Skip this location!!! The experience I had today was terrible. I ve frequently visited this location over the last year and only ever had an issue today. The blonde young lady that works here was terribly rude after I came to the walk up window after receiving the incorrect drink through the drive thru. After explaining to the young lady that my drink was made incorrectly, she proceeded to roll her eyes. I then asked for a refund and was told she can t issue a refund for the drink (which we both knew wasn t true). She insisted on re making my drink but who wants to have someone remake your drink with that type of attitude! I then asked for a store manager, corporate number, or someone who could simply refund me so I could order at a different location. I m not sure if the young lady was having an off day but as a leader in customer service, she definitely shouldn t be working with the public!

With a heavy heart I am required right now to let you know that you can expect a good experience here 90% of the time but you may get what happened to me and get food poisoning twice in a row from their coffee I brought this to the intention of the employees and they basically laughed me off They didnt take me serious whatsoever and I was very clear in the fact that I ate no breakfast no lunch and had no other meals except for that coffee which is my normal routine I said one of the ingredients in that is bad I dont know which one it is but you need to find out and they didnt seem to care at all This is hugely concerning for the health of people going to the store because if I cant trust you to even give a crap about whether or not your food is contaminated then I can never come here again and you dont deserve more than a one-star review I am forced right now to call a city health inspector to come take a look now because they wont take the seriously and I have been sick and lost weight and havent been able to eat for 2 days Its a bunch of teenagers in there and its very likely that something slipped through the cracks

Have had several really bad experiences here, with cross contamination and also with asking for dietary requirements- sugar free being substituted for whole sugar syrup for diabetic people, or oat/almond milk being contaminated without the measuring cups cleaned between uses leading to allergic reactions. Just overall either extremely bad food service training or they only hire employees who want to commit manslaughter.

We showed up late today (August 8th, and just before closing) and the guy working the window needs a shoutout! I didn t catch a name tag but he was THE nicest, super super quick, and didn t make us feel bad for getting to the window 10 minutes before close. If more employees were like him the world would be a better place. I ve been to this Dutch bros location a good few times and the employees are always *LITERALLY THE SWEETEST* and so much better than any other coffee shop I ve ever tried. My dog loves watching through the walk-up window and she loves it even more when she gets a pup cup, 11/10! Dietary restrictions: I m lactose intolerant so dairy free creamers are a must! They have a good couple of options too.

Absolutely love Dutch Bros, most especially for their blended Nutty Irishman. Unfortunately, despite it being a couple of months since Ive last went to a Dutch Bros, my coffee tasted like it wasnt made correctly. Simply, it tasted a bit burnt, and it wasnt as sweet as I expected it to usually be. Even though it was blended, I tried to use my straw to mix it in case that was the problem, but it still tasted the same. Luckily, I was going back home anyway, so I added some creamer to help. Hopefully, the next time I come through, it will taste just right. Especially since it was my first time coming to this location. Besides that, the wait was not bad at all, considering it was around lunchtime when I ordered my drink. And the bro-istas were alright, just doing their job. A good 4/5 stars!

I like their coffee, but the wait time is ludicrous! I visited this location on Saturday I waited 20 minutes in line, and STILL didn t receive a beverage. They have someone come to your car, take your order and payment- you assume this will expedite the process but it doesn t!! I couldn t wait any longer, due to an appointment. I asked the young lady that took my order outside for a refund- she told me she had to go back inside for a different machine, I left because I was unsure on how long that process would take. In my opinion spending 20 minutes in line with nothing to show for it, is insane!!! I ve seen airport locations move faster than this.

Coffee was okay. A little too sweet. But drive through line is very disorganized and needs a better system. There are two lines merged into one at the end. However the girl that took orders didn t know which cars got there first since she i only followed the zigzag pattern . She got flagged down by 2 cars saying that they got there first but she didn t care. So we ended up having to wait much longer than we re supposed to and got served way after the cars that technically were behind us . I would not be coming back because that would ruin my day again having to wait watching people that were behind me got the service before me on a busy morning.

Just got ANOTHER subpar drink from this location. And along with my drink, I was prompted for a tip for the bro-ista doing his job, but not really doing his job well since this hot chocolate is weak. This is the only of 3 consistently visited locations that regularly asks for a tip. Sadly, they re not providing an especially enjoyable or flavorful experience or product. I know I can say no, but I don t believe customers should be prompted to tip when the option is always open to them. And on top of that, my hot chocolate is WEAK

I LOVE Dutch Bros, however I really dont like coming to this location. The staff is friendly, but it usually takes forever. The drive through line is always so long so I will walk up to the window. If they even answer it they STILL put you behind all of the drive through orders. If I go to the other location in Tomball they are extremely speedy and wont make me wait till they have filled ALL of the drive through orders first. I even had one of the employees tell me before that they dont make the windows a priority. Only reason I come here is because I work across the street from this location. Otherwise Id rather go to the Tomball location.

Got coffee for my kids and it was good, but the experience was sub par. I stopped by after picking up an HEB order. Theyre always crazy busy and this time it didnt look so bad so I stopped in. Before a menu was even visible to me, someone walked up to take my order. She asked what she could get me and I explained it was my first time so I wasnt sure. All she said was ok. No suggestions or trying to help out by asking what I normally like. The girl seemed to have zero personality. She had a very flat tone like she wasnt really interested in being there or taking my order. It seemed like i was holding her up so I basically just ordered the first thing I saw on the website. The wait was way too long for the size of the line too. I definitely wont return to this location and I guess Ill study the menu online before I try any others EDITING TO ADD: I asked for the Picture Perfect and the girl told me thats not a flavor. She said Its just a drizzle of caramel and chocolate you can add to a drink and explained like you can order a Golden Eagle picture perfect and the golden eagle will come with drizzles If its not a flavor then why is it in the menu as such? And the nutrition facts point towards it being a drink flavor Dutch Brothers, as a whole, needs to change their ordering procedures. And offer in app/mobile ordering. It would eliminate a lot of the confusion since their menu is so large. And they get mixed up between Freeze and Frost

Yesterday stopped by the Gosling location on the corner of 2920 across from HEB. I ordered from the Secret Menu Iced Horchata Chai Latte with a double shot of espresso. Now if the barista didnt know the ingredients to the drink then she shouldve said something. When I got the drink it looked similar to the kicker I had purchased also. I pulled off without drinking it being considerate of the person behind me and had to turn back to get in line. The barista I previously ordered from is now in the line taking orders. The barista noticed I returned back in line which I told her this isnt what I ordered and asked what were the ingredients used to make the drink. The barista became argumentative then told me what was put in the drink which wasnt the ingredients for the Horchata Chai. The barista said the double shot of espresso dumbed down the sweetness of the drink. I know I was at the wrong location with the attitude I was encountering so I asked for a Blended Golden Eagle Chai with the extra caramel sauce in the cup and on top. This is my Blended Golden Eagle Chai! Not satisfied Ill just drive to the Spring Cypress location because this wasnt worth the $20 I paid.

Stopped here because snow cone businesses had not yet opened for the day, and Im glad I did! While waiting, the lady who took our order chatted delightfully with us. In a couple of minutes, our order was ready & we were off with 2 fresh & hot small espressos w/ half & half... yummy!! I will definitely be back. Drive-thru wait time was 0, service was fast & staff were professional, knowledgeable quick & friendly. My only gripe is their menu showing only iced & blended feature drinks. Its quite simple, but even straight-up espresso wasnt listed, so it can be a bit confusing for 1st time visitors. The fact that my espresso needed no sugar is a miracle in my sugary world!

At 1:47p.m., I got in line ... there was only one worker, which I didnt understand. The service was mind numbingly slow. I know that Dutch Bros is not known for speedy service, but this service was moving at a glacial pace. And there was no explanation or apologies for the service. I use to be a Starbucks drinker EVERYDAY but since Covid has me working from home I dont feel the need to leave the house just for coffee.... While out and about I decided to finally give Dutch Bros a try. The customer service was GREAT and the young man asked what SB drink I typically ordered. I told him I am a Caramel Machiatto girl so he recommended a similar drink. (Cant remember the name) ..... I liked the fact that it was only $5.00 instead of the $9.83 I usually spend at SB, as for the taste.... It was just OK.... I havent been back! Maybe next time Ill try a cold coffee drink instead.

After several trips to this location I feel that my experiences havent been very positive. This last trip I was met with a dirty sticky cup, cold extra hot drink, and the long unorganized lines the other reviews here point too. Whats the point of picking the shortest line if no one runs drinks out and channels everyone to the drive through window anyway. I have even tried using the walk up window and still found the service incredibly slow. This place has none of the pleasantness and efficiency that I have been accustomed to at other Dutch Bros/Cafes

Thank Heavens theres a great coffee place out there that doesnt serve burnt bean coffee! Plus the team members are super friendly, not snobs.

I do love the double torture 1/4 sweetend medium, cost about $6 but keeps me up all day, just that one cup. I would not recommend drinking it all at once. Not for those who are caffeine sensitive, the wife gets the golden eagle if your a Carmel fan. I dont like that they pressure you to tip but I actually like their coffee over starbucks. The kids enjoy the lemonade blended pomegranate and peach and the hot chocolate. Ask for stickers for the kiddos!

The smoothie was good. Im not a coffee drinker so I dont know how good they are. The staff was friendly and helpful. Vegetarian options: Smoothies and coffee drinks.

The coffee is delicious. Everyone there is so nice and talkative. If theres a mistake they are quick to fix it and so apologetic. We made the switch and arent looking back!

Great experiences every time I come here! I came here at 6 AM on August 16th and the lady working (i wish i got her name but she has long black hair) was super sweet! She made me a heart made out of straws because im getting married next week lol. Will always recommend here!

worst drive through ever. The two drive through lanes merging in to one with no organization. Only one person taking orders slowly. At least the coffee is good and the service is friendly.
