I went to Zaxby s at 10:03pm and the young lady said they were already closed. I mentioned online it says closing time is 10:30p she said understood but we close at 10p. If that s the case hours need to be updated as it is misleading.

How is this place still in business with the quality and flavor of chicken tenders being subpar. The sauce is not even freshly made. This place doesnt compare to cains or laynes. I now know why there are not many around. it sucks. do urself a favor and spend ur money on so many more chicken places. Even their digital soda machine had like only 2 drinks available. Went all the way across town for purchase of hard DRIED out Zaxby s wings. After lunch crowd for a serving of a wing meal without fries & 10 pieces additional wing order. All had been sitting around not even hot when I touched it as I got into the car. I drove to the drive thru window & said I substituted fries for sauce & although I waited 10-15 minutes, this food isn t hot but I ve got to return to work & don t have time to come back inside. Microwaving old food is even worse & not edible!!!! Mad bc $28.99 went in the trash. Mad disgusted and VOW to never return to SPRING location. No waiting lines is a clue food ISN T good!

I dont know what happened with the quality of the food but it doesnt taste the same as it used to. The fries used to be so good, fresh and seasoned but lately they taste terrible, reheated or cold, soggy or not seasoned enough. Tonight was the last time Ill ever be coming back. The fries sucked, and the chicken was even worse. It was rubbery!! I threw it in the trash.

Absolutely zero effort is being put into making the food fresh during the evening shift. The customer service/food is literally a horror film compared to the day shift. To the owner, if you want to see more than one car in your DT fire the lady black manager and the young girl at the window. She is the absolutely worse while patting/scratching her hair, even her asking me every five seconds and what else is unprofessional and gettoe Next time they ask me to drive up by the sign for my food with ZERO cars behind me, I will decline. And she also had the audacity to bring the food out without saying a mumbling word, here s your food ma am, nothing. (My favorite saying is one of the main reason for a business failing is the workers!!)

The reason why it gets a three is because there were plenty of employees working and the bathroom was still filthy. When the 9-year-old comes out and says, make sure you include that in your review, you know its a mess. Zaxbys chicken is always delicious and the french fries are the best in my point of view. The chicken wings were good as well. I strongly recommend Zaxbys. Just maybe not this location.

I had a 5 dollar off 20 coupon that was online only. I asked at the drive thru if that would be okay and if they could apply it anyway. They said yes. Got up to the window and the woman working the drive thru window told me we dont do it if its online. Then yelled at her teammate who got it incorrect. The incorrect teammate apologized to her credit. But you couldnt just punch in 5 dollars off when I showed you that it was on my account and that the website is down? So, the people are nice, but I got the boneless wings with a garlic sauce and I couldnt eat them because they were spoiled. I ordered twice from here , when it should of only been once! BOTH times my order was mishandled between Zaxby and Doordash. The second order, (the one I received.) Came with small chicken fingers more like chicken nuggets !!! Chicken were supposed to be dipped in sauce , but they came in two separate containers dry as a bone ! I had what I consider a negative and unprofessional experience at this particular Zaxby s at 45 North freeway and Louetta. I asked for my bone in chicken and chicken tenders to be extra crispy instead my meal was extra stale and old tasting. Mind you their prices are not exactly cheap. When I called a manager about the condition of my food I was told I had I had to bring back the meal to either get my money back or my meal replaced. I told the manager that was an inconvenience to me and she insisted that it s their policy to resolve the situation. I was not satisfied with the policy considering I spent approximately $30 on only two meals. I was given the general manager Anthony s email. I emailed Anthony and never got a response. The customer is definitely not put first at this establishment, please check your food throughly before you drive off because if you have a problem it s not getting fixed unless you drive right back up there.

Pulled up to place an order at 9:55. No one answered. I drove to the window at 9:57 asked where they open she said they were closed. I asked what time they closed and she said 10pm. I said well what time is it now and she said 9:58 and just stared at me. So you all closed early?

Every other chicken establishment is better than this. I had very high hopes for this place considering the commercials. The chicken tasted like they had microwaved it. Coleslaw was on the sweet side. Bad customer service. This place was bad.

Zaxbys Classic spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and didntdisappoint. Just the right amount of flake in the crust and wonderful soft bun. The fries were bursting with flavor! The employees were friendly!

So I came to this establishment and I was told 10 minutes before closing that they were closed and the staff is just standing around doing absolutely nothing. I really dont appreciate being lied to all because employees desire to be lazy. It was extremely disrespectful because myself and my friend came to try this restaurant and redeem our teachers appreciation gift, I feel extremely unappreciated.

They can t get one order right & I only order 1 or 2 items every time I go. I called & the manager telling me my order wasn t wrong when what I got & my receipt was 2 different things !!!! No thanks CHICK FIL A WOULD NEVER

This place is the best. Way better than Chick-fil-A or Popeyes. Probably the best fast food chicken sandwich Ive ever had. Absolutely stop here! I plan to buy a franchise at some point.
