I ve had a lot of burgers but Kincaid s is probably my favorite burger in dfw. Simple menu, great desserts, awesome onions rings (ranch is a must) definitely recommend the cattleman burger or cowtown burger. Definitely going to make this a regular stop. My wife hates onions but loved her onion rings here. Give it a try and bring the family. Or bring the adults and get a couple of beers instead.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this burger place. I called not once, not twice, but THREE times to make sure they included fries with my burger. Each time, I was met with confusion, and apparently, they still couldnt comprehend a simple request. How hard is it to add fries to an order? Its baffling that something so basic could be messed up repeatedly. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication is astonishing. Needless to say, I wont be coming back.

I ordered the cowtown deluxe jr burger bowl with all the veggies (typically you get something in a bowl and theres some extra veggies since you are forgoing the bun). I specifically said, everything on it but the bun. I received a plastic to-go bowl with an over cooked patty, 2 half strips of bacon, no cheese (theres supposed to be pimento cheese which I love) and a couple frizzled jalapenos. No grilled onions, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles. We had ordered to go, but checked our order in the parking lot before departing. I noticed the error and took it back inside to have it corrected. There was one person in like, 2 people standing around behind the corner. A woman who appeared to be management (?) walked out and saw me waiting in line with my bag, and offered to help, explained to another employee what was wrong and walked back off. The employee handed me back my bowl with a handful of shredded lettuce and a piece of tomato tossed on top of the patty. Have some pride in your work, or offer to make it over.

Excellent traditional hamburger, reminds me of early childhood in small town prior to the fast food chains. Homemade onion rings with perfect amount of pepper and spice. We have been coming to this location for a while now and today we had a horrible experience, we had an issue with our food and requested that it be remade, however the manager proceeded to just change the buns on the burger and brought it back to our table, having noticed that, we took it right back and requested to have it remade once AGAIN, she then brought back the SAME cold burger and made a rude comment when she dropped it off, we were not able to enjoy our food due to the extreme lack of customer service and the manager s refusal to simply remake the food, this is extremely disappointing, I would avoid this location and maybe make the trip out to a different one. Good burgers, the shakes are good. The onion rings are really good. They now have table cloths on the tables so it is even better. Your napkin and bag used to stick to the table even though they were clean because the epoxy was breaking down but that is solved now. I definitely recommend. The double cheeseburger is huge!

Here is where you can get one of the best cheeseburgers around. I love their crinkle cut fries and hot dogs, too. The portion of fries they offer is large, and they are always fresh and crispy. The people who work here are very sweet to everyone; they know this is important if they want people coming back. The dining area is huge, and is easily accessible to all. Bathrooms are always tidy and free from messes. Great place for lunch or dinner or snacks. Parking lot is big and easy to navigate. Lookahere! One of those spots you hear about, but youre stuck on your basic go-to joints. Well, we got a new contender in the mix now. Ordered take out, and upon my arrival, this place was pretty busy. I was greeted immediately and taken care of. The atmosphere was family-friendly with plenty of seating. They have these massive park benches, which allowed for a great option for multiple family and friends to gather. Now, the food...no wait the prices were reasonable, and they have quite a bit of options for all appetites. Ok, the food, hands down 10/10....these burgers slap! Literally, try the Cowtown you might catch a hoof. My family and I will be back, to enjoy the atmosphere, shakes and those amazing burgers (and chilli dogs made with Nathans ) Even the chilli dog was perfect and Im not a chilli dog eatin guy. The freshly cut onion rings, Wow! Absolutely, a new favorite added to the roster, top 3, snatched first place. Again, 10/10! I highly recommend this establishment! I am a DoorDash driver and a foodie as well. Today I decided to take a break and treat myself to lunch and I have been wanting to try this place. First thing is the customer service was great. I was greeted by Karen as soon as I walked to the front which is big with me. I got the Cowtown Deluxe, Homemade Onion Rings, and a Dreamcicle milkshake. The food was delicious and well worth it. The burgers are natural real beef handmade patties and not processed. The milkshake was thick and actually tasted like a Dreamcicle. One of the best milkshake s I ve ever had. The environment is very comfortable and a peaceful ambiance with plenty of room to dine and great music. This place definitely did not disappoint! So excited we found this place (kinda on accident). We were struggling to find something to grab our last night in Southlake. OUTSTANDING! We visited 30 minutes before they closed and you would have no idea, staff was so friendly and ordering was fun because there are so many options! The shake was wonderful! We took the burgers to go and enjoyed them back at the hotel. Onion rings are homemade and crispy. Fries are not salty and perfectly cooked and the burgers are OUTSTANDING! Kincaid s is a Southlake staple, and has been around for almost 20 years! I ve been eating here since I was a wee laddie. Great spot for a classic burger, hot dogs, shakes, and more. It s counter service, so food is cooked fresh when you order it. Good sized burgers, fries are well seasoned, and I think their pricing is pretty reasonable for what a fresh burger is going for nowadays. Every time I ve visited the service has been good, food comes out fairly quickly unless they are super busy, and burger/fries is always tasty. This was fantastic! Loved the food and the decorations. Seriously, the hamburgers were amazing though. Everything fresh, we got the half pound burgers and they were cooked perfectly. Highly recommend for a good family meal and hanging out with friends.

Brought friends from out-of-town to enjoy the best burger and onion rings. Sadly the rings with all our orders were dark and dripping with oil - not edible. Never had this happen so we asked for a new batch. Same thing. Very disappointed.

Went to kincaids on Sat evening with friends from Kansas city mo because we had raved about how good there burgers and onion rings were only to have the worst meal we have ever had there. The burgers were dry and cold the onion rings were over cooked and bag was full of nasty brown oil. Returned the onion rings asked for new ones recieved a duplicate of what we had just ordered. Extremely disappointed in kincaids. Dont know what was going on that night but they were terrible.

Local mainstay for burgers, dogs, and shakes. Counter service and the food is cooked only when you order it. The onion rings are some of the best I ve had, and the burgers and hot dogs are consistent. Shakes are made from ultra premium Blue Bell ice cream. Good stuff!
