Bad customer service, dirty location. Ordered a sundae, got two very tiny tiny scoops of ice cream that looked like they were meant for a fetus. Very uncaring staff, just a terrible location. I ordered a Uber eats order, I had 2 orders of bagel minis everything, they gave me 1, also I ordered a Boston creme, but didnt get that. Usually if a store doesnt have a certain donut they ask the Uber driver to text the customer and ask what they need instead. Also, the coffee didnt taste like what its supposed to, because I know what it supposed to taste like.

I ve been to this Dunkin Donuts a few times and EVERYTIME I go through the drive thru there is a rude lady. She speaks to you like you re bothering her, hurries you up, and is extremely hostile. Go here alot for bacon egg n cheese croissants with chocolate milk. Sometimes Ive gotten hash browns but they have a slightly off taste. idky. The chocolate milk is not on the app. Service is ok. Sometimes one is short and not very friendly. Friendliness could improve.

Dunkin count your days. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sourdough sandwich. I get my order and it s bacon not sausage. The bread was only toasted on one side and burnt and the other half was not. Got my hashbrowns and and those were burnt to a CRISP! Weren t even edible. The only thing good that came out of this was the coffee. But even then it s all milk and no coffee. This is why I stopped coming to this location. The staff is rude and rushes you at the window. Learn some customer service and how to properly put an order together. I ll be choosing another Dunkin to give my business too.

I drove by today around 4 pm and the lady on the drive through rushed me into an order even though I was not ready. I ordered coffee and had my daughter who was selecting the donut. Next thing I hear is that what are you waiting on. I told her we selecting the type of donut. Not 10 seconds passed she again said what do you want?? Note that this tone was pretty rude. So assuming she didnt hear me the first time I said loudly Hold on we are selecting the donut. The lady starting going off on me by saying you can leave if you yell. I was dumb founded to say the least. When I asked what you mean, few folks were laughing and said go to next Dunkin. I approached the window and this lady was visually coming after me and when I tried explaining her or asking store manager, she said she is the store manager and acted like calling the cops. Whats wrong with customer service. Never going back here ever!!

This time, it was good, but it is not consistent. The goodness has everything to do with who is working that particular day. My order seems to be complicated in contrast to my wifes. Her order is always quite simple a coffee with extra cream and sugar. I am a Diabetic and I order mine with extra Splenda, usually 7. This seems to confuse the coffee makers. What ends up happening is they will put extra cream in mine just like my wifes, and usually not even enough Splenda to taste it. They have made mine correctly only a couple of times, but I was so unhappy that on prior visits, it encouraged me not to even order a coffee when my wife gets one, and she goes every day. I hope all my future visits go well. Please be mindful of I order Splenda. I want to be able to taste it. Please take the time to stir the coffee. I have actually held onto one coffee until it was cold and added more Splenda to it when I got home.

I wish if there a zero star I could give to this place. Dunkin coffee has always been my favorite and this is only closet Dunkin around my neighborhood. I ve considered my orders all the times the customer service is worst and the employees treat you like you re bothering them. They don t care about you. I ve ordered an iced matcha latte with oatmilk where I literally just got oatmilk with barely any match in it. I ve ordered coffee today with oatmilk and they gave me my coffee with a regular milk. The service at this Dunkin Donuts is bad, they talk to you like you are inconveniencing them. I ordered hot coffee and whatever donuts they might have. I went thru drive-thru at 8:30pm, they close at 9pm and was told they had nothing...no donuts, no hot coffee?? I did get a hot coffee and it was cold. I went today for a hot fudge sundae, and the cashier was Crystal. I should have known it was not going to go good, when I drove through around 6:58 pm on Sept 23, I was told to hold on before order for about 5 minutes, thats to long to make a customer wait when no one was in the drive through but me. I ordered a 2 scoop hot fudge sundae. Well I was given my order it was only ice cream and whip cream and nuts, I asked the cashier Crystal where is the hot fudge, she took the order back and added hot fudge on top of the whip Cream and nuts, who does that. She brought it back to the window, and it had hot fudge running down the sides of the cup. I asked the cashier Crystal did you make a new one, and her response was oh you wanted to make it over. Well, who would want hot fudge on top of the whip cream. I asked for my $6.58 back . Train your staff managers. This is ridiculous. This kind of customer service is the reason so many companies are closing. I want be back! Crystal, check your attitude! attitude!

I honestly have no idea if the employee I encountered today had some mental health issue or not. But the man came up from behind the counter from a squat position and put his fist into his palm and said what do you want? The customer service here is hit and miss. There are a couple of really nice older ladies, who are always very helpful and welcoming. However, the younger girls have horrible attitudes and wont even look your way or offer assistance. Ive observed this on a few occasions. I visited the Euless Dunkin Donuts on South Industrial the other day. I had a medium coffee, one cream 3 sugars, and 4 donuts: 2 heart-shaped vanilla cream, and 2 frosted double-chocolate. The vanilla cream were quite good, the double chocolate, great! Just like a chocolate cake. Coffee, very good, and much better than Starbucks. The attendant was friendly, though I was concerned he wasnt wearing gloves. Thankfully, he used a waxed plastic slip to access my donuts and bag them. Another attendant wasnt sure whether or not there were free coffee refills, but coffee is quite expensive, especially today. It seems to be a decent location and the staff friendly, in spite of the other reviews (I can only go by my experience), but maybe some better communication between management and employees would help. Shipleys is the best place for donuts, imo, but they close at 5 pm. Dunkin is a decent place for donuts and coffee.

I would have accepted it if it was even on the bagel but to not give me any cream cheese at all is just careless, no one just wants to eat bread by its self. Absolutely unprofessional crew. Was there Sunday around noon and the line cook (glasses, dreadlocks) was loudly cussing and yelling that she wasnt remaking anything. The lobby was completely full of people waiting on late orders. The girl making the drinks kept stopping to take more orders. Id avoid this one for now. The lobby is closed so its impossible to figure out whats going on. Long, inescapable drive through (wait time at least 10+ before ordering, good luck with online orders) and they have no idea what a chocolate Long John or bar donut is when asking about their available selection. Just waited 20 minutes in line and was told one moment when it was finally my turn. Okay fine normal, ten minutes passed by and I said hello she tried to make us wait longer. Someone else came to help (bless her lol) and when we got to the window the lady did not apologize or acknowledge our 30 minute wait and one of our drinks were not filled up all the way. The drinks tasted fine but haven t had that bad of service in a hot minute from my beloved Dunkin. Won t be returning to this location. Also no we couldn t get out of the line as it was a one way blocked in drive thru

I visit this dunkin donuts location often as it is close to my house. I never had any issues with it until today. Upon receiving my coffee order, I noticed there was a long strand of hair inside of my drink. I was grossed out to see it. I asked the manager if I could have a remake of my drink and before I could finish my sentence, the manager was very rude & interrupted me. He repeatedly said no before I had the chance to explain to him about the issue with my drink. When I did get to finally address the hair in my coffee, manager looked annoyed & stated that it was my own hair that was in the coffee. Manager did not apologize to me or seem sympathetic. He was rude and was accusing of his customers. I suggest others to not buy from here.

It was the first time that I ventured in there although theyve been here for a few years now. We had a nice after dinner goodie. I had the very berry strawberry ice cream cone while my date had the classic rocky road. Yummy

Today I received a old apple juice, it was brown! I called to tell the manager Kayla she just said they just changed out the drinks today. Just left. There was one person in front of me, and one behind me. I mobile ordered so i had already paid. Waited for about 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged, even though I was in the drive-through. Once they had accepted my mobile order, I waited in line for another 10 to 15 minutes even though there was literally only one person in front of me. Once arriving at the window, they had a different order and tried to charge me. Never going back. Updated. Just started drinking it and found out there was a bug in it. Literally didnt open the drink yet and its in there

The customer service and the quality of the products are awesome. As we are vegetarian so we asked for eggless icecreams and sandwiches. Although there were many options for icecreams, but only 3 options for sandwiches, as eggless. However, the icecreams were delicious and the sandwiches were good as well. Thank you!!!
