The location is clean, nice and frankly convenient. But theres a big problem in my opinion: they cant figure out the schedules. Each time I decided to schedule an appointment there I had to wait 30-40 minutes past my appointment time. The first time I even made a mistake and followed instructions in the SMS saying to come earlier, that resulted in almost an hour of an extra waiting time. As an example, in Taylors location the max wait time Ive ever experienced is 10 minutes. So I started to opt in for appointments in other locations with a hope this issue will be fixed some day. I cant excuse myself from work for 3-4 hours to wait for your staff, while I always come on time

Had orders for a Covid test because I keep getting false positives on the regular test came up here once and the lady in the lab was gone they give me to directions to another clinic that I can t find so I come back an hour and a half or two hours later wasting gas again only to be told that they don t do Covid shots here so I don t know why I wasn t told that before I came back a second time, but I was not told that now the closest places in round rock, which is Too far for me to go at this point I m so tired of Scott And White. They used to be a decent place to go before Baylor took them over and now it is one problem after another. I just stood there at registration for 15 minutes before they even bother to tell me that I couldn t get a Covid test there. Why are you would have a lab in a hospital that refuses to do Covid test but this is just one more issue that I ve had at Scott And White between doctors leaving and having to switch doctors all the time and certain departments deciding they re not taking my insurance and lack of communication, even though they have a portal to communicate on between doctors quality of service going way down

Dr Martin and Nurse Ebony have been treating me for pain and I cant say enough about how excellent their service is. They truly care and go above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel comfortable and help me with my pain issues. The BSW facility is exceptionally clean and like a well oiled machine. I have never had to wait to be seen and responses are always quick and urgent. I would 100% recommend Baylor Scott and White, as well as, Dr Martin for his professionalism, great knowledge and bedside manner and Nurse Ebony for her kind and caring demeanor. Well done and thank you.

Me and my family want to thank the covid unit on the 3rd floor for taking care of my mom and continually taking care of my mom. The Doctors and nurses and all the staff. Thanks and we appreciate you all. Solis and Sosa Family

Worst ER ever!! Such a shame to have a beautiful hospital with horrible staff!! Go to Saint Davids...theyll treat you like a human!!
