I will be recommending this venue to all my friends and family who plan on having a celebration for their tiny tots. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism!

I am thoroughly disappointed in this place. My daughters party was scheduled for Friday July 12th. I confirmed that Wednesday with the venue to make sure they had power because Hurricane Beryl had just occurred. The venue assured me everything was fine. However, they did end up losing power the day before her party, and on the day of, they still did not have power. Because they were not able to deliver on the service we paid for, they did not want to give us back our deposit. They do have a non refundable deposit policy (which I respect), but we did not cancel on them. They cancelled on us due to not having power hours before the party. It is ridiculous that they kept our money due to the extenuating circumstances (the hurricane) that was beyond our control. They told us we could reserve a party for next year, but who knows what the next year will hold? Not only did they not want to give our money back, but they have been ignoring our countless phone calls and messages. The one time someone did answer, I was told a supervisor would contact me, and that has not happened yet. At this point, it is not even about the money, but more so the principle of simply doing what is right. Something that is rare these days. I strongly advise you to find another venue. My daughter did have a birthday party somewhere else on that Friday, and it was better than we imagined.

We recently celebrated my daughter s 4th birthday party at Kicky and Tink s Playhouse. They were incredibly friendly and organized. This is place is well ran and maintained. Additionally, they provide fun offerings and packages. There are rules in place to ensure that the facilities are kept clean and sanitized (ie no shoes/ must wear socks in the play area, no food or drink in the play area). These are all easy to follow. The staff take care of setting up and cleaning afterwards. It truly was such a fun and easy experience. Highly recommend for a private party!

Its a Great place to have a nice small private birthday celebration. Weve celebrated 4 total birthdays here. They never disappoint, the entire staff is kind and courteous to everyone from the Birthday kid to the guest even to the smallest of kids. The Glow package is a must and so convenient just wear neon, take food and cake and we have a party. Some rules have changed since our first party here, but over all its still a GREAT PARTY PLACE!

The owner was a great guy, and the only reason why I feel bad leaving a negative review. However, I wish someone had warned me. I am extremely disappointed with the decision to have my childs birthday party at this place. My guests were treated poorly and spoken to unnecessarily. I noticed that one of the safari guides was rude to my guests and gave them attitude multiple times. I understand that rules are important, but it is how you say them that matters. Two hours is not enough time for the kids to play, eat, sing Happy Birthday, and open presents. We chose not to open presents or spend any more money to purchase additional time. My birthday boy was gifted a bike but unfortunately, it could not be brought into the venue, which is understandable. However, we were also not allowed to bring my child out to see the bike. If you get the snow cone add-on, its just for the kids. Also, you cannot bring drinks into the cake room, even if you purchase them from the venue. One of my guests bought coffee from them and had to drink it in the reception area which is isolated from everyone eating and enjoying the party. When they offer to blow up your balloons with helium, make sure to ask how much it costs before saying yes. I wanted to love this place because it sounded amazing, but I will not be coming back. I overpaid and trusted them to help host the party, but instead, we had upset guests and barely an hour for the kids to play.

Small party room, only 3 bounce houses and far too many rules. 1 of the staff literally jumped in front me as I was about to bring the birthday gift into the room stating, I didnt mean to jump in front of you but gifts go right here. Sir, but you did jump right in front of me like a spider monkey. It was crazy. Only 1 unisex restroom. They only allow you in 20 minutes before the start of your party. If you have an elaborate set-up with no help thats not enough time then they rush you out directly after 2 hours are up. Once youre out they lock the doors and you arent allowed back in. Thats just really bizarre but oh well. I wont be back and wont recommend this place to anyone.

This place is great! Personally, as a parent I was skeptical at first but the kids had SO MUCH FUN. My only feedback is that it is super expensive. There s really only three bouncy houses/ slides but the extra stuff is what makes it great and can add up very quickly. Such as the neon and bubbles. The party room is also a bit small and only one bathroom but the staff are very friendly. Overall, I would book if you have a larger budget for your kiddos bday $430-500++.

This is an awesome place for a kid s birthday party. They give you a list of what to bring and help you set up and clean up! You can bring food or have it delivered. I also like how that the party is private - the bounce houses aren t open to the public during your party. My kids had a blast on the bounce houses. I added on a balloon drop and the kids loved it.

We hosted our daughters five-year-old birthday party here, and it was amazing and stress free! The owners and staff are wonderful -- they are so kind and take care of nearly everything, some of which includes setup, clean-up, passing out party favors as guests leave (so you dont accidentally miss anyone), and helping get gifts out to the car. We only brought food (cake plus pizza delivered), utensils, and decorations, and theres an option where you dont even have to bring decorations and utensils. For the play area, we opted for the glow package (cant recall the exact name), with glow-in-the-dark balloons and bubble drops (with glow and fog bubbles), and it was a HUGE hit! When I asked my daughter on the way home what her favorite part was, she said, Everything! Overall, it was a great experience, made fun and seamless by the owners and staff -- highly recommend!

Horrible service. My husband wasnt aloud to go in the play area because of his wheelchair he missed out on the party.(he was let into the room but not the play area. He was put in the corner so he wouldnt damage the precious carpets.) the eating area was so small. Saw a lady getting told to leave the party area as she was cleaning up her child, due to them needing to sanitize the area. And they didnt clean a thing the staff was to busy talking to one another. I will never come back.

Couple things. Happened. 1. Get there and the lady told us the rules but expect 3 three years olds to listen to her and was loud about the rules. (If a member of a party shows up late. You should let them know as well.) 2. Would not let my friend who is in a wheelchair go to the play area. So they are NOT wheelchair friendly. ( My bad, they allowed him into the room but would not allow him to ride around the room due to it may cause harm to the carpet.) 3. Instead of giving a 20min, 10min, 5min count down. They just came in and was like I need you to leave the room so we can clean and sanitize. But no one was in there doing anything they were in the next room with us once we all moved. 4. Was not given a chance to clean my child who was covered in icing in the party room. Literally had to clean her by the front door and put her shoes on by the door. 5. The slides are not adult proof. I went on one and when I got to the end of the slide my bottom was touching the floor through the slide. I asked the skinny parent and they said they had the same issue. 6. ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER IS ALLOWED!!!

PREJUDICE!!! I was there for my first time for a family birthday party. The staff is extremely rude and the customer service was poor from the moment that I walked in. I felt UNWELCOMED!! I am shocked at the bad reviews. The only thing I would be negative about is that the party room is not very large but that would be nit picking. The kids had an absolute blast at this place and 2 hours was plenty of time. The staff was more than helpful on setup and we did not feel micromanaged at all. The price is more than fair for this glow package and the no self cleanup alone makes it more than worth it. The bounce houses weren t sticky, the temperature of the party was great, and the place was clean. The fog bubbles were a hit! We will have birthdays here as long as we can. Note: do the balloon drop after the cake so they can run the sugar off

We had a party there this weekend and everyone enjoyed themselves. The staff really provided excellent service and basically did almost everything for the party. They hang banners and put the tablecloth s on the tables. They offer a lot of different add ons for your party to customize your party the way you want. We did the black light glow package with the add on popcorn machine and it was awesome. The highlight of the party was the glow balloon drop and the bubbles with the fog inside them. The entire party was mesmerized even the teens and adults were playing. It was a good experience and the best part is no cleaning after the party. Also, the experience of having the entire playhouse to yourselves is hands down the best. The friendly staff takes care of everything. Thanks Kicky and Tinks!

Terrible customer service. I tried contacting them for 5 days three different ways with no response until day 5. When they finally contact me back I respond within 20 min to schedule the party and they come back 2 1/2 hours later and tell me they re so sorry but they just filled the spot. This is very unfortunate to experience such bad customer service at the place I wanted to hold my daughters birthday party. I do not recommend this venue.

We did the glow light theme for my sons birthday. The place was pretty neat! It is a private for your guests only event location. Which I enjoyed. It held just the right amount of people. After everyone arrived, the host went over the house rules.The kids and adults moved the party to the bounce house area. It was like a toddler rave! Kid friendly music, laser lights, erupting volcano... Bubbles, glow fog bubble machines. The works. Their priority was making sure the kids were safe. We ate a little bit, then moved on to the bubble show.. Was great! Adults and kids had a great time.

I attended a party here. It was a fun atmosphere with a variety of activities. They had 2 different obstacle course bounce houses and a giant slide. There was a balloon drop and then bubble show. They have a cool chair for the birthday kid to sit in and snowcones.

I want to leave a fair review, these are my honest opinion. If you don t Mind having several rules to follow this place is a good fit. The You MUST list is long which I understand it s for safety reasons and also for taking care of their establishment. However, this is a kids venue & I did feel uncomfortable at times due to the amount of restrictions. I spent more time worrying about my guest making sure they didn t break any of their rules than I did enjoying the actual party. They were very polite when telling us what not to do. No one was ever rude & they were very helpful. The thing I disliked the most was the time crunch. Since the moment we got there everything went by so quickly . I would suggest they don t count at least 30 minutes for the guest to eat so the kids can enjoy the full 2 hours of play time. However, financially (for them) that doesn t make sense because they charge 100$ more for 30 minutes. I personally was satisfied because I didn t mind following their rules, I d do the same if it were my venue. However, some of my guest did complain they felt uncomfortable at times. Lastly the common area for guest is small at cake time a lot of my guest were standing which again I looked past it because to me it wasn t a big deal but to some people this is. I like the owners and their attitude is fun friendly and positive. I don t mean any of this in a rude way. This is simply my opinion and some things I liked and didn t.

The staff here is amazing! They make your special day run as smooth as possible, so you can relax and enjoy yourself. Bouncy houses, popcorn, snow cones,video games, balloons, it was all so fun! If I could give more I definitely would . We celebrated my son 1st Birthday. Jungle theme . And it was awesome!! Everything was set up and ready for us to party. We had a DJ that played great music and we got to play my son favorite songs!! There was a 22in Projection screen we got to choose the pictures we wanted to play on the screen that was amazing! Wow!!! This is a great place to have a birthday party. It services one party at a time which means you get the attention and care your party needs. Worried about set up? I was very disappointed in this place I had my babys party and when we sang the happy birthday they blocked the door of the play area and they took too long to open it again and the space was very small and THE WORST PART was that girl being rude and really mean to my son because he was not listening and she said He hit her but I complained that I did not like the way she talked to my son and was also very very rude to me if my son was rude or whatever she said there is no reason why She had to talk to him in that way. if you work with children you supposed to be patient and not supposed to treat them like that so I will never hire them for a party again or recommend them. I paid for a party until 7 and they took us out at 6.45

This is a great place for a kids party. I had my two year olds party here as a rain location and couldnt have been more pleased. The staff was helpful from the first phone call until the party was over. They helped us unload the cars, decorate, were courteous to our guests, and helped with the flow of the event. Thank you for the incredible 3rd birthday experience in March for my daughter. They are incredible for the price. They help with EVERYTHING! And keep your party flowing. I have raised two boys and have been always to kids parties at various places. I haven t felt so humiliated, disrespected and stressed in any place before. There is a huge list of restrictions and regulations this place expect you to follow keeping humans natural behavior and emotions aside. First the place is too tight, not good for more than 20 people in the general areas. If you re not wearing a socks they will not let you stand even near the door to watch your kids. I removed my shoes but the rude lady didn t allow me an inch of my foot inside the play area, since I already removed my shoes I was talking with my friends half of my feet inside and half on the common area floor. She rudely again told me to move a step back and wear my shoes, just in two mins the other worker from the check in desk came to me and told me to wear my shoes. It is more strict rules than the two countries border. They talk on the blue tooth and for same thing call different staff to get their things done. My cousin invited around 50 people and it was extremely congested so few parents and a senior lady went outside and sat on the lobby couch. They have no sympathy for elders. This senior had a problem and couldn t stand for long or walk. Someone gave her a piece of cake to taste. The lady on the desk again threw another rule out from her mouth that you cannot have food in the common area, I thought maybe a old senior can be an exception they they do have some human sympathy, but again she spoke in Bluetooth and called the gentleman from inside to take that piece of cake. He came so fast and took the bowl away from my and that seniors hand. So rude and sad. Also if you click pictures with you phone and camera and upload on social media the staff shouldn t be visible in those pictures at all or they can put you in trouble. 2 hours party was a very short time to have fun inside and do the celebrations outside. My cousin went to pay a minute late and he charged $25 extra for the minute. 2 adults from family joined in last 10 mins to say hello to everyone, they put the band on them too and charged for them too. They were barely inside the party area. I was feeling pity for my sister, she paid $700 plus and so many adults were disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone

We had our 6 yr old twin girls bday party there today and it was a blast! They really catered to us and really all we had to do was enjoy the party! We had a larger turnout than planned for but they were very accommodating. I recommend the upgrade we went with which was the deluxe blacklight party with ballon drop and glow bubbles. We got a free one that was all the decorations! Definitely recommend this place!

Actually 0 stars. Restrictions Galore! Worst place ever. Only 3 items in the really congested play area. We all felt very rushed. If you still decide to go here make sure you wear socks even just to be able to watch your kids play.

We went here for a birthday party for my 4 year old sons friend. He had fun. There was snacks and drinks for sale but it seemed like you could bring your own as well. The play room had 3 inflatables but the weight limits didnt really allow for heavier adults on 2 of them (I think one was a limit of 175 per person and one was 165 per person but the third was a big slide where the weight was over 200 per person). They had music and a volcano that had smoke come out of it. They also had a balloon drop which I think was extra.

I called and left messages several times to book my daughters party. I missed the one time they called back and I never heard from them again despite driving up there (it was closed) and leaving more messages and even emailing them. I ended up having my daughters party elsewhere but I really wish the communication was better so I could have tried them out and have a real review.

This place is awesome!!!! The staff is amazing!!!!! Very clean, professional! They took the worry of planning and decorating off my hands so that I could enjoy my sons party! They even have a photo package so that I didnt have to miss being in the birthday photos! They explained all the different birthday packages available and required deposit! They really go above and beyond!!! And cant say enough amazing things about this place other than book this place for your next birthday party, you will not be disappointed! I cant wait to book our next party there! Choosing kicky and tinks for our sons party was the best decision I ever made!

I had my 8 year old and my twin two year olds birthday party here yesterday. It is a great place to have a party for any age. I read a review on here that stated that they were not up front about the pricing and fees which couldn t be less true. They talk to you about every detail of the party. They help you with everything and are extremely friendly. The party room is great with colored lights , music videos and more. The safari guides help keep your children safe without being rude. We had a great party experience and plan on having my daughters next birthday party here!

Seemed like a good place to have my kids party after the tour. But online quotes certain prices and deposits and they charge you differently then advertised. When you decide to go with a more honest company, the owner states that it doesnt matter what online says, you pay what you pay. And the difference will not be refunded. If i were you, Id go with a more honest company! Like Fun Fun 4 Kids in Conroe.

We had my 6 and 8 yr olds birthday party here and it was wonderful! 30 kids and 40 adults with so much fun! Glow in the dark lights with snow cones and so much more! The inflatables kept them busy and we even had a glow in the dark balloon drop! The extra drink package and photo package made it easy so I didnt even have to worry about taking the time to do those things but they did it wonderfully! The parents and kids all loved it and are still talking about how great it was! The best part is it is completely PRIVATE so no worries on who else is interrupting your party! LOVED IT!!!

Had our daughters 5th birthday here. We had actually booked elsewhere, but changed to here after our daughter was invited to a friends birthday party here. The staff was very friendly and the kids all had a great time. We were really impressed with everything from the booking, to the help organizing, to the day of celebration. Definitely recommend for hassle free party hosting.

We held my sons birthday party here. He turned 2. We couldnt be happier with the experience! Coming from the Showbiz/Chuck E. Cheese generation, Ive spent most of my life going to those types of places for kids parties and Ive always walked away disappointed and anxious for a shower. Kicky & Tinks is focused on taking everything wrong about those places and then doing the exact opposite! The place is immaculately clean. The air is crisp with the scent of disinfectant and theres not a spec of dust to be found. The play room is likewise clean and if there was any doubt, they proudly display their certification for hospital-grade cleanliness and levels of disinfectant. Each party is private so theres no worry about other kids bumping into yours or spreading germs. The staff couldnt have been more accommodating or enthusiastic and they provide hands-on safari guides to help the little ones go through the different bouncy houses and ensure safety at all times. They offer a variety of different add-ons. We chose bubbles and a balloon drop because hey, what toddler doesnt love those right? We also opted to have their photographer handle pictures so all the parents could focus on playing with the kids instead of running around with a phone or camera in one hand. That was soooo awesome to have. They dont force cold cheap pizza on you so youre free to cater however you want. We brought in pizza and drinks for the kiddos though they do have a very nice selection of beverages including a soda fountain. You can either pay for a drinks package or go a la carte. Its important to point out that this awesome place is not just for toddler or kids parties. Kicky & Tinks would be awesome for a teens or even adults party. They have a massive screen that you can plug your video game consoles into and even offer karaoke. In fact, some of us parents are thinking about having our own little shindig soon. :-) The folks at Kicky and Tinks genuinely love what they do and take great pride in in. That comes through in every aspect of how they run their business and its with great joy that I give thanks to them because my sons birthday was made all the more special by having it at their wonderful playhouse. Please support Kicky & Tinks. Our community is better for having them. We will definitely be back!

Wow, this place is awesome! We through a birthday party here. Kids had a blast. Ive got 2 kids and have been to a multitude of places that offer birthday packages. Nothing so far has came close to this place. Its definitely a gem in the rough. The karaoke for the kids is a huge win, they loved singing. The place is super clean. The staff was really attentive and seemed like they were all family. They were definitely in tune with kids birthdays, they knew when to lend a hand. My now 6 YO daughter already confirmed were having every one of her birthdays there till shes 35.

What a FANTASTIC place! We had my twin (now) 4 years old birthday party at Kicky and Tinks over the weekend and it was just awesome. Its a very turnkey business so you can go crazy with your own plans, or do minimal and they will do it for you. AllI had to bring were cakes, goodies bags, pizzas and drinks. We did the add-on where they decorate for you and that was SO nice. Also, we did the add-on of snow which are really a bubble type substance. The kids had a BLAST in the snow and said it was their favorite part. Also, we did the balloon drop and again, what a hit. The place is very clean and sanitary. They take safety very serious but still stay out of the way to let the kids party like rock stars. The staff was amazing and were amazing to the kids as well. Kicky and Tinks really know how to run a birthday party and made it so smooth for everyone involved.

Weve done two parties at Kicky and Tinks now, and they were both fantastic successes! The place is delightfully clean, the folks are friendly and professional and the equipment is in great condition, safe and fun for kids of all ages. I strongly recommend the paparazzi add-on; let them take the pictures while you relax and have fun! You get the whole place to yourself. The staff helps you set up and guides are present in the bouncy area at all times to make sure everyone is playing safely. The staff also cleans up everything at the end. The restrooms are clean and equipped with a changing table. There is also a volcano. All the essentials! :) Five stars!
