I went to watch an astros game and got a burger the food was excellent. The customer service was exceptional my waitress Lexi made sure everything was perfect the first time around. I never had to wait for anything as she was always checking in to make sure I was satisfied. My husband and I have been coming to Twin Peaks for over 7 years. We have noticed the past 6 months the place has really started going down. We come every Thursday and Sunday, we enjoy the time with our serves and the food. The past six months, we have notice the place is dirty, the bathrooms are not cleaned, the food quality has gone way down, and most of all is horribly hot in the building. We have ask to speak to a manager several times but they come to our table. I do not understand how a place like Twin Peaks can operate with no Air Condition. The poor girls are sweating and looked miserable. This Sunday 9/22/24, we have all we could take, it was so hot in the building we only stayed for 1 beer. We have decided to take our business someplace that will appreciate their customers and provide them an environment to enjoy our leisure time.
