Food is the saving grace now at this pizzeria. Service is now terrible. Had to move one table over to get a server to place an order. Then they send to go sodas to the table before food has even started cooking so sodas are now diluted. Thirdly I have been staring my made drink on the bar waiting for someone to bring it to me in real time. Drink came after 10 minutes of it just sitting there and after I had to ask a server about it. This place used to be the bees knees, but now not so much....

Good food but poor management. Placed an order online, and they had to cancel it. However, the charge still appeared on my debit card. I called this store to ask about it, they said they definitely canceled the order and issued a refund but it would take a few days. I keep calling every few days. Finally, a week later, the manager says they never actually issued the refund. So they finally issued the refund then and there, and offered a free pizza to make up for the trouble. When I go to take them up on their offer, they have no idea what Im talking about. I show them proof, a text message from the manager, and they confirm it and start cooking my free pizza as promised. Five more minutes later, they come back and say they were only supposed to give me the refund OR the free pizza, not both. We used to regularly place orders here between $70 and $100 because we enjoyed the pizza and cheese sticks, but now we are never coming back.

Food was not the issue. Actual waitress was also not an issue. If you change something, their system charges you. Example the Detroit pizza has a lot of pepperoni. My wife asked for mushrooms only, no pepperoni. The charged extra for mushrooms, (no reduction for the far more expensive pepperoni not having to be provided.

The service was terrible, the pizza is not what it used to be! This used to be my go to for pizza however they have changed the recipe and the pizza was nothing more than cardboard with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. It was very disappointing! RIP! Not going back!

One of the best places my family and I have eaten pizza . Customer service was wonderful, even while having Benj (in training) and Ellie as our waiter and waitress. If you re looking for pizza that doesn t make you feel like you just drank a gallon of oil, then this is the place for you! Wow, the pizza I ordered had excellent flavor and texture. The crust was nice and thin, and not oily, the sauce was slightly sweet but very tasty, and the toppings were fresh! I got two pizzas and also got spaghetti that I added Tre Meatballs on top. The spaghetti was pretty good, but the meatballs were incredible! I could eat those all day long, lol. I should have also gotten a pizza with only sauce, cheese, and meatballs! That would have been perfect! One of the pizzas I ordered was Chicken Alfredo, because tomato sauce typically gives me indigestion, but after eating the other pizza I got I had nothing to worry about. No indigestion after eating this pizza! The second pizza was half for my wife (Canadian Bacon and cheese) and half for me (Bacon Cheeseburger). She loved her half and I loved mine! My brother enjoyed some of the Chicken Alfredo, and thought it was pretty good. This visit to Tyler TX was made better by having a pizza restaurant option like this! The ordering process online was super simple and gave me all the options I wanted. The service was fast, it was ready when I arrived (just had a little bit of a line to get through before I could let them know I was ready to pick up the food). The place looked great on the inside, and the staff were friendly and helpful!

Sad to say this place has gone from a 4 star to 1! I am really pissed, my family and I went in and took about 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to seat us. OK thats fine that I can understand. The lady was nice enough to clean a booth off so my son can sit on his knees. But thats about as far as it went we got seated and NO ONE came to take our drink order for over 10 minutes. I am unsure of how long because I dtook my 3 yr old to the restroom. I did start a timer after we got back. I saw 5 servers walk by and no one came by. 2 other groups got seated after us and got their drinks and even took their food orders. So we left and will never go back! Parking: Unfortunately, being in a strip mall parking is a hit and miss. I had to circle around to find a spot. Noticed when I came out about 2 groups got out of their cars to go to a shop down the street. Kid-friendliness: I like how they have a connect four at the door. But other than that, I didnt notice how kidd friendly it was.

I ordered a 14inch pizza and asked for Canadian bacon, roasted red peppers and LIGHT on the cheese. I ve ordered numerous times and have never gotten a pizza with so much cheese! I understand most people love their cheese but we do not and when I ask and pay for something as simple as LIGHT cheese for $23 that s what I should get! So so amazing I got the Philly cheese steak pizza with spinach I know it sound Wierd but it was absolutely incredible as a cook myself I couldn t have been more inspired. Service was awesome the staff was so friendly and even got my husbands not so funny dad jokes. This place was amazing. The service was top notch. They got us in quickly and even helped us out with very hungry kids. The pizza was amazing. The atmosphere was very cool and a great place to watch a game. I had a sandwich and salad and it was really good. Mom s if you need more than one high chair they only have two tables that can keep them in fire code and accommodate that, you also need more than three adults in your party to be able to sit at theses tables. There is seating outside that I am sure could accommodate more than one high chair. I have ordered the food to go before and it s really good. Im in the middle here, because their spaghetti and meatballs are the bomb :-) they are delicious!! Consistently however their cheese bread which is nothing other than flatbread, greasy, extremely greasy, cheese pizza is just gross. I decided to try the muffaletta in the salami tasted very sour. I did not want to get my dog sick so I threw it away. And either rotolos or DoorDash left off our cinnamon bites that we ordered for dessert so the best thing out of this was the spaghetti and meatballs the rest of it was a dismal let down.

Went here a couple weeks ago. Ordered pizza with no sauce. Told the waitress 4 different times. Last time was when she went over order with us. Pizza came out with sauce. Their sauce is kinda spicy to us and a little sweet. Love the crust tho! My mom ordered a muffuletta! Came out with a touch of olive salad on it. She just asked waitress for extra, no problem there. When we were leaving the manager stops my mom and asks why we left a thumbs down on her app. My mom didn t even know I did at that point. I think that s just rude to corner up the patrons and confront them. If you want a good muffuletta and friendly service, go to Bruno s down the street!

Its certainly not the cheapest pizza in town but its very good. Last time I was in I got The Chalmette Cheesesticks and a small Meat Feast. The cheesesticks were much larger than I expected and they were good but Im not sure I would order them again. This was our first time here and I cannot say enough great things about our experience or our server Jacky! Hands down best place we ve eaten in Tyler (and SO kid friendly)! We ll definitely be back!!! Kid-friendliness: We ate on the patio and the ladies at the front brought out an outdoor connect four game for my daughter to play. It entertained her the entire meal and she was so happy to be able to be a kid while we waited on our food.

This place is awesome! I love the environment, and we tried the Krewe pizza and Ricotta Dip and we absolutely loved it. Jacky was our waitress, and she was so attentive. She noticed our two year old was full of energy and went and brought him crayons and paper to color on. The crayons were hers personally that she brought to work in case she ran into anyone like us. The food was fast and the quality was great. Will be back.
