These guys soft washed my roof and the entire house and all of the flat work and even sprayed off my fencing around the property. This was a very big job and they did great work. Their price was very fair and the equipment they had was very professional I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you so much. My house looks great. !!!!

Chris is incredibly professional, honest, and polite. He did a wonderful job power washing our balcony and outdoor area by the pool, and it looks sparkling clean now. He was also super accommodating- I have a very anxious dog who hates visitors, and Chris was nice enough to coordinate us meeting him outside the house and played with my dog, becoming the most favorite houseguest of my otherwise very neurotic pup! I will definitely be using Chris s services in future. See pics for before and after- Chris also bleached the pool tiles, removing some significant stains. Cannot recommend him enough.

Chris came through at the last minute for TLCC! He went above and beyond pressure washing the church buildings just before a large event. We have since contacted Chris to assist with other projects that have come up. He is always professional and responsive - and his prices are great!

Chris has been doing work for me and the hospital I work at for over 6 years. Fantastic workmanship. Quality pricing and very dependable. For our hospital ( Houston Physicans Hospital) he has washed the entire exterior of the building (4 stories) washed all the windows (inside and out), all the sidewalks. He also has cleaned my driveway and house. Nobody beats his price and quality. Thank you Chris for what you have done and you have a customer for life.

Chris has completed several jobs for me every time he has been very responsive, communicative if there were schedule changes due to weather, and his prices have always been very competitive. Chris has cleaned my solar panels twice now. This last time in April after the Great Pollen Apocalypse of 2022 gained me over 300 watts in peak production between a comparable sunny day just before cleaning. That s on a 8kw system. He just cleaned my entire house and garage as well, removing dirt robber nests by brushing., algae, pollen and mildew stains with a bleach solution and he made sure to keep my landscaping safe. He was good in describing the process and steps he takes to ensure things were protected. He also rescheduled due to wind because he didn t want to affect my neighbors. Next level degrees of care from this guy I love it. We also had him clean and stain our one year old fence that had gone gray. It looks better than it did new. The product he used looks fantastic, was hard to find, and he went on a trip to pick it up to save me a bunch on shipping. Chris is truly a stand up guy. I will use him and recommend him for anything he offers now and in the future.

While returning a power washer and surface cleaner to Home Depot and telling the salesman my story of how I had worked for 12 hours and did not complete even 1/2 of my intended project I was fortunate enough that Chris was standing just behind me and heard me explaining my disappointment. He first complimented me on my brave attempt at renting professional equipment and my hard effort and then told me perhaps I was not handling my particular issues in the best way and began to freely offer me advice. I figured out that he did outdoor cleaning of all types professionally and I asked him for his phone number. He said he would come back to the house with me real quick and take a look and give me a quote. A few days later, he was back at the house to complete the projects that I had attempted. Because Chris knew how interested I was in the whole process, he was kind enough to share his extensive knowledge with me and allowed me to participate in the process so I could learn from him. Throughout the entire process he was extremely kind, professional and hard working. He was very careful with the landscaping and pool and took special care and time as to not cause harm to either. I highly recommend Chris (Dane Industries LLC) and will definitely be contacting him again in the future for additional projects. I have included some before and after pictures of the driveway and patio what a beautiful difference. Thank you Chris for doing such an outstanding job.

Our driveway hasnt looked so clean since it was first poured! Chris did a great job with the overall power washing, and paid a great deal of attention to remove various types of stains in the concrete that have not come out with previous efforts at pressure washing. Chris is very professional; after a request for a quote, he got the quote to us quickly, and then scheduled to get the work done without delay. We will definitely use Dane Industries again for future pressure washing needs!.

I met Chris, the owner /operator of Dane Industries about a year ago while he was pressure washing my neighbors house. I was so impressed with his work I had him do mine and my mothers house and driveway and sidewalks. He does excellent work. Just this past week has done 2 rental properties we have. I had my driveway done by another company when I moved in my house approximately 6 years ago and it needed to be done again after 6 months. Since Dane Industries did my house and driveway it still looks clean. He does an after wash treatment that prolongs mildew from coming back for longer. I highly recommend this company. Chris charges a fair price and takes great pride in his work and shows up when scheduled.

I contacted Chris from Dane Industries and requested a quote to pressure wash my home prior to hosting a backyard wedding. Chris s price was unbeatable but I was skeptical as to what I could expect from just an exterior pressure washing and driveway cleaning. I was blown away with the results and Chris s expertise. My home, window seals, driveway, foundation trim, deck, entry way, and garage door look brand new. Mildew that had accumulated over the years and water lines left after Hurricane Harvey disappeared. Chris went out of his way to accommodate extra requests such as cleaning the black buildup at the top of my chimney.
