10/3 update: Abbey was great. She was friendly and professional. The food was great as always. We love our Shenandoah BJ s brew house. The seasonal spooky pizookie is one of our favorites. New slow roasted sirloin is not as good as the tri-tip was. The sirloin was very dry & tough. Forgot to take a pic of the spooky pizookie before we started eating it .

I just ordered dinner at this place, I really dont recommend it since they send the food unfinished and completely burned, here I leave you this photo, that order was just a few minutes ago and they didnt even send me cutlery. Really enjoyed our food. A few of us got the chicken club which was delicious. The others had chicken tenders, chicken parm, a thin pizza, soup, and dessert. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Prices aren t bad for a good sit down meal. Our server was very friendly and personable. Not horrible service but not great either. Maybe she was new and we were a table of 7. Food took a little bit longer than expected for 830 in a Tuesday evening with very few people inside. I d still come back.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at BJS in Shenandoah after a full day of shopping and let me say, this place hit the spot in every way possible. While I enjoyed the ribs which were outstanding, my wife had some choice of salmon that was quite delicious as well. We had a joyful young lady named Meagan as our waitress who truly made our experience such a delight. Our lunch place of choice has always been The Cheesecake Factory, but after this exceptional dining experience, we are switching to BJs. Honestly I thought my life was a drag until I came to this restaurant and I was served by Abbey. She was an amazing server, but her character really became evident when the entire restaurant was held up by men in Sesame Street masks. They walked in and began doing, ya know, the criminal thing, and Abbey put the forks on our table together into a boomerang. And took out all the lights before single-handedly batmanning the heck out of them in the darkness. 11/10 dinner and a show. Give that woman a promotion. I love BJ s. But not just any BJ s. Only this location and only the waitress Abbey. I was feeling down this day and decided to splurge at my local pazookie hot spot. And not only was I greeted with a quick what would you like to drink? She told me y all had some home made root beer!?! I had to try. It was the most delicious taste I have ever tasted. Abbey greeted our table and made us feel like it was Christmas morning. It was amazing.

Our first time here & we had the absolute WORST experience I have ever had from a waitress. Meagan was her name. Very rude, super dismissive & disrespectful. My friend ordered chicken fried chicken it came out with asparagus instead of mashed potatoes, so I asked if that was correct and she said they must have messed up in the kitchen she also asked for a side of ranch. meagan came back & brought the mashed potatoes, forgot the ranch so we asked nicely about it, meagan proceeded to step away from the table with the biggest attitude and louder voice IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YALL WANT FROM THE KITCHEN WHILE IM IN THERE we said no maam & she rolled her eyes & walked away. I have been a waitress for 9 years and I couldnt imagine treating anyone the way she treated us. Maybe it was a bad day you would think? No, a table got sat right by us and she walked up with the biggest smile and answered all of their questions and conversated with them. She walked over SNATCHED our money from the table, paid us out and slammed her card and receipt on the table and ran away before I could ask for a togo cup. She never came back so thankfully one of the guys stopped by and i asked him for one. Will NEVER be back after having meagan treat us that way for zero reason. Usually I tip the bill, which was $19 but today she was lucky to get $2 from me.

Ribs were dry. Steak was advertised as medium rare as standard but it was well done. Nobody asked about food quality. Overall was not bad but absolutely no reason to go back, there is better food out there

We dined in at the bar for lunch. Our bartender Brooke had exquisite drinks, paired with wonderful food recommendations. She asked how we were doing consistently, and her service and personality made us want to drive to come back to the woodlands as regulars.Ask her about her twist with the tap beers she is a mixologist master! Very satisfied with our experience and fresh food. Thank you! Wish I had pictures but we are to quickly!

Came in to try this place out and we had the most amazing server Pedro. He was helpful, polite, great explanations of the menu and helped us decide on the best meals to get. His recommendations were right on point. Highly recommend the chili crunch pot stickers. I Would definitely recommend stopping in and be sure to ask for Pedro as your server. We will be back.

The restaurant was clean and nice. Wait staff was slow and did not have any attention to detail. Refills never happened unless requested. Many times felt like we had to look for the waiters. This has never happened before . But i hope this will not he the normal in the future

The food was OK, nothing over the top. Got the brisket burger said, No onions on it, got onions, and had to pick off. Asked for a lemon in my water, no lemon. Waitress took forever to take our order. Then, every time food was brought out just put it on table and walked away didnt ask how we were doing or if we needed anything else. She acted like we were inconveniencing her. Pizza my grandkid got was overcooked.
