Employees are rude, very unorganized, I dont even see how this store has over three stars, Ive never had a good experience at this store. Ive waited before for 35 minutes for food. I do food delivery so the majority of the time I will not even pick up an order from here unless the pay is really good. Half the time employees are sitting outside in their vehicles smoking cigarettes while theres a long line with only one or two employees inside. I do understand that they are short-staffed but theres a reason for that, I wouldnt want to work here either and I think that boils down to the management or whoever is running the store. They have a very high turnover rate in the last 3 years I havent seen one person thats been there consistently. This business needs a complete makeover. The other Jack in the box on 3rd Street isnt any better.

Came here today, the workers were being disrespectful and cussing at me. I had already waited in line for 15 minutes, and there was no one in line. I pulled up to the window to order and they said I had to turn around, I waited patiently and kept being disrespectful man. This place is horrible at night. When I went last night they would only take one order at a time and were very slow to make orders. I was in the drive thru for 40 minutes just trying to pickup and order I placed 10 minutes before I got there. my chicken ranch club was disappointing, there was almost no letuce or tomato and what was there was extremely soggy an wilted. None of my six tacos had lettuce and they were out of taco sauce. The restaurant didn t appear to be short staffed so I can t find an excuse for the bad service. I would say this visit wasn t the norm but every time I come at night it s the same. I cannot give more than one star. This is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. This was the slowest food possible.

Went to the drive-through and the poor workers inside work very shorthanded. Only had two people working the whole restaurant. They were super nice and took care of us, but I sure felt bad for them. I didn t mind waiting the extra time just because they were shortstaffed. They said they have a hard time finding people to work.

Of course some things never change receipt says employee name Janine but there was no Janine in site our order sat in the window for 10 minutes while the employss played in the back my husband had to go to the cpunter and ask for them to give it to us absolutely rediculas of couse it sat there so ling the veggies were sofgy and gross and we ended up throwing our meals away but this jack n a box has never had good service dont even know why we stopped here

Store seemed grossly understaffed. I ordered mobile and arrived in about ten minutes. I spent 10 minutes or longer in the drive through waiting with no one in front of me. Food was a great deal ( $5 meal deal) and the burger was delicious. Taco had hard edges but tasted great inside. Fries were absolutely overdone.

My family was passing through Temple on a trip and we swing into this location for what was expected to be a quick lunch. The drive through line easily took more than 10 minutes and the food was well below subpar. The chicken sandwich I ordered was way overdone, chewy and gristly; I was not able to finish it and lost my appetite. The sweet tea was also pretty gross and they forgot to give us straws. Absolute waste of $22. Just go down the road to Buc-ee s for lunch if you re passing through town. Update: Shortly after writing this review I went back to the location, with my receipt, to request a refund. I was told that they could only issue a refund if I brought the food back as well, which we threw away at Bucc-ee s before deciding to come back for a refund. Additional update: A few days later we actually did receive a call from the district/regional manager who offered a sincere apology for the situation and did what he could to make it right. I didnt think wed ever hear from someone, much less have the situation corrected, but I was pleasantly proven wrong.

Used drive-thru for a late night snack. Service was faster than before, I previously waited over an hour in drive-thru for food, but food was terrible!! The fries were stale and cold, zero heat! Tacos were likewise stale and cold, plus there wasnt any hot sauce on them! Hamburger was not much better! Employee didnt give any napkins or condiments. I give up on stopping for a late nite meal at this Jack in the Box!!

Id like to eat at this jack in the box just once. First time I sat in line for 20 min and not one car went forward and there were like 5 cars in line. The next time I went, there was only one car, it took over 15 min just to get to the drive through speaker because they took forever. And when we got to the speaker I sat there for another 5-10 min, just for them to tell me that they were cleaning the grill so I could only fried foods. Please someone fix this.

Very slow service, both jack in the box app and an email said my order was ready, but when I approached the window to ask I could hear the associate asking the kitchen if they had my burger. The counter worker spent more time texting and checking her phone than worrying about customers. When I got my burger the bun was smashed and stale. There was no one in the drive through except for me and this is at about 8:30 pm. I rolled down my window and the lady taking my order said whenever you re ready . I said ok just one second. We stopped by at about 7:25 on our way home to get some food. We had one person in front of us. I waited at the drive through for about ten minutes before he told me to pull forward. We proceeded to wait 30 minutes before I made it to the window. He didnt realize he hasnt taken my order, so I gave him my order and asked for a sweet tea. He told me he didnt want to give it to me since it hasnt been changed since early morning. I asked for a powerade. He said it was out. Finally settled on a lemonade and paid $26 for two meals. We then waited for yet another 10 minutes. Mind you theres no way to get out of the line once youre in. Theres a curb in the way. I will go anywhere but this restaurant if I ever need to stop and eat in Temple again.

I ordered 3 packs of tacos. I could see the order screen showed only my order and they were dead with no other customers. It took them 21 minutes to finish my order. They need corporate to redo the structure of leadership. Worst service ever. After waiting in Drive Thru for 40 minutes finally ordered food then sent around the to park on the other side of the building. Waiting another 20 minutes and still no food. At this point it is stupid to come here at night. Like watching a group of people not knowing how to prioritize or work on one order at a time to keep people happy. Lack of good leadership is definitely apparent.

I can not believe this place is still open I have never wanted to leave a place so bad but couldnt because they block u in sat in line for 45 min still no one came to take my order then I decided no and had cars in front and back of me I was stuck and on top of that it appears to be children working their...my sons age which is not old enough to work...I will never ho back to that one ever!!!!

I m sick of everyone in this entire town being so unbelievably rude. I go out of my way to be nice to service workers and keep things simple and quick but I guess my mere existence is the bane of theirs. If you don t want to do your job after midnight then turn the lights off and close. If you don t like your job, then QUIT. If I had the means I d buy the place out and bulldoze it so no one would have this misfortune of going here thinking it would ever be a good experience.

Window clerks very slow & inattentive. One who took our order from speaker left off 2 items (2 Jr. Bacon hamburgers). However, another man, probably a manager, after us telling him that we didnt get all our order, acted upset with situation (probably at the 1st clerk who waited on us) & almost tossed 2 larger, already prepared hamburgers to the window. The people are absolutely right here they are just super overworked. I never do a mobile order at this store because I always end up having to wait in extra 20 minutes. They either cant keep help, cant get the help to stay long enough or cant get them to come in at all, but the ones that are there working are 5 star employees

The Jack in the Box off General Bruce Drive in Temple Texas stop in there good people there good food cant beat them tacos in egg rolls great love them my little niece is 7 years old she goes to Temple every time we go there she gets 20 tacos and she eats every single one and wants more no shes a little tiny thing too she loves their tacos so stop in there good people good food.

Ordered through DoorDash around 11:15pm store accepted the order 11:18pm for a before midnight snack and didn t get my order till 1:00am. On top of that my whole order was completely wrong. I should of just went to bed hungry, that was time and food excitement lost.
