Just took my kids to this urban air this passed weekend, and it was phenomenal!! The staff was very friendly and interactive. The GM Alexx was very helpful and professional. I will be back to this location and I will be telling my friends to come here!!!

This place is Incredibly DIRTY ! Everything was sticky, with hairs, dust , and straw and stains all over the play areas. I cant believe the owner or managers allowed it to get this filthy. Some areas even lacked floor mats. The management needs to either be replaced or urgently bring in help to clean and sanitize the entire building.

I like the spaces. Alot of different activities to do for the kids. The food is not too great with birthday party. Chicken nuggets are too plain and too dry. The windows in the front outside are extremely dirty. If the windows are not clean outside. How often do they clean inside??!!

You would think as expensive as it is for an ultimate pass that they would have more than two bumper cars working at one time or they would tell you that when you enter so that you can decide whether or not you want that package based on the fact that theres only two bumper cars. two bumper cars are not fun. There were six of us in our group and we were planning to all do bumper cars together

In the year and half since we have been members at this location, we have seen a loss of customer service and removal of the snacks and a change from Coke to Pepsi, and online account blocked from purchases! I am canceling our memberships and we will take our business elsewhere! With the membership the kids are supposed to get a snack, but they removed all the snacks and only kept popcorn! So if your child doesnt eat popcorn like my Autistic daughter, then no snack! Way to go New Ownership!! Super Fail!!!

The food is overpriced for the amount that is given. However, some of it was good. The wait time for the food was long. Im not sure if every employee knows all the rules because I came with a coupon and presented it to the front and they told me to present it to the party team member and then the team member told me to present it to the front. So by the time I went back to the front, a long line had formed, which made me have to wait longer to enjoy myself. I had a toddler with me, so this was very frustrating.

Went here for a birthday party. The front doors gave a horrible first impression. There was trash everywhere around the doors and the doors themselves looked to be caked in black mildew or dirt? Inside was complete chaos. Older kids running full speed through little kid areas, throwing balls from the ball pit at one another, not caring if they were hitting other people. Groups of teens standing around talking and sitting in front of all entrances to kids areas- you had to step over them. Exclusive areas were completely overrun and not managed. It was difficult to tell who worked there and who didn t. The restroom had vomit in the trash can. Biggest concern was lack of security- ANYBODY can walk out with a child. Nobody checks! Watch your kids closely here! 1 positive thing: The young man working the party room was extremely kind and knew how to work with a large group. There should be more employees like him.

This is a JOKE, they havent answered the phone Since last week, you call the customer service number, and they say they are rerouting to the store. Then they say the stores phones are having issues, but they will make sure that the manager gets our details. No, of course, not that never happens. Have to drive over an hour one way just to speak to a manager.

I have a local balloon business (Atirela Inc) and when my son asked to have his birthday here it made me a bit nervous because of how crowded I know it gets. Lucky for us his birthday landed on a Wednesday, so we had pretty much the place to ourselves. I booked a private room to make sure we can have enough space to decorate. The pizza was surprisingly good and the staff was kind and attentive.

We got our membership in the summer not realizing their hours would change once the school year started. We have never lived near a trampoline park so it didn t even cross my mind that it was a possibility. My kids are homeschooled so we were really bummed that we had to wait until rush hour to go, but the kids always enjoy it. Fast forward to now we ve had our membership with them for 10 months so there s 2 left in the contract. Our house has flooded and we have to move in with family 2 hours away for the next 3 months. The closest urban air to there is an hour away. I contacted them to see if it was possible to end the contract early and my options are to keep paying for something we can t use or to switch to the urban air and hour away and restart the 12 month contract. It s literally 2 months due to a natural disaster. Really sucks that they had absolutely no empathy.

Ann at check in went above and beyond to help us! She was super helpful and had great customer service skills at such a young age. My 8 year old loves it here. Plenty to do to keep him busy and get his endless energy out. They serve beer and wine for the adults and I highly recommend the soft pretzel with cheese. This place is much better than some of the other options for kids play areas. If you aren t jumping, it s always really cold, so bring a sweatshirt.

Great place for kids to have fun. We made a reservation to arrive between 4-4:30 and got there in that timeframe. There weren t a lot of people in there or long lines to check in. We ordered a few things from the cafe and it took a long time for everything to come out. The lockers at the front door and the massage chairs in the jump area have an option to use cash but neither of them accepted cash. I asked the young lady at the front desk about the lockers not accepting cash and she said they had been broken for awhile now and they were still waiting to get them fixed. That was a huge inconvenience because I didn t just want to leave my family s shoes laying around at a table so I carried them around in a plastic bag. The attendants that were working the attractions that my kids did go to were very nice and so were the young ladies working the front desk. This kids working the cafe were nice too. Awhile back one of the reviews said that the emergency door was propped open it s true. The door behind the bumper cars area was propped open. I m not sure why they would do this but it was indeed open.

For the amount of money that a party costs, this place is a huge waste. They need to limit the number of people. We wasted nearly $100 to leave after an hour because it was packed. Older kids and smaller kids are together which increases the chances of kids getting hurt. The lines are long. The staff dont care what people do. Its just mass chaos. Not to mention this place is extremely unsafe for children. Anyone can walk off the street to watch the kids. You can just walk right in.

First off it was a Saturday night so it was EXTREMELY busy! Yet our host Gaby from the woodlands location IS AMAZING! I seen how busy she was from party to party yet she assured us not to worry she is there to service us and that she did! An employee slammed their arm into my childs face (arm stuck straight out when daughter going on the zipline) causing her glasses to hurt her eye and fall on the ground breaking them and the employee continued to yell at her to pick up the lens even after she told him she could not see it (bc obviously she had no glasses on her face anymore). normally they gently catch the child on the zipline but thus employee was in a bad mood I guess and hating their job. We had my sons 6th birthday party here at Urban air The Woodlands. It was AMAZING. The party host Cameron was incredible and very attentive, she handled everything down to the cake. I was able to jump and play with my sons instead of feeling like a host. The party coordinator Savana came in and checked on us before the party and to let us know to reach out if we needed anything, which we didn t because Cameron was such a wonderful host she had it covered. We also had the Manager of operations John come check on us. When I say urban air The woodlands goes above and beyond to make your birthday party run as smoothly as possible I mean it! It was just as enjoyable for me as my children. They had a blast on all the different attractions and really enjoyed their time in the dodgeball court! (boys LOL) I had a great time jumping on the trampolines and being able to actually enjoy my time playing with my son and his friends. They called us over the intercom when it was time for pizza and cake, Cameron was great about remembering the other children s names and she was very kind and helpful with them. We will definitely be planning our next party at urban air!

This place is always packed and popular for birthday parties. We walked in and kids were everywhere. Your children will love it. Some attractions werent working properly as time past and in the snack bar the icy machine out. Only one flavor was working. I ordered two cheese pizzas to go around 6:30 p.m they looked overcooked. Now, Im going to need them to do a little better on keeping stuff fresh at least until an hour before they close. Overall, its definitely a fun place for kids to go and burn off energy.

We went as a large party, 5 adults and 4 kids on a sunday. Not as a birthday party or anything planned, something to get the family out for a good time. We all jumped, it was smaller then expected and there were a ton of people. Which if youve never been, expect a line for most if not all activities. We had a birthday party set up and was quoted a certain price, to which i asked the rep three times to please confirm and she told me i owed less than $100 after my party. i asked her to please put in writing what she had said because i know how these things go. of course, i get to the venue and they re charging me almost $200 MORE for the party, keep in mind i had already paid the same amount over the phone. from what i m seeing, they are not clear on pricing and try to overcharge for things without letting the customer know and then say there s nothing i can do about it when they ADMIT that the mistake was on their end. the general manager did not even come out to speak to us they sent someone else to come and talk to us and she had to be the messenger it was really frustrating.

I m not the one to go and shame any company at all because I have my own business and know the efforts people go into trying to make a name for themselves. I have visit Urban Air a numerous amount of times all over the country. This is the only one I went to in Texas. Now for me, it s a waste of money because I can spend money doing other activities with my children but I go to please them. I am highly disappointed, ashamed, embarrassed, and humiliated by their actions. I m going to keep it simple and short. They had me escorted by 2 K-9 officers and banned from Urban Air. They had their employees come to me and tell me my daughter was hurting someone else when my daughter was limping and could barley walk. I understand we waive our rights as parents and if something happens, well that s on us. I have never been treated with anything this humiliating in my entire life. I do have other children as well and that is the reason I went back to the facility. After spending almost 200 on microwaved food, socks, and entry fee for the children. I could careless about being banned but from a professional standpoint, that s not how you handle your business. You have a child that is limping and upset because you take the ice pack from her, do you really think she is concerned about anything else? I am not here to hear what the owner has to say because it s not needed. The way they run the business out here in Texas is completely different from Florida and North Carolina. They have the footage and can see it for themselves of what happened. I felt as if I were being treated like a criminal and the worse part was the manager didn t speak to me. The manager had staff members present, I mean these are teenagers. Let s be serious, that is not their role. Anyone in my position would have been mortified because it s just something that is not seen. You seriously wasted the time of these armed officers for something trivial. My daughter is 7 years old and the size of a 4 year old, was calling officers in bulletproof vests necessary. You would think I was getting ready to rob the place or something else. Lastly, to make matters worse was the ending. The officers gave me a criminal trespass citation as well and told me what they said. All I could do was just laugh like seriously these people really think I would have the nerve to show up to this place after what happened. The only reason I went back to this place and yes this place is because my other children were playing there. After the staff members told me something about my youngest daughter, I removed her and left to the store. I came back because my other children were there. This place needs new management, rules, clean bathrooms and I can go on. Not to mention anyone can steal a kid easily so it s like you want to call the authorities but this place isn t even secured and anyone can open the emergency exit door and grant access to anyone. The door does not have the alarm in place because there were teens using it. I m not a Karen but they definitely were out of line for that. The way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. In order to act a certain way, your product has to be held to the same behavior. As I stated, this place isn t my cup of tea but I do have younger children and well I do like seeing them happy.

I found this place and my son enjoyed it a lot. I would return but on less busy days, I went in on a Saturday and it was super full and all, all, all the tables were reserved for birthdays, I couldnt find a place to sit so I walked with my son until he got tired and decided it was time to go, I think that on less hectic days it is a good option to take the children to burn off energy.

Sorry I have to leave this review but my concern is with security. I understand a lot of older children are dropped off without parents. But there needs to be some kind of security checking bands at the door. We were there for a birthday party and my 5 and 8 year olds had a blast but I am fearful in the day we live in that anyone can grab a kid and go. I worry about human trafficking as it is a big problem in our area. You literally can not keep up with your kids at this place. Chuck E Cheese has better security and that says something.

Usually a fun experience. I expect the crowd and know you cant possibly keep up with cleaning (to an extent) with how many people are running around. Although this is pretty gross. Doesnt look like its been xleaned in months. And the people in the kitchen need better training. Ordered 2 kids meals, fries were just a soggy greasy mess. Kids wouldnt eat them. I asked for them to be remade. It looked like they gave me the same boxes back with new fries except the fries were just as greasy and soggy. Not to mention, something had been burnt around the time they first came out so as soon as the box opened the steam just smelled burnt and there was a slight burnt flavor although the fries themselves were not burnt.

The problem, please do not serve a slice of pepperoni pizza with one tiny slice of pepperoni on it, andcall it pepperoni pizza . This place is already run down. We went this weekend and the lockers are out of order so good luck if any women have purses. I asked the lady if she could do me a favor and keep my purse behind the counter so I could jump with my 3 year old and she said what? No. Like I was an idiot for expecting the lockers to be working. Not only that, but one of the only two restrooms was working, and it was absolutely disgusting. It took 35 minutes to get a cheese pizza. The good bumper cars were all broken and so were most of the arcade games. Oh, and they had some kid telling the children on the trampolines that they could not step on any trampoline that another child is jumping on. Like, what?? I mean what did I actually pay for lol? Could have gone to my backyard and had nicer people, facilities and service. I ll never come here again.

BEWARE! I am very disappointed with management efforts to control their crowds in the trampoline area. Wavers aside, If you have little ones in that all-age crowd, get in there with socks and SHIELD them! Dont just watch on the sidelines - it only takes a second for things to go wrong! The folks they have do nothing, and and the last words you want to hear is do you want us to call an ambulance? They could care less - after all you signed the waiver. That place is out of control!

Parents be ware, do NOT purchase an annual membership. Visit the BBB and read the complaints. Additionally, the waiver you have to sign states they are NOT responsible for injury resulting from improperly installed equipment. And yes, I agree with other Reviewers, we experienced the overcrowding there as well.

Be careful with your little ones, I see a lot of kids being left unattended and there are older teens there who like to approach them! The teen staffs bring their friends and hang out and there are restrooms near the exits so anyone can literally take your kid. Be careful please .

The girl in the climbing area should be promoted. She is so patient with the kids Edit- we have a membership and my daughter was charged anyway. No one is answering the phones. I want a refund now. The girl who answered the phone admitted the GM Alex ignores phone calls. I told her about how bad the customer service is, how dirty it is up there. All she said was - then cancel your membership. I had no idea what Urban Air was all about until we spent a half-day there. We were impressed by the different activities offered. The kids loved climbing, jumping, swinging and zip-lining. This place entertains all ages. I like the way youre able to easily keep an eye on your children without having to do the activities with them. We went on a school day, so it wasnt crowded. I would recommend it for kids entertainment.

There was one small area for kids under 5. Our youngest is almost 2. There were several kids that were way too big to be in the 5 and under area and they were being extremely dangerous around the tiny kids. They need to put someone at the entrance to ensure the age rule is followed. Someones kid is going to get hurt. They need an actual area for kids under 3 to be entertained safely. So I do not recommend going if you have kids under the age of 5
