Terrible place to be attended in, the employees are so cruel to you, and they act like the food is being taken out of there paychecks. Terrible place, the manager or employee was terrible towards us for no reason being stressed out of his mind, to me and my mom and he proceeded to yell and say outrages things. Even others were complaining and said they wouldn t ever return, if it was possible I would have given it 0 stars cuz they don t even deserve a 1 star.

Just moved in the area and this is the nearest location near me. Every time I go, I have to wait around the side for my order. They never have it for you at the window. Sometime there will be 5 cars without orders and we are all waiting in the parking lot. They are polite but slow

If I can give this place no stars I would I went thru the drive thru and the cashier JAYDA was just so rude was not welcoming I felt rushed when asked if everything was in the bag she replied yea she closed the window and I looked thru my order to assure everything was correct she opens the window back up as if we were a bother I asked if she was ok she replied I m great in a rude tone when I told her she was being rude she loses the window on is again the manager on duty saw the whole thing and we literally waited a few min before she even came to acknowledge us I asked her if she let her employees treat customers like that and she replied she did nothing and Jayda rolled her eyes saying she treats everyone like that I told the manager she shouldn t be speaking to customers if she can t be welcoming and even the manager slammed the window on me and walked away they refused to give me anyones name I got Jayda s name off my receipt DONT COME HERE!!!

I got A Jumbo Jack combo which the beef had an off taste. I dont believe it is 100% beef. If it is 100 % beef then it was old meat. I didnt get sick from it but was not tasting good. The French fries are cut too thin and are too dry tasting as a result.Also my tea tasted like it had a table top cleaner in it. The middle aged woman was rude and mad when I told her. Im not going back

We were missing most of our food we stopped here to feed our siblings and they proceeded to tell us that we didnt order them we spent 80$ and were missing about 35$ worth of food the drive thru lady called us liars mind you this is after 2 days in the heat after the hurricane we just wanted a decent meal to relax a little after the tragic event

Menu priced items are not the real price false advertisement#5 I go to pay, and its not the same price. I wouldve known that I wouldve purchased something else. I couldve got a #4 for way cheaper, or I think maybe they upcharge you on that one, too. The burger was small and not worth it either.

I went in this evening. You cant get to the register because a table block it. The ceiling is missing with water dripping. The manager (Maggie/Maria) on duty was very rude to us, and her team. Not sure how she is a manager. This is not what you expect in a customer service environment. I will.make sure I WILL NEVER COME HERE WHEN SHE IS WORKING. Maybe just have go to the one on college in South Houston. NEVER experienced that there. Please get rid of this Maggie lady!!

Update 5/3/25 11:50pm Not sure why you can order something one day then the very next day they don t sell it but on line says they do. It shows they have a small Box popcorn chicken combo I ordered it on Thursday. When I went to order it on Friday now they don t have it in a combo. Please hire competent people or at least train them correctly. It s fast food not rocket science. We started coming to this one because the one on Pasadena Boulevard doesn t follow food serve. So we drive to this one just to get the tacos I ask for no lettuce they had lettuce on them. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was the driest chicken and parts of it were so hard I could not eat them. I also ordered some was supposed to be pumpkin croissants. There was very little filling and they were burnt. We went at 11:15 at night. It was super slow, so I m not sure why the food was so trash. I took pictures but it s not letting me post them here.

Ordered in the drive thru. Nobody in line to order. After ordering pulled up to window and paid. Told to wait in front with 3 other vehicles. 15 minutes later came and gave me a bag of food. Went home and realized wrong order. Drove back and waited another 15 minutes in front. I havent eaten Jack in the box in about a year and now I remember why. Ordered a fish sandwich at the drive thru location in South Houston on Spencer. The fish sandwich only had only a small dab of tartar sauce and no lettuce or anything else thats suppose to be on it. Tomato? I ate as I was really hungry. Called the store and told but they want the sandwich itself. Oh well. The location on Fairmont also has bad performance at night. Thats why I drove further to the other location. Quality needs to be better at night I will start checking the quality at the drivethru window and hold up the line to check my order.

Ordered for delivery, got two munchies meals, a wrap and tiny tacos. Got the two boxes (they werent even in a bag, which is weird). However, there was no wrap or tiny tacos. It was even funnier that the drinks were not what we ordered as well. Only one thing that managed to be right was one of the munchie meals. Placed an order through the app I purchased two tacos and made a request without no cheese, lettuce, and taco sauce. Received sub-par food and service at this location. And I really like a few items on JITB menu. After seeing past reviews as well, it seems the owner hasnt taken reviews serious. It seems the owner just responds to the reviewer that You the customer, should always receive the best food and service. Its a no brainer. It starts at the drive thru and then the food and service you receive at the window. Treat customers with respect and serve good hot quality food. Thats it! The Drive-thru started with a prerecorded message asking if you would like to try the special then is interrupted by the real attendant to take your order. She either didnt listen or didnt understand what you were saying. Made me repeat it several times louder and had an additude when asked to repeat the order to make sure she got it right. Then you drive thru a tight squeeze drive thru, that has been the same for like over 20yrs, trying to avoid getting your truck scratched up. Then the window service. You get smaller sized breakfast sandwiches for the price now and they cant even get quality of that out the window. Check out the hash brown I got in my bag. It was so crisp that when I took a bite it literally crumbled into pieces. If you cant do better than that, then maybe you should spend the money to fix and widen the drive-thru. Geez. So past up this location and go to Jacks other place up the street. Probably better.

I went with my mom yesterday through the drive thru for some food. My mom doesnt know English so she started speaking in Spanish when a male came to the speaker. A few seconds went by we didnt hear anyone anymore. At this point we assumed they went to get someone that could speak Spanish so they could take my moms order but nobody ever came back. We had been waiting at this point for more than 5 minutes at the speaker & cars were behind us already! We were calling for someone at the speaker and honking and still no one came!!! We pulled up the window were we usually get the food and their were two persons right there! Completely ignoring us!!! After more than 5 minutes they finally opened the window! At this point I went ahead and made the order, which I wouldve done anyways if they had said they didnt speak Spanish! Finally after making our order the woman that was standing next to the male that had originally spoken at us through the speaker has the nerve to answer in Spanish! Muevase para enfrente SERIOUSLY?! Such unprofessional workers those two employees were!!! That teen (male) couldve easily said they didnt understand Spanish and I wouldve made the order! Really poor service. I wanted to get drive thru service, but the screen was turned off. I went inside to notify the manager and she said that there is nothing that she could do about it. After I finished my meal, I proceeded to leave, but the main doors were locked. I went back to notify the manager and she said that somebody would eventually go to unlock the door. I had to go out the side door, which was also locked. It felt kind of awkward to have to unlock a business door as a customer.

Ordered an item promoted with a big window display, $5 Jack Pack! Drink, fries Jr. Burger & a taco! In the 39 seconds it took me to select my drink, I turned around & the girl, no name tag, pointed to the bag on the counter & said your order is ready! I asked if the food was fresh & she said yeah! The service was nice and the food was good. We went for breakfast it was very clean inside and the manager was polite. Recommended a breakfast croissant and a very good iced coffee. Arrived @12:44AM and checked in to pick up a door dash order. They sent us up front to wait for the order. @ 1:10AM we call the store and ask if the order was ready they said they were still working on it, that there were still orders ahead of ours. But they were still handing out orders to drive thru customers that were behind us. Counted a total of 11 cars that got their order ahead of us. @ 1:29AM the person handing out the orders outside had the audacity to give us attitude after we patiently waited for 45 mins and didnt bother to double check the order as per our customer request.

This jack in the box is horrible!! Didnt get our drink orders right, size or type. We got sourdough Jacks, and they only used one piece of sourdough! The other was a regular bun bottom. Bad attitude. Horrible management. First time coming to this place and LAST! I tried ordering in the drive thru but for some reason the person taking my order couldn t hear me so of course i had to speak up louder. She decided to shut me up and ask me to go else where. What happen to customer service? I stayed in line to speak with a manager no one came to the window until about 8 minutes later. The so called manager acted exactly the same! Horrible customer service. If you don t like you re job, please look for something you enjoy doing. Other than taking it out on customers. And if you re a manager ACT LIKE ONE AND FIX THE PROBLEM! AND DO NOT EVER DENY BUSINESS TO A CUSTOMER. Karla is the manager s name! Very disappointed!

We went today and originally ordered a double jack and instead got a grande sausage, but since they already ate it we didn t do anything. My mom went to eat her Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and we found no meat. When I called they didn t really help at all.

It was disappointing . That Jack in the box is usually my go to food place . Today I walked there and it said I could dine in and when I get there the doors I closed . Before leaving my house I checked and it was supposed to be opened . Then I wait on the drive through line and then when it is my turn to order I wait there for 5 minutes and nobody talks to me . I kept saying hello is antibody there and about a second when I left and another car pulled up they started talking . Like that was messed up .

Theses young kids working there today didnt even give me what i asked for i went in there and they were just laughing and joking at me and my order wasnt even right need better management and people to work everything i got was cold my fries were hard and old my tacos werent even cooked right groooos wont be going back very rude kids as well as the manager

Its the worst jack in the box Ive ever been to. Im going to go because I ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries and 4 tacos and it took 45 minutes to give me the order and everything I ordered at the app was served super fast and it was a benefit of my job. super tired better boy to go to MacDonal to buy

Guys, check your orders carefully before leaving since this is my third time that they give me my incomplete order where I order 3 things and they forget to give me 1, leaving a member of my family without dinner! They often have the habit of giving you everything in one bag and they themselves dont know what they put in and end up giving you incomplete orders.
