Sales rep signed father up for useless add (Next Up) after being told I did not want the service. I am unable to cancel this service online, the in store folks wont help since its been 14 days since the add on was purchased, and the sales rep over the hotlines refuse to address any questions not related to ordering new or upgraded services. Horrible morals.

I didn t expect to get immediate service when I walked in. Everyone was very friendly and polite towards me and my dad. We made conversation while the man kindly offered to put on the screen protector that I bought there. He also kindly put the case on that I bought as well. I did enjoy myself even though I had to pay! Paying isn t fun but everything that comes w/ it matters.

AT&T is the worst company Ive ever done business with. First off, they lured us in with a lower monthly bill than we had with Verizon and that they would pay off our remaining balance with Verizon. They refused to pay it, despite that being their major reason in convincing people to switch. Also, after telling us our bill would be much lower than with Verizon, it was much higher and they left us with a huge bill with Verizon that they promised to pay off. Stuck in a contract with them, we continued with them for years. After we were out of contract, when we tried to switch, they refused to unlock our phones, even though they were paid off. Also, their customer service is horrible. It takes hours to get someone on the phone most of the time and when you do ,they usually have no idea how to help you. Also, their coverage is horrible. It had been many years since we experienced dropped calls and areas with no service. And all while charging us more than Verizon after promising a lower bill and a payoff. I could go on and on. They are a horrible company to do business with.

Horrible place to do business. On 12/12/2022 They put my $1000 trade in credit on someone elses account. They told me it would take a few billing cycles to reflect trade in credit. Contacted them on 06/06/23 to question why my bill had not reflected the credit yet to be told there was no trade in associated with my account. Long story short I have had to go through hoops trying to get this resolved, while store manager Dex just keeps saying this will get resolved, it takes time and no response from district manager. I went in to the store on 07/06/2023 to still get told its being handled and will get fixed. One of the sales lady had their young child up there, shoes everywhere, snacks everywhere, while sales lady is assisting a customer. Finally after leaving irritated even more on 07/06/2023 I have contacted AT&T Loyalty Department due to the lack of professionalism at this specific location. The 1 star is because I HAD to put it but this store is not even 1 star worthy IMO.

Don t go to this one, go to the one in Port Arthur, they are way more professional. I don t know if it was deception or ignorance, but I was definitely mislead about my trade in and there were many hidden fees when I needed to go to this store. I will not be going here again. Also, they guy was very moody, and didn t seem like he knew what he was doing

Lack of basic customer service skills is what I found at this location. Darius L wouldnt even remove his headphones when speaking to me and asked me a few times to repeat things because he couldnt hear me. He was unable to take care of the situation that brought me in but fortunately another employee gave me a phone number to call that took care of the issue quick and easily. To me it seems its 50/50 to get someone helpful here.

I have visited this store on a few occasions and always have mixed reviews. Today, I contacted the store and before I could completely get my question out, the representative interrupted me and told me he couldn t do it. Not knowing there was more to the question if he couldn t do the first option. I most definitely will not visit this store to complete the upgrade that I am due for.

Wanted a new phone but the Dowlen store is ALWAYS packed so I visited this one. The staff was great and I eventually ended up with Stacie the cheerful Manager. She was very patient, professional and personable. I ended up getting a much cheaper phone that came out that very day and I LOVE IT. Great store, great staff, great location and great environment.

Bad bad yesterday I came to activate three lines and I only came with a phone in my hand so I activated a number and they told me that they will return tomorrow so they can activate the other two I paid everything as they told me and now they are charging me 400 more to come now and not yesterday When they told me to come back today at no time did they tell me that I would have to pay 400 dollars more definitely disgusted by all this they are wasting my time and money If someone important looks at my post do something with your workers so that they give their all important information because if I had known that I would not do any business with them

When he does help me, he acts as if I am more of a bother to him and after my third visit, I stopped going to this store. Made an appointment on the weekend to arrange a phone line for my wife as she would no longer have a work phone. Waited 45 minutes as non appointments went ahead of me. I told the agent that I wasnt sure what day my wife would return needing a line but wanted to be sure she could do it without me there. I was told she was on the account and there would be no problem. She returned and they wouldnt sign her up as I wasnt there. I called the manager and explained the situation and he was several levels less than helpful. Now Ill have to figure out a way to get there as I work out of town. The staff is obviously not trained in store policy and the manager has no customer handling skills whatsoever. Poor excuse of a store.
