Our company had a customer with a fairly large outstanding balance (for a small business) that we tried in every way to collect. Marshall Presley and Pipal PLLC worked their magic and we not only received the full amount owed with partial interest but all attorney fees as well. We tried for two years to collect on this outstanding balance with no success. We very much appreciate the efforts of Jonathan Marshall and his staff. We will definitely utilize their services again if needed.

I highly recommend Marshall Presley & PIPAL and will use them for all my legal matters. I worked with Alessandro Pauri he was very professional responded in a timely manner. I have had the pleasure of working with Zak Presley for over 3 years for a construction defect claim and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing such an attorney.
