How cool are these lawyers!! I called to ask them how much they would charge me to handle a bail bond issue that Ive been having. Robert called me back and was able in a 7 minute phone call, find my case and send me a copy of the Dallas County letter to the bond company stating that my charges had been dismissed 8 days AFTER my arrest.(3-2-2022) and that I shouldnt even have been on or be on bail! Robert ken instinct, was right on point after investigating the nature of my case. Robert knew right off after speaking to me, in a calm and relaxing voice stated to me I can tell you now after listening to your side , you don t need a lawyer. HE WAS RIGHT But, I do understand your concern about being pulled over or, someone coming to your home to arrest you. Robert asked me for my information and the information of the investigating officer . He gave me 3 options of what would happen after speaking with the investigator, if it was a warrant for my arrest how his office would handle the the case to prove my innocence. Robert put me at ease today and everything he guaranteed, it happened. I had need of a criminal defense attorney. I called about ten counselors. I met with one and spoke with several. The prices where outrageous. One attorney in plano wanted to charge me $30,000 dollars. Everyone of the attorneys I spoke with did not speak clearly in their legal process. They did not dispose of any legal procedures. Some never returned the phone calls. I got Mr. Abtahi reference as a mailer after my incident. He was clear, precise, exacting, used correct terminology. He clearly outlined our process. He was extremely technical, transparent and proficient. He was there, even when I had other legal questions pertaining to the event. His office always returned proper communication within a day not 24hours a day. I cannot speak highly enough about this attorney. I hope to never have to retain his services again. But if I ever would need a defense attorney. This is the firm I will definitely be contacting.
