While it may be hard to get to it is definitely worth the effort. Atty Jacob Richardson was particularly helpful with my client s questions and issues. PS there is a shortcut through the apartments behind the Title Co.

We had a highly favorable experience with Hometown Title during our recent real estate transaction. The team was very responsive, professional, and overall top notch. Taylor in particular was very impressive and consistently went above and beyond to get things done. Mia was great as well. We also appreciated the time Jacob took to research and correct an issue with the deed that had occurred years prior, as well as the clarity he provided on a specific document we had requested as part of the owner-financed sale. I have been involved with numerous real estate transactions and title companies over the years, but none compare to the experience we had with the Hometown team.

Jesus Christ these people are horrible. They wait till the last minute and are not prompt. They bug you when they need something and since they aren t that good, they ALWAYS need something but when YOU need something they re dodging your calls. All these positive reviews are from friends and realtors who get kickbacks for making these reviews. I guess this company won t screw you over that bad, so that s a positive thing to say, but ehhh. There s better title companies out there. Watch out for back taxes they may fail to tell you about and a mess load of other things they ll call you because they forgot.

Unfortunately I can not give the review that I wanted to give, I wanted to say stella things about them, I met two people at this business and one became my contact. She was nice to work with.The problem started over two months after the closing. I got a email saying that they overlooked one of the lots on my property that had back taxes due.The new owner also got a tax bill and was furious with Hometown Title. I had told the title company that I thought more taxes might be due, They assured me for over 3 weeks that their numbers were correct. Any way i am responsible for these taxes. If I knew this amount was due I would have made my closing price reflect this change. So I feel Home Town Title dropped the ball and didnt do their job. Because of this money was lost.

These people are just so nice and friendly! Easy to talk to. Some places are a little too bougie, which is fine! I just prefer the more relaxed atmosphere especially if Im signing some of the most important documents of my life!
