What an amazing place!!! We needed to find a place to have cake for my son s birthday after the monster truck show. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to celebrate our son. I have not experienced this level of customer service in years.

The home made breakfast is a feast! Fresh, cooked to order. Pancakes are light and fluffy. Tea is fresh and strong, not watered down. Staff very friendly. Great music.

Ive been seeing Jucys quite a lot over the last 3.5 years and never stopped to try it, BOY was that a mistake. I can put down some food. I normally get double burgers wherever I go. Theres no way you can eat a double bacon cheese burger and not feel greedy. You have to be a MOUNTAIN OF A MAN to handle that in one sitting. But I would suggest eating there the food was absolutely amazing and seasoned good best Ive had in a loooooong time.

Remodeled store is really nice. Big, greasy burgers are fantastic! Dont bother with the complimentary beans if you want to be able to taste the rest of your meal; THEYRE HOT! Servers dont, serve that is. Theyre too busy visiting with each other and with friends who drop in. They pretty much ignore customers after their orders are slapped down on the counter. At least you wont feel guilty if you dont leave a tip!

I went to the drive thru on 259 and placed my order. The lady kept talking over me and cutting me off while I was ordering. As a result the order was completely messed up and my expensive burger was filled with vegetables I clearly asked her to hold! To pay so much for a hamburger I d expect it to be correct! She needs to listen to customers and make sure their order is correct!

Ive been in Longview multiple times over the years and this is the first time Ive ever been here. What a gem! I had the cowboy melt and their onion rings. I was blown away with the flavor and presentation. The melt was extremely tasty and the onion rings were very meaty. A pleasant surprise. The staff here were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and were willing to guide me through the menu. What a Chick-fil-A experience!! Great job management for training your people to be awesome representatives of this fine restaurant. Ive been to several burger joints in my years but this one was really rocking!

$$$ sad. should have known better. The food was delicious! the burgers taste homemade, my favorite the Loaded fries were the best I ve ever had. My husband loved the sweet beans. Everything was above and beyond my expectations. So disapointed!!! Not the Jucys it used to be! Hamburgers were overcooked and not a good taste. Not the same beef they used to use. Our tator tots were so overcooked they were hard and hollow. Onion rings were small and almost burnt. My baked potato was not warm at all. I asked them to microwave it and it was warm but then it was hard and not done. Even the drinks were bad! Too much carbonation and not enough syrup. We drove 25 mins to go here and were excited all week. Wasted $50. We will not be returning to the new unimproved Jucys!!

The new Jucy s restaurant on Hwy 80 sucks bad. Ask for crispy bacon and you get half raw bacon. Hash browns I couldn t cut with a knife. Eggs over medium half cooked. I see why I didn t want to come here. I was hoping with the new restaurant, things would be better. Never go back there. Sorry Jucy s, you suck!
