As soon as you step in the place is huge the atmosphere is very clean and the worker who greeted us, Julius, was amazing. I was extremely impressed since it was our first time here. Will definitely be returning

We have had a birthday party here and visited a handful of time. We visited late afternoon today and I have been impressed by the staff every single visit. The staff I have encountered are very polite. It s always a positive experience during interactions. My visits have been before 7 pm.

We have enjoyed coming here for years but today we received the best customer service. About 5 minutes into our jump my daughter had an asthma flare and we could not continue jumping. My girls were so upset about leaving but the staff was so accommodating and even offered an icee for my daughter s birthday (and to help them soften the disappointment). We will definitely continue to return to this location. Thank you Altitude!

Our family LOVES this trampoline park! I have been bringing my boys for years. The staff is always friendly and it s always clean. Perfect place to meet with friends to get out of the weather. Rock climbing wall, swings, foam pits and lots of trampolines!

I went here for a 5 year old s birthday party and I thought it was fantastic. The staff members were doing great job monitoring the trampolines. It is small compared to other trampoline places so older kids may get bored after a couple of hours. Limited food options, more like confession stand food.

Took my kids there on school spirit night and my oldest son didn t really want to participate until he say Jahmire having a fun with the little one directing the dodge ball game. My son got on a team and enjoyed the fun. Also Jahmire has great customer service skill and he is really good with all the kids. This guy personally really fits his job. I can tell that he has a special gift, a lot of patience and he knows how to have fun. My experience was awesome Thank you Jahmire for giving my family a fun filled night. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility.

Great location for fun times. Despite it being busy it felt like there was more than enough with each other room for everyone. I think there s fun to be had here for old and young. Dodgeball, foam pits for young children and older is very helpful to avoid run-ins. There is a basketball hoop and a rotating padded arm that you need to jump or duck. Lots of fun with the trampolines. Lots of parking. Very clean - there seemed to be hand sanitizer on every picnic table. There is a lot of sitting areas for those waiting. I felt like there were a decent amount of empires watching the children with whistles to keep the play fun and safe. This location isn t affiliated to the Katy & Sugar land location so it was disappointing that I had to pay here since we re members at the other locations where we can jump am unlimited amount for a hour at a time.

Nice place for kids, staff friendly and polite. Clean. The snack area is very good. The only think they are extremely vigilant to see when your bracelet expire. Staff told my kid to get out because the bracelet expire and 459pm the time I asked because this was my first time there was 5:01pm and they told me the kids can not jump anymore. Price / time i think they are similar places that kids can enjoy a little more time.

Fairy small inside. The pictures online are somewhat misleading. Arcade area on the tiny side and the kids area isnt separate from the rest of the tramps. For dinner quick fun I suppose it is barely decent. Gets packed earlier on weekends.

The actual arena of trampolines and foam is very high quality and very fun if you arent concerned with social distancing and germs. There are thousands of foam cubes in cube pits that I cant imagine possibly being sterilized regularly if ever. The food was very good but expensive. No outside food is allowed so you have to buy pizza from them for $15 a pie. Then they have Marcos deliver the pizzas to you inside. You have to immediately sign a waiver releasing them of all responsibility for your safety in the building. All in all, they deliver on a large trampoline facility. The most annoying thing is when your guide walks up to you while youre jumping with the bill, and hes highlighted the paper with where he expects you to tip him large. As he handed me my bill, he explained for me to pay particular attention to the tip section on the page because he didnt want to have come back over and talk to me again about it should I not leave him a good one.

Visited here for our grandsons birthday party. Kids had a great time jumping on trampolines. Their favorite was the private dodgeball pit. There was basketball, a soft foam pit, and arcade games. Our hostess decorated the table and served pizza, drinks & the cookie cake. She also kept the area clean. The music was constant but not unbearably loud.
